Overall, the place is very daunting but professional for someone who has never been to a dispensary before. Upon entering I was welcomed by very helpful and welcoming staff who were very patient. Once my information had been taken and I began my wait, I was able to sit in their very open and comfortable waiting room. Every room here is designed and decorated in a very visually pleasing and professional manner that manages to make you feel comfortable and excited. When in the bud room, they have their products on display in clear and organized manner. When going through with my purchase, my cashier/ bud advisor, Erick was very helpful! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, even whenever I forgot to pull out cash from the ATM in the lobby (purchases are cash only). This was a very enjoyable experience overall, and I hope other people have as great of a time as I did!

Top Notch staff who can answer questions if you have them or get you on your way quickly if you know what you want. The shop is very nice, well kept with many helpful folks about to assist you. 🤟

Always amazing deals and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient. Sometimes it gets busy and there is a wait, but the wait is always worth it. Considering this is Orange County, the prices are decent and they have something for someone looking for any item with any price point. Rewards program is also superb, easy to earn rewards and free products.

I changed my review to 3 stars----my issue was not getting what I was crystal clear in asking for. I called after I wrote the review. I appreciate their offer I genuinely do. I wish however I would have just gotten what I asked for to began with. I was not in any ambiguous in what I was looking for. Hopefully going forward I can post a better review

Clean, nice, friendly. My experience was easy and awesome! They had an armed guard who looked quite capable and was also friendly. I like that to be honest. The budtender, Holly, was really friendly and the prices were HALF what I have been paying for delivery. They also have awesome customer loyalty rewards which I think is great. Check this place out!

No restrictions or caveats mentioned when it was given (I asked!). I feel cheated. I almost wish it wasnt legal - at least back in the day one didnt have to deal with these Republican with an MBA-style marketing tricks. Now that Ive got to go eat crow at work on Monday and tell everyone that youre not what you pretend to be, I wont be back with any regularity. You pinched a penny to loose a dime - all you did with this was put money directly into the pocket of your competitors...such a shame. Anthony, well... all I can say they he was very quiet, he did not want to speak to me at all, the words were“yes... no” when I asked him a question and that was about it. I didn’t feel welcome, I felt rushed so he can get an other customer. Another thing about Anthony is if you want to see the wax ask him open the Black fridge door it’s very hard to see through all the black stuff that makes it really hard to read, should be common sense that you can’t see it very clearly unless you open it so ask him to open it for you because, he won’t do it unless you askThis isn’t the first time he has done this to me!

Today was quite a surprise. After my experience at the bellflower store on 6/24 that same day I gave a call to my Santa Ana catalyst and they told me to go ahead and message the ceo Elliot Lewis on instagram. After sending him a childish review of the staff he still took the time to have his employees review the situation, reach out to me and correct it. I was contacted by a higher up from a catalyst yesterday asking me to me explain the situation so he could see what he could do. After the phone call will assured me that I would at least get what I was owed. YO THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Never have I ever been treated with a 100$ Worth of product by any store, company, business etc. for a problem I most definitely brought upon myself. 100% gained a customer for life but let me be honest here they never really lost one!
