Excellent Doctor!! Dr. Schoenberg was super friendly, informative and patient. He answered all our questions and my daughter felt at ease with him. We were nervous but during the procedure in the office, he was very gentle, took his time and continued reassuring my daughter how well she was doing. Her hearing is back. Office staff was very welcoming and friendly also. I highly recommend Dr. Schoenberg!!

Dr. Erik is AMAZING!!Lemme preface this by saying that I dont leave online reviews. Good or bad. Lots of folks only leave bad reviews....its a known bias. I just dont. At all.This may be the 2nd or 3rd review Ive ever left, and Dr. Erik and the wonderful staff is why. They listened....something that I have not had at an ENT....they acted like they heard my concerns, and got me squared right away.I literally could not ask for a better ENT or office to deal with!!

Dr. Schoenberg and his staff were nothing short of amazing, from the moment i walked in to the time i left. I was anxious at first because i wasnt sure what to expect but his staff put me at ease. Dr. Schoenberg was very informative and sweet as can be. He made me feel so comfortable and i didnt feel rushed in the process. He used a pediatric scope to look through my nose and down into my throat. He clarified any concerns i had and provided me with invaluable information to prevent any further complications. I love this place, i most certainly dont want to ever go back but should i need to i wont hesitate. I may have been there a total of 30 minutes. If anyone needs an ENT specialist whether your in the area or not Dr. Schoenberg is your guy. Thank you again for all you do Dr.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience here. Dr. Schoenberg is extremely professional and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an ENT. I have seen other ones in the area and I was not impressed. He will explain to you in detail, he takes his time with you, he was awesome. He doesn’t just hear your concern and then brush you off. He takes it very seriously his patient’s health. I definitely will return and I highly recommend.

Waste of money and time, I visit the doctor twice without help. Its like they treat you for free the doctor come to see you for a minute than leave. Also, the front desk disrespectful I been waiting one week just so they can call my insurance to verify my benefits than will scheduling me. I told her that I been waiting for long time just to book appointment.. she closed the phone on my face

Dr.Eric Schoenberg was fantastic! He made me feel very comfortable. I had to have a biopsy under my vocal cords. Next day he called me at home to see how I was feeling! Ive never had a doctor call me and made me feel like I was more than just a patient. He also has a great staff. I would most definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Rare now days to go to a doctors office and the girls at desk are nice. Here they are! The Dr was very knowledgeable and it was refreshing to see a doctor that doesn’t push drugs. I have been seeing a lot of doctors recently and I dont waste my time on those I am not comfortable with. Dr Shoenberg is one of the best I have seen. He takes his time, asks questions and, most importantly, listens to the answers. I am very happy with him involved in my health care and am already referring him to friends and family.

I chose this particular office because it was referred by my insurance. The other 2 names they gave me I didnt like the way the receptionist talked to me. When I walked into Dr. Schoenberg a office ,I was greeted immediately ,& made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. Dr. Schoenberg actually listened to what I had to say & was very honest with me. He explained to me why he chose the line of treatment. He suggested an MRI. & a hearing test. After going for the earing test I learned how respected Dr. Schoenberg is in the community. He is the absolute best ENT Dr around.He & his staff are very personable & go above & beyond to make your visit a good visit. Thank you Dr. Schoenberg & staff. 5 star for sure.

Dr. Erik Schoenberg is an excellent surgeon. He is caring, compassionate and has a passion for what he does. I have had a wonderful experience with him. I had to have a tonsillectomy done and it was more complex than initially thought, what was supposed to be a forty minutes surgery took almost two hours. Thank you Dr. Schoenberg for what you did for me. I am forever grateful.

This was one of the best doctor visits Ive ever experienced. The environment, the staff and the physician were all excellent. They were knowledgeable and gave me info to help with other medical concerns. The procedure was quick and was not painful. I was most impressed that Dr. Schoenberg really listened to me.

Friendly, helpful staff, they are easy to talk on the phone and in person! BUT to much paperwork, I personally would have preferred to fill it out on line or at home, but thats another story. Dr. Schoenberg, is easy to talk with,and very understanding.

My first time here, was a great experience! Went back again and just as good as the first time, the staff is all so nice and very personable! I called a few other places that were closer to me and they were very rude on the phone, i called here and they got me right in no problem! I will make the drive to this place again and again!

I was very pleased with Dr. Schoenberg. He didnt seem like he was rushing me when I went to see him for my first appointment. He was attentive and wanted to help me with my problem. I look forward to getting my blood work and allergy skin test results so I can take care of this issue that I have had for 22 years.

First time going to an ENT, I had some concerns about my ears and sinuses, and Im very very glad I chose to go here. I had a fantastic experience. I was really nervous, but they helped me feel at ease and told me everything they were going to do before they did it. They really listened to me, and just seemed like extremely helpful people. I am very grateful, and Id highly recommend going here for any ENT needs. The facility is really nice, waiting room is large and comfortable, and I personally didnt wait long at all to be seen. Dr. Schoenberg and his staff are great!!My mother is in a wheelchair and they are very accommodating to her. I have never felt like they were not listening to what I had to say and they have always taken extra care when treating my mom.

I just had a procedure done on my tongue by the ENT Specialist. Dr. Schoenberg did a great job for me. I was nervous but they did a good job of keeping me calm and assuring me all through the procedure. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

Definitely Erik is the worst Doctor I ever met. He barely spent 2 minutes talking to me about my condition. The first time I visited, I waited 40 minutes to see him even though I had an appointment. He didnt even try to discuss with me or explain me about reasons leading to this condition. He came in, ordered for a lab exam and left. I was surprised how a Doctor can start so ignorantly when its new patient. I thought he probably was busy the first time. I went the 2nd time to discuss lab results and he barely tried to explain the options for treatment. I had to question him to get answers for these basic things a doctor has to tell the patient.I normally tend not to write reviews but I dont want another person to have such a bad experience again.

This office is great. The doctor took time to go over all of my concerns and questions and didnt rush. It was nice to be heard and he was very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and inviting.

The office was quick to schedule me as a new patient as referred by my primary. Once there it was a thorough exam with I believe a good prognosis. I would recommend more smiles at the end of the phone call when scheduling and when arriving. Past that the staff was most professional.

I few hiccups with my initial visit & the billing department but the Dr was the best. Very honest & forthcoming. My previous allergist had me believing I was allergic to everything. Turns out Im not allergic to anything. Cant thank this office enough. All very kind professionals. Get second testing. Its worth the copay and will save you money in the long run. No more being injected with allergens I dont need and no more EpiPen expense!

Dr. Schoenberg is patient, understanding, gentle and understanding. He is obviously educated, make sure you are educated, and takes his time to make sure everything is clear. The waiting room is awesome, and the staff is super nice. Everything about this visit was easy.

I just loved the way Dr. Schoenberg interacted with me and utilized medical devices that would work for me, instead of every patient. He treated me as an individual. His bedside manner was thus that he took his time examining the issue at hand and made sure what I was coming in for was taken care of. I just referred my very good friends hubby to this doctor and I will continue to refer him. I have very high standards of who I will see because I have severe allergies and asthma. Everyone in this office cares about you. Sometimes the doctor seems rushed but I think it is who he is. He is informative and answers all your questions. He speaks loudly enough so you dont have to keep saying what to his questions or his explanations. He genuinely cares about his patients.

Been twice now and just referred my Uncle. Once at their office I have never waited very long, the staff is extremely courteous and efficient. My only criticism is they may be too efficient at getting you taken care of. Last time in, I felt I forgot to ask the Dr. Something. But 100% recommend and I will ask the Dr. the next time I am in :-)

Made first appointment and was there early to find that my appointment wasn’t on their books. Ok, small mistake. They had me return later same day. Doctor is great. Follow up appointment for scratch series test. The appointment was for Monday but, I was out of town so I changed it to Friday. When I got home from my trip on Wednesday, I called to confirm Friday’s appointment. Unfortunately, the Friday appointment wasn’t on their books either. Guess I need to find a new ENT.

I was very pleased with Dr. Eric Schoenberg. He was recommended by my hearing aide specialist, Lisa Ballinger, at Advanced Hearing Specialists.Dr. Schoenberg was very friendly. He was very thorough and factual with my problem.I certainly recommend him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in for a new patient consult. I gave a detailed description of my daughters issue and age over the phone. They advised they could treat her in the office. After a consult, they recommended using an outpatient surgical center to put her under anesthesia for a routine ear cleaning to remove wax. They quoted 20,000-30,000 depending on if her tubes would need to be replaced. They charged over 300 for a new patient consult. We have since obtained a second opinion from her former ENT who stated anesthesia for ear cleanings is very uncommon. We have also leaned that the average price for ear tube surgery is 2,000-3,000 with complex cases sometimes up to 7,500. I cant understand how an ear cleaning can cost more than my csection. They advised that the extreme cost was related to her age and liability of risk. Again, they told me on the phone her age was no issue.

It is refreshing to meet a doctor that has a smile on his face and looks at you when he speaks to you. I have found his staff to be very willing to help. The whole attitude of this office is to help the clients.

Late for the first two allergy test and shot, the lady that takes care of shots is really good, once they are able to see me on time it would be a 5 star place

I was going to this office for shots for 6 months and thought everything was fine. However, I started to have bad reactions to the shots. I had called the doctor one day after I had shots and talked to him. I received no follow up call from this office at all to see if my reaction had eased the next day - they didnt care to check back in with me at all. I then said that I wanted to see the doctor before I got any more injections. I was so shocked by his demeanor. When I first met him he seemed very welcoming and warm, but when I had a problem he seemed defensive and angry and told me that I may not be a candidate for shots. Unfortunately I wish I had checked out this office more before I started going. I expected the doctor to maybe adjust my schedule of shots, but he was not interested in helping at all. After all of this I retested for the allergies and I had new allergies, and some of my other allergies had changed, so Im honestly wandering how accurate the allergy tests are. I was talking to a friend of mine who takes shots elsewhere and she told me she never had a reaction larger than a quarter size circle. My reactions wrapped around my whole arm and where the size of my hand and left my whole arm and shoulder achy. This reaction was obviously ok with Dr. Schoenberg. Be careful if you decide to go here for shots. There is never anyone in the office - Im not sure how they stay in business honestly - but now I understand why no one goes there. If you dont have a problem youll be fine - but if a problem arises they dont care, they wont help you, and they just want rid of you if they think youre not going to be an easy patient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you have a nasal endoscopy, they will charge it as surgery as was my husbands experience. I have insurance and I have had this procedure done at other ENT doctors and it is just an office visit co-pay. Not with this doctor, he charges you for surgery. The office person, Christine, is very rude and does not really care what you have to say. I have made a complaint to Anthem. The doctor was very dismissive of my husband when he went for the office visit. He has headaches and earaches. After the examination the doctor just shrugged his shoulders and said there is nothing I can do for you. This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. After talking to my insurance company, they told me the doctor can use whatever procedure code he wants too . So my advice is look for a doctor who cares about his patients and an office staff that is not rude. Oh and when I asked for the office manager , Christine told me she was the manager. Now I find out that Colleen is the office manager. Tried calling back but they do not answer most of the time even if you leave a message.

Made an appointment for something specific, get there and they tell me they can’t help me. Biggest waste of time. Should have told me that on the phone before I paid a copay for a 2 minute useless visit.

Just had surgery on my nose and in a lot of discomfort and I have been trying to get someone to return my calls before closing, weekend is going to be too long to wait other than that they are great
