Everytime Ive been seen at this office Ive left happy with my service. They are always respectful from check through to check out. My doctors have always listened to everything Ive had to say and have never dismissed my concerns no matter how trivial they might be. I already recommend any friends/family that are looking for a primary doctor or looking to change doctors. I cant say enough great things cause if I listed them this would become a book.

Angie Hounsell is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my adult life. I was searching for someone that was thorough and luckily I stumbled upon her! If you’re looking for a doctor that listens and is personable she is the one no doubt! I wish I could give her 10 stars. Go see her!

So I’ve been trying to make a appointment. The first appointment schedule the lady admitted to deleting the referral. The lady then went on to tell me that I would have to pay some sort of fee And be rescheduled. It’s not my fault you guys failed to do your job correctly. Now I have a voicemail from my primary care doctor through community care at the Durham VA stating that they, Sanford Primary care wants me to call back to reschedule the appointment. I did and all I got is a hard time. How hard is it to look up my referral and see what the insurance would be. I said the referral came from the Durham VA. So what does that say. I’m a veteran duh! These ladies have no respect do they job very poorly. Yes I’m highly upset. How I’m I suppose to make an appointment if these ladies don’t know how to properly handle my situation. For my understanding this place is supposed to see veterans.I ask her could she look up my referral abd she said no! They have a poor system on how they handle stuff. And if you are rude to me, you bet I’m going to stand my ground. No professional she talk to a patient like she did. Her tone was horrible. If they don’t want to take veterans being outsourced from the VA hospital then the should let the community care folks know. And lady if you reading this I will take the high road and apologize. Two wrongs sure don’t make a right. So I apologize for my mouth. I hope In the future we can both act like adults. Only through our mistakes do we learn, we don’t have to dwell in it. So please when I do come back in for my appointment I hope I’m treated with respect. I hope you can see how you talk to people is unacceptable and the tone you carry is rude! . And I pray you know how to take constructive criticism. Bc this is highly what this is! And if you have never received it at this level, then I’ll tell you from experience you are not doing your job right!Thank you!

Impossible to reach anyone. I called several times and left several messages & but was told by the nurse that “she never got them”. Might need new front desk staff. Definitely never going here again.

No follow up, hard to get anyone to not send you to voicemail. Taking time to answer your clients will help them to feel respected. Front desk can be crude. Nurses were nice and I do recommend FNP Baker if you are looking for a physician.

Had to wait longer than schedule

This is place is everything I hate about medical doctors. The doctor wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me. He then decided I needed an ultrasound and is now refusing to let me reschedule my appointment when I’ve called more than 24 hours ahead. I guess I will be charged for an appointment I can’t make because the people there decided they didn’t like me today. If you hate how medical doctors act above everyone else or don’t listen to you, run far away from this place. Some of the nurses are nice though, I feel bad they have to work at this dump.

I just love Beth! She is one of the kindest person I have ever met. She really cares about he patients and has a passion for what she does. All the staff here are always so nice and understanding. I would have to say hands down the best doctors office in Sanford!!!

Yes yesterday was good. There are days thats not. My doctor is great but alot of things still need to improve. Outcome is importance.

Amazing nurses and doctors. And dont even get me started on the ladies at the desk. Everyone is so kind and helpful and what you say is taken seriously and not just ignored.

I was seen last Monday. I was told my results wouldn’t be in until Wednesday. On Wednesday they weren’t in. After a week (including being closed thanksgiving, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) of dealing with the same medical issue that has now progressed, the answer I got from them was to go to my gynecologist now bc the test showed a positive for what they treated me for. Not, come back in so we can take a look at the new symptoms. But call and make an appt somewhere else so you can wait longer to resolve the issue. Thanks for making me suffer for 5 days when I could have just gone somewhere else to begin with. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and start somewhere that will follow through and follow up, not waste your time.

Dr.Lambert is the Best Doctor . Thanks to her I am cancer free. She sent me for a test and they found it.

Really bad service, the never follow up and Laura Baxley never calls you back when you leave a message. Go find another doctor.
