I made an appointment back in April or May. They didnt have anything until June. A few days before that June appointment, I called to confirm. They said they didnt see any appointment in their computer and that Id have to make a new one. Next available was in August. I just went down there and waited outside in the sun to be seen. Once again, they said they had no appointment in their computer for me. Infuriating! They sent me away without being seen and with a third appointment. I asked for it in writing this time.

Dr. Fanelli and the staff made our experience seamless and enjoyable by their friendly demeanor, expertly tailored communication, and listening skills.The team is the most welcoming and helpful that I have experienced in the Bay Area thus far. After leaving the office, I felt more knowledgeable about the science behind optometry and confident that our provider cares about our health. I really liked the optometrist, Mrs Dougherty. She was very thorough in her examination and recommendations and in giving advice. I think her prescription was good.The frame shop recommended the $500 frames and didnt really have much else. I would recommend bringing someone with fashion sense. I bought the computer glasses at Costco at 20% of the cost here. I feel cheated by the vsp insurance and the gushy description of the shop and buy the wildly overpriced options in the store.
