They where all loosing the weight.I was terrified, the side effects are scaryBut I did it any wayPros: it did work for me in terms of almost eliminating my appetiteI ate a lot less and got fulll a whole lot quickerLost about 10 ponds in the first 18 daysI only did the 21 day trail and discontinued the treatment . I also stopped drinking coffee(horrible headaches at first and constipation )And it makes you super thirsty so you do drink a lot of water . No alcohol and no caffeine allowedCons :1. for some reason it takes away the taste of food and that made me sad lol (at least for me)2. It got me constipated, I’m still not back to my normal bathroom routine3. It made me feel drugged through out the entire day something I did not enjoyFinal verdict : happy I started it, it gave me a push to let go of coffee, carbs , alcohol, and get to the gym consistently. I couldn’t finish the program but the ladies at my job have had different reaction. Some have felt nothing but the pounds coming off so it’s all about how your particular body reacts
