This is terribly-managed. Please, for your own health, find a different practice. Ive called them 3 times in the past week and still not received a response. My doctor continually dead-named me, after a year of working with her. They RARELY return messages left in their office or with their answering service.

Saw two doctors here. The first one picked her nose while we were talking so I asked for another. He was mediocre but fine until the pandemic happened and then he basically ghosted me. Havent talked since March 2020 and never returned multiple calls from me or CVS. They dont do appointment reminders but they always have time to call when you owe them money. Its hard to find a psychiatrist but do yourself a favor and dont settle for a bad one like I did for so many years. I now see someone at PAMF who is amazing, go there if you can!

I have been going here for 3 years now. I have had excellent care and appreciate the dedication and support my doctor provides. Billing department is not the best, charged for cancelled appointments when in fact I attended. This review is of the doctors and not front of house.

I felt really comfortable with the care I received here even though it wasnt long. I saw a kind psychiatrist (James, I think) who helped me learn some new breathing skills and change my diet. A+

Whatever you do, do NOT see Dr. Tran if you need actual mental health help. I actually get anxiety when going to see this guy. Hes a disaster.

For mental health care that is supposed to reduce anxiety, this has been a bigger headache than the care I actually received from the Doctor. The care was good, but their billing is a mess. I had an outside referral from my insurance, and the office has incorrectly billed 2 different appointments (each retailing at $600). The first I paid without knowing that it should have been covered, and have been trying to get them to bill my correct insurance for the past 7 months, and am still out $600.

I would give them 0 if I could.

I give Comprehensive Psychiatric Services a very good grade because its a very comfortable setting and I highly recommend this professional staff on the work they do.

I dont know the quality of their care but I find it difficult to schedule new patient appointments on more than one occasion. They never answer the general phone # and you always have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. When you call them back, again you get a voice message. I called at 9 am and received a call back at 3:30 pm. In this day and age of high levels of communication, I find it frustrating.
