I love Whole Foods. Obviously everyone always complains that it’s too expensive but when it comes to food, you get what you pay for. They also always have an excellent assortment of flowers on almost any day of the week. Today, I stopped in to get flowers to celebrate a birthday. Found exactly what I wanted and checked out expeditiously.

We visit this location quite frequently in search of Creme Brule for my wife and every time we come here the Creme Brule is burnt! So we decided that tonight we would give the cheesecake a try and it was a huge disappointment! Not sure why this issue is not being addressed because its a regular occurrence! Hopefully they will step up their baking game because its not very good at this point.

Every single bag of red cherries contained mold during my previous visit and today. Disappointed. Otherwise this Whole Foods has been good.

Perfect place for anything from fresh veggies and fruits to dairy, bakery items, deli products as well as home supplies. They have fresh supplies. Clean and well maintained hygiene at the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

So I went into whole foods today to get some mac n cheese from there hot tables. I see a worker take the old plate of mac n cheese, as it was empty. So when the guy comes back I ask him if they are going to bring out anymore mac n cheese. And all he says is “I don’t know I just got here..” Like okay? great customer service. There was no way for him to check? I thought that was super unprofessional & I just ended up leaving. I definitely will not be coming back to this whole foods.

Lotsa good stuff and, since they were bought by Amazon, better deals than in the old days. One of the best deals is their hand tossed pizza. Its real pizza, like back East (from whence I crawled 40 years ago). Thin crust (but not cardboardy) and chewy--the cheese pizza reminds my wife of what she ate in Italy. And 18 inches of real pizza for (often) as little as $10--no competition anywhere (the Costco pizza costs the same but is continents different). And they make it up fresh, not pull it out of the freezer. And Whole Foods is committed to none of those ugly additives (like high fructose corn syrup). And .. . . Enjoy! Just had a BBQ chicken 18 pizza for $10--you can too (and fresh baked in a real wood fired oven like the old days)! Eat your heart out Round Table, Pizza Hut, and others!

This is a fun store to shop in. Its trendy and upscale, offering everything you could want to stock your pantry, throw a dinner party or picnic, get your snack on, fulfill your grocery list, buy a unique gift, grab a coffee and pastry or a hot meal. The produce dept is an absolute joy, both visually and in scope and quality. Live flowers, herbs and plants decorate the department and are for sale. The store is brightly lit and clean from to to bottom. The employees are well trained and knowledgeable and seem to take personal responsibility for the store. I was very skeptical of the Amazon buy out but its actually been an improvement. Amazon did away with that awkward shelf only policy for restocking and offers a discount to Prime members on sale items.Fresh fruit offered to all children. I’ve visited dozens of whole foods across the USA. This is one of my favorites. They’ve been going through quite a lot of remodeling during the Covid pandemic and I generally like what they’ve done. A lot of the changes have to do with the expanded delivery business. I like the produce section a lot. The staff does a nice job and keeps the store well organized and looking very clean and appealing. Parking is plentiful. Location is convenient near the Almaden Expressway exit off Hwy 85 with Trader Joe’s, Costco, and banks right across the street.

Jessica was most helpful for me today while I was trying to find a couple of obscure ingredients I needed. Not only did she accompany me to the exact locations she also explained the items to me. What a gem of an employee you have there. She’s A Keeper.

I go here when I’m out of water 💧I bring my 3 jugs of water and fill them up. The water tastes great! I also go here when I’m inspired to eat healthy but then 2 days later I go to Chick-fil-A since it’s so close 🤤😋. Whole Foods is an awesome place, they deserve 1000 stars ⭐️

Amazon return desk is fantastic, parking lot is big but divided so it feels tight, otherwise a typical Whole Foods (lots of organic & boutique stuff and high prices)

Its a holiday and everyone should know you dont go to the grocery on a holiday. So while standing in this line I went on and put my order in for deliveryAnd before I got back to my vehicle the shopper was already working on my order. Delivery before 2:00 but Im betting itll be earlier order placed it 10: 30

Great experience here. They offer hand sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer at the entrance to the store. Everyone is respectful of maintaining there social distance and at check out, there are guided dots on the floor to ensure everyone maintain their distance. The cashier is also behind a plexiglass divider to ensure their health and well-being. Whole Food is one of the few places I could actually find pear juice for my twin boys, especially since one is poop withholding (its a terrible, terrible thing). On the plus side, found yummy rose lemonade in the juice and soda aisle, highly recommend.

Great selection of craft beer at decent prices. Parking is terrible. Its like they planned on everyone driving a Smart car. Seriously, every Whole Paycheck...err Foods Ive ever been to doesnt know how to plan out a parking lot.

Great selection of healthy food options. The cheese here is definitely pricey, but it the best selection you’ll find in grocery stores in the area. I’m not some health nut either, a lot of the products here as well as the pre-cooked food options are really tasty... but don’t skip the cheese when you visit

2/19/20.... Appreciate the help and recommendation I got from a friendly staff member on the freshly baked and sliced cranberry bread. Mom is undergoing hospice care and the bread made her happy :) I rarely shop at whole foods, but going forward, Id look forward to visiting the store more often.

Only store that sells So Delicious Apple Caramel Crumble oatmilk ice cream so more stars than Safeway or Sprouts. Youd think more places would have dairy-free ice cream that also didnt have nuts in it but apparently only Amazon can manage that. Otherwise its definitely a decent store. The cashiers and other store employees Ive interacted with are great.

Bought a box of salmon nigiri sushi, supposedly packaged today. Unfortunately, the fish was old, smelly, and inedible. Be careful when buying fish from this store.

Whole Foods isnt just a grocery store, it has a bar, tables, and wifi access section to sit and eat food you bought inside. Buffet for food is $8.99 per pound. This plate was $16, it was delicious but pricy. Careful with how much food you stack on!

3 times I have shopped at whole foods and 3 times security follows me to the register to make sure I pay for my groceries. I work 60+ hours a week only to be treated like a thief. One visit I happen to move back to look at some thing at the register and 3 employees were ready to make a move if I was unable to afford the extremely expensive but high quality food.it not coincidence the same guy is making a FAKE Purchase at register next to me to make sure I pay for the most expensive groceries in almaden lake area. Im vegan so I work hard to shop here for the best options for my life style.

The Amazon grocery shopper crew was very aggressive. They almost pushing the regular shoppers for picking their groceries. They almost do not keep social distances in this Covid time.You gotta watch them everytime you are in the premise. They wear batches.I understand its their jobs but I think some of them keep staring at their phones while pushing shopping carts around without care for others, regular shoppers.Wholefood should create separate sections for them to do their work for public safety.

This review is more towards the taproom than the entire store, but this place is great! Great selection of beer and wine and decently priced.If you dont like the selection there then you can just go into the store and choose a beer of your liking and enjoy it there as well! Really cool.The snacks were delicious too, great price for the charcuterie and cheese boards. Will def come back again.

The Almaden location has a great selection of organic fruits and vegetables. The store is big and spaced out to allow you to browse without feeling like your in someones way. Dont skip the bakery section, lots of goodies

This is a grocery store, but its a nice grocery with upscale things. Its expensive and doesnt carry diet coke, or other plebian items. I like the meats and the pasterie selection, but am sad that they now wrap everything indivually for my own safety.

I love this place. Even in these COVID times, they have maintained their charm. Safe practices through out the store.

A nice store with good products; however very unhappy with the whole we will track everything you buy and do with the amazon app.You are required to scan your Amazon prime app before you get the discounts advertised on the produce in the store.A phone number does not work or a log in only scanning your app.Nothing like giving the biggest marketing company in the world all your personal information...Id rather spend $4 more for blueberries.

Been very happy with this Whole Foods over the past months. With only one exception, all of my online orders and deliveries have been easy and reliable.

I like how the staff stays on top of making sure the carts are all clean. I never had a bad experience here and always really nice when I decide to order from their salad bar.

Its amazing how clean this store feels. Its very simplistic design but offers everything from fresh pizza to amazing fresh fish. Get some fresh tilapia!Once the shelter-in-place is over enjoy the coffee or beer/wine bar.

It has variety of fresh fruits and fresh meet too. Inside it looks very clean and well maintained.

What there to say, it’s a Whole Foods market. I’m not sure what the regulations are at the moment but it always seems quite full of people. I feel iffy spending more than 30 minutes in there but that’s just me and the current situation. In a normal world there wouldn’t be much to complain about.

Whole Foods Almaden has too much good stuff and its reasonably priced for the high overall quality. It has excellent produce and meat sections, a hot food bar, a bar, huge selection of everything, friendly staff. Parking is a bit tight but not bad, still 5 stars for me.

Their version of covid dining is horrible!

Some of the best and affordable organic produce in the Almaden and Cambrian area. Such a nice surprise compared to the prices, quality and quantity at my usual local grocery store.

The store is completely overrun by Amazon shoppers. There are so many of them it makes it hard to get to anything. They dont care about social distancing or that you are waiting to get a product. Terrible shopping experience.

I came here during Covid19 stage 2, and I was pleased with the entrance -- they had pre-cleaned the carts and were letting people in, in some sort of measured way (which wasnt clear to me, but we did have to wait in line to get in). The line to get in was long and crossed the line of people exiting, so people did come into close proximity as they are exiting. The other thing I noticed was that there was a big line at the butcher and people started to crowd up. I think the issue is with not wanting people to cut in line... it wasnt clear how people should line up or how to get their numbers, since everyone was just crowding up at that area. I did not like that, so I bought some meat that had been precut and wrapped and went on my way. Along the aisles and at the registers, I also felt like there was some anarchy, where it was not very clear how to line up or how to maintain distancing in the aisles... so from that point of view, things were a bit chaotic. I have found Safeway to do the best job helping people distance. There will always be people breaking the rules, but as for Whole Foods, it wasnt clear to me what those rules were, and I dont think it was clear to many of the other shoppers. Maybe it would be helpful to have instructions playing outside while people are waiting in line... like at the airport before you reach security, they have already told you what the security rules are.

Parking lot was too busy! Too crowded! I dont know if they were monitoring how many people were in there or not... Its too bad that all of the independent health food stores have gone out of business. It seems Whole foods would benefit from having some competition. Where else does one go to buy hemp and flax and chia seeds? There used to be a few independent health food stores around, but not any more WH has put them all out of business. Now that it has a strong monopoly...it can set the market price. Ouch for the consumer!

I have Amazon Prime, but this store wont recognize it. Also feel prices are a little high. They have white corn at .50 cents each, but you can get 10 ears( Brentwood farms)of the same thing for $1.00.

The person in the meat department was extremely helpful. He personally walked us to the area where we found what we looking for.

Not the best location for a Whole Foods. Blossom Hill Rd is very busy in this area which is surrounded by other shopping centers. The staff are usually courteous like most Whole Foods, but the customers in the area are very rude and arrogant.

Yummy dinner from their salad bar which offers hot caseroke food like Mac n cheese or veggie dishes or you can make your own salad. Great variety for salads and dressings. You can also enjoy a beer or wine they serve in dining area or buy a drink of your choice. Personally I enjoy simply water after a meal sometimes I go crazy and have a bubbly water like La Croix

They are doing a fantastic job trying to keep us safe from infection.

They have Excellent Quality of Foods, Vitamins, etc., but unless U are upper middle class or above, someone like me cant afford to eat healthily. So I must compromise in what I buy for my home. Other than that, they have a good atmosphere.

I love the variety of vegan foods they have to offer as well as bath items. Their breads are yummy. I love the self serve food bars. You can get a healthy meal to go, as well a healthy cold beverage to go with it. If you love cheese, they offer a large assortment! I wish they would offer more organic produce. Nob Hill on Santa Teresa and Snell has a large organic produce area.
