I visited on Oct 19th 2021 on 9am. The lady behind the sandwich counter was very rude. While making the sandwich, she did not have any onions. I saw she was in the midst of cutting them earlier, so I kindly offered to wait and come back whenever they are done. She absolutely refused and would not let me have onions on my sandwich. I was quite taken back by this and cannot understand why. I ended up with a $5.49 sandwich that did not have the ingredients I liked :(

Nice store, everything you would expect from a Sprouts. The only drawbacks are the parking lot and access to the roads around. the intersection of 2 hella wide roads and you can always add 5 minutes to any visit waiting for lights.

$5.99 sandwiches are bomb n everything always so fresh.

Sprouts located @ Brokaw Road is very cleaned n organized! So easy to find everything and get help. All the staff are well-trained and knowledgeable. Not to mention, all their products are affordably and reasonably priced.

I love sprouts. This is a particularly nice one. I love their bulk Australian licorice and other goodies. This is a candy display I made from what I bought at Sprouts. Beautiful.

Removing one star because their new self service check out is terrible, very buggy. Which is astonishing since they’re very late in the game of self service check out, pretty much everybody else got it years ago, so one would expect there’s not much to figure out, it should just work. Well it largely doesn’t.

Prices werent as bad as I thought theyd be. Actually seemed to be in lime with big chains on some items. Limited instant coffee selection.

There are some rude employees at this location now. My mom and I come to this sprouts all the time, and the lady at the end of the check out refused to bag for us, because we had brought our own bags.On top of that, she was extremely rude about it, standing off to the side saying You can pack your own bags. If you bring your own bags I wont pack it for you. Just a few weeks before, other baggers have helped us bag our items without a problem.If that is store policy, or you cant bag for us for a good reason, that is understandable, but there are nicer ways to say things. She was extremely rude, giving us side glances and attitude. In all our time shopping, weve never had an experience like this. Absolutely poor customer service. We wont be back.

As always, Sprouts has the items I wish to purchase but, this last visit, I had to use the self checkout which I prefer not to use.

The store is probably the biggest one Ive seen yet. Great selection of fresh organic produce and customer service is beyond helpful and friendly.

I have been here least twice a month.The products are inexpensive for the quality. But the customer service and attitude is really bad with the cashiers. Like what did I do to you? Im just shopping. The produce ppl are really nice and they have to come out to help the cashiers.

Butcher Irvin,was too helpful. I had a big order to chop chickens to custom Size.. He was kind enough to notify me that the meat will take little more time and has put an extra effort to do the skin off for the meat.

This has happened now twice where I come here in the morning for a wrap for my breakfast, just in and out really quick, but yeah this location has workers that’re lacking so behind. I show up and there’s nothing, no sandwiches or wraps of any kind. It gets really frustrating for me cuz I rely on this place and it fails and then i have to figure something else out on the spot. From this huge 2nd disappointment I am definitely not coming back here ever again it’s just a gamble nowadays. Just saying too in the past the workers here will straight up take the whole aisle just to restock during busy work hours and the floor to clean up or rearrange things. That should be taken care of before or after store hours where people are shopping and is just unprofessional.

I love this store as you get all organic food items here. I used to visit store in Sunnyvale, this time went in San Jose. Huge space with Ll varieties of food. I feel its little expensive. Staff was polite. Specially all kinds of seeds available to buy. This is the shop for fruits, I like apples from this store.

We basically go every week. Love how fresh the produce is and u cannot beat the prices! Also love getting chicken and fish here. Best thing is- every person there is awesome!! Shout out to John- he even took the time to listen to me rant about my new parrot!! Sorry, i was a little excited 🤣

Checked out the store because I was curious about the coffee selection. Turns out, they have a whole section of the store dedicated to coffee! They have a good selection of different kinds and styles, and they also have their own selection of roasts. Prices are about what would be expected, from reasonable to somewhat pricey. Looks like it would be a good Whole Foods alternative for everything else.

The only premium market in the various area this local store really has no competition. My go to place for a chicken Italian sausage. Don’t knock it till you try it.

This used to be a good place to shop with friendly attending store clerks - what happened? The clerks are slow, lagging and unfriendly- it seems that you are unconvincing them.

This grocery shop is so awesome. They have everything I need at a very affordable price. All of the staff are so accommodating and helpful. Such a wide selection of food and snacks. And also, they have a big parking lot and safe. I am very amazed by this grocery shop. I gave them a five-star rating. Highly recommended!

The store is relatively small but its siting in a great location. Mostly organic food and they have self check-out which is great. Its centrally located in a shopping center with other great stores surrounding. A great place to shop and no overcrowding. Even prepandemic. 😁. Sometimes its nice to have the comfort of a smaller more personal shopping experience.

I think ever since you added the self check out this has been a game changer. Before the lines would be so long and move so slow which was frustrating. I knew every time I came here I would prepare myself to wait a bit. Probably the best thing you could have done was add the self checkout area, so thank you so much for adding that. Def helps alleviate the wait and line. Everyone here is really nice and friendly and always offering help if you need. I do love the selection of items at this store: check out the steel cut oats and selection of AHA sparkling water. 4 stars just because the location can be such high traffic and crazy looking for parking or trying to exit. And people drive crazy and it can be long lines to exit. This store also has a great selection of kombucha too. Thanks for carrying a good variety of items to choose from 👌🏽

I always love coming here! they always have great selection and prices and really great staff, the shelves always seem to be perfectly stocked and the store is very clean, even amidst COVID and holiday season. plus its new so theres a bunch of great places in the same area.

This store is fine. Also seems roomier than our neighborhood Whole Foods that I go to.HOWEVER (one of my Pet Peeves), theyre open for business until 10pm, yet Im there at 9:20pm and they are already closing the Deli, Meet, Bakery and Salad Bars. Those are stripped of their products and already put away, the counters cleaned - I guess the workers want to go home immediately at closing.If Im a business manager and I say were open for biz until 10pm, then the employees dont get to hi-jack the business model, taking products off the floor and at 9:20pm, demonstrating to the Customers I know you chose us and came down here, but what we really care about right now is expending our efforts to get outa here ASAP. In fact itd be better if you customers would all just leave now so we can finish early.When the store manager is not around, a lot of businesses are doing this. Geeze it was 40 minutes before closing.

Prices are expensive. However, foods quality are so so so bad!!!! Fruits are not fresh, and something seems have already expired. Once I bought Dragon fruit in Sprouts, and it has no sweetness. It’s the worst place I have ever seen. Zero star, if can.

Fair assortment of organic food, but produce however are not always fresh, and plastic bags are too often hard to find (empty rolls). They recently introduced self-checkout, which helps reduce the otherwise chronically long checkout lines.

There is times that they dont have what I need in stock.

Had to wait a little in line to come in but it was a distance friendly shopping experience. Everything was so organized and neat, the shopping belt was cleaned right after the previous customer. Almost no lines at the cash register.

3 months ago I was diagnosed with congenital heart failure.I have to change my life style and eat healthy, Sprouts FM helps me do that. Theyre close and convenient and I like their wide range of variety.

Express 5 stars. What a sprouts is always my go-to farmers market / grocery store. it has the best offerings for what I need and it has a bulk section and they always encourage sustainable practices. On top of that. Their deli section is super helpful and adorable.

I love this store. Fresh produce at great prices as well as tasty fish and meat.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to this supermarket to purchase goods for dinner. What I liked about this place was that everything I need was in here. I highly suggest this to all.

Before the pandemic Sproats was my Go to place to get a salad. I could build it with myself, adding what I desired, so that you pay for it by weight.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. And not just one person, at least 5 staff members helped me out when I asked. Very good teamwork and excellent customer service.

Getting too expensive the kevita drinks used to be 2.10 now they are 3.50... I used to go to whole foods and get them but they were charging way too much and now this place is starting to charge way too much as well.. looks like I wont be returning here again untill they charge less for those drinks

Sprouts Stores near me is very clean and well arranged. Most of the produces are organic. We liked it. On check out I experienced twice mistake in numbering the item bought, that was corrected after my complaint and going back to store for refund. Overall is commendable

Fresh high quality produce, friendly staff, and many great features like an olive bar, salad bar, deli, bakery, etc.Seems a little more expensive than fits my budget for everyday, some items arent sold here, but on the whole this is a great choice.

This place is one of the most pleasant place to shop over this pandemic. Store is very clean, and staffs are very nice and helpful. The store in general is quite well-stocked comparing to others. For vegans, this is the grocery store is a must to visit. Many good quality vegan items can be found here, not even Wholefoods carry them.

Best organic and mindful produce in town. I can never find frozen peas without carrots tho.

Went there on a Friday afternoon. Produce department was not very appealing. The rest of the store was fine. The store has a confusing layout compared to the other Sprouts stores in the area.

They dont have the pastel neon sour worms they use to have and its terrible . I called and they said they had them but they were different ones😒

The only reason they are getting a 2 star is because of covid-19 they dont seem to care about getting costumers out the door fast and open more cashiers that way we arent in there very long i would rather go to the on Brokaw they know how to do business...that store would get 5 stars very helpful

Quality wise OK but lately they have enhanced their prices. This store is now for only upper middle classes and above who never bother for what prices they are paying.

They seem to have changed since before Covid. Short supply of vegetables, higher prices, and they dont send their adds anymore.

Sprouts is a really great store to get organic and all natural foods . and ingredients. It can . be a little pricey depending on . what . your looking for, but produce there is generally . very cheap. I love buying their pre-made (made in store in the kitchen) microwavable meals. Its good for lunches and its nice to have a home-cooked style meal ready in minutes. I would recommend Sprouts.

Sprouts farmers market is a great place for grocery but it is probably limited to certain parts of California only. I have been several times usually in the outlets located near Chino Hills but the last visit was in San Jose. There is a wide variety of Organic fruits and vegetables available and the prices are more or less comparable to most places in California. Unlike Costco wholesale the quantity is not an issue and I personally feel it is more reasonably priced as compared to say Safeway.

I was really impressed with their efforts to help with social distancing and COVID-19 protections. They had two guys outside sanitizing each cart,They had one-way aisles and and 6 foot markings at the cash registers. There were plenty of cashiers and very little waiting on a Friday morning. Almost everything I wanted was in stock except for any kind of flower. The produce section was very good including plenty of organics.

John Diaz from produce picked out a great watermelon. He not only picked it out, he showed me what to look for when picking one out-1) weight- has lots of water, 2) flicking it for a sound-for crispness and 3) bee stings for sweetness. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Well stocked and I think the biggest Sprouts I have been in. Stopped while on the area to combine errands. Super friendly Sprouts staff. Parking lot isnt large and can get tight at peak hours. Complex is huge, as I recommend parking farther away and walking a minute or two.
