I found her to be very rude and argumentative. I did not feel comfortable talking to her at all. I felt like I was being scolded. I decided to look for another family doctor. When I requested a copy of my medical record she said the charge is $150. I’ll just have my new Dr. request the record. The fee is completely unreasonable! Wish I read the reviews prior to scheduling.

Dr. Kapoor is not only the worst and most unprofessional doctor Ive had, she is one of the nastiest people I have ever met. If I could give no stars, I would.

Worst doctor ever. She does not know what she is talking about and also refused to provide me with specialty care. She also was blaming me for becoming injured.

Dr. Kappor and I feel uncomfortable calling her a doctor..she is extremely rude ,very incompetent and has no clue about medicine ..stay away... she does not know what she is talking about .You can tell how bad she is by the empty office...we were the only patient there for the whole duration of our visit( about an hour and a half)

She was very nice and reassuring while administering several vaccinations I needed for the I-693. The I-693 process went very smoothly and very quick. Her staff was very kind.

She is very incompetent. She looked at a Simple blood report and made made me feel like I was going to die. She has no bed side manner and is very rude. She kept scolding and blaming me for being sick. I have moved on to a more competent primary care physician.

Horrible!!! This Dr. is a flat out liar!! I had an appt for my state disability on Nov 4 and I was there on time. She was very rude to me over the phone and would hang up on me when I called. She lied to EDD SDI and said I never went to the appt and I did and was on time. She threatened to call security because I was talking to another patient in the waiting room and she doesnt allow talking in her office, ok so I just stopped talking. She could have just told me. The worst was losing my state disability because she lied and said that I didnt show up for my appt and I did. She also made racist remarks. She should not have this state contract.

I would like thank Dr Kapoor for a quick and timely appointment for my wifes severe backpain. The medication she prescribed provided quite a bit of relief.I am deducting two stars since the doctors office staff can be more diligent about calling in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Our appointment finished at ~11:30am but pharmacy said there was nothing for us at 5pm !! Multiple calls to the doctors office phone at 5pm went to the answering machine even though office is said to be open till 6pm. Next morning we find out that the prescribed medicines were called into the pharmacy at ~ 6:30pm !! So an extra night of severe pain that could have been avoided with some diligence from the office staff.

The worst place in the USA . The dr. Is very greedy for the money . I been there for my family medical examination for green card and dr. gave me sealed packet and i sent them to immigration but one of the packet is opened in the mailing and immigration officer ask me to verify this packet by the dr. that report belong to the same person but dr. said there a problem in your name and we have to do medical examination again and charge me one more time . I never recommend this greedy dr. to any one .

Extremely rude and demeaning front desk staff. Decided to go with another provider.

I wont be coming back here. I was a first time patient having adverse effects from my meds. I called two days in a row and had the secretary tell me twice that Dr. Kapoor was too busy to have what would amounted to a 2 minute conversation with me. She was great in the office but seemed not to want to be bothered because I didnt have the luxury of being face to face with her. When I went in I thought her attitude was just because she was sure and capable but she is actually a bit pompous for thinking that speaking to her patients outside of the office isnt worth her non-billable time. Very disappointed. She also had her secretary forward me health advice, which I might have been okay with had it not been my first time establishing a relationship with her and her office.
