Dr.Kompal Piplani is an amazing doctor who doesnt miss anything. She has referred me to the best doctors for issues that she doesnt handle. She keeps track of all that is going on with me and makes sure that I am being treated in an all the best ways. When I signed up for Caremore heath insurance I was very lucky to get Dr. Piplani. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a primary care doctor!

Dr. Piplani was 30 min late for my appt. We discussed pain in my hip/back and she suggested an X-ray before ordering an MRI. She said she would call in for pain medication to my pharmacy and if the X-ray was normal, she would order an MRI. It has been 2 weeks and no request for MRI even though the X-ray was normal. She also has not called in a prescription for pain medication and when I called twice to find out why, the response I got was that I should take over the counter medication. She clearly does not remember our conversation and has not followed up on anything that was discussed. Meanwhile I am in constant pain with no follow up or help from the doctor or her staff.I am adding to this review to state that the medical assistant staff is probably one of the most incompetent I have come across. I unfortunately had to deal with this office again to obtain my xray information for a visit to a specialist. On the phone, I requested a CD of the xray and Blanca told me that she would make the CD and have it at the front desk for my pickup so I could take it with me to my appt. When I got to the office, 30 min prior to my visit, there was only a paper copy of the results and the office staff; including Blanca told me they dont make CDs. Completely frustrating encounter with this staff. I will never visit this office again.

Dr. Piplani has great manners, gives me the opportunity to express my concerns and ask questions. She is patience and makes me feel comfortable and in trusted hands.
