If theres negative 1 star, thats what Im giving them.The service is very very poor! Ive experienced talking to a young rude representative who will not give me a chance to talk and to explain why I called. ( SO STUPID)I end up calling again and finally talk to this nice lady representative and she told me someone will call me back to give me an appointment. I got a call back after 3 months! Again 3 months! Theres alot more bad experienced I had this optical. I had enough. Its been 6 months still I dont have my contact lens prescription. Im still in process of talking and talking I work with Kaiser and very dissappointed with the Optical Dept.

First time here recently. I love my eye doctor she gave me a thorough exam one of the most detailed Ive ever had. She had alot of advice for me too and saved me money for my contacts visit but when it came to the sales department I got a horrible woman who insisted my prescription is wrong. Im not sure how she thinks she knows more than the eye doctors but I really needed contacts and she gave me the worst experience. I called back the same day to see if anything had changed and I got another woman who didnt know what was going on and she was going to order for me but then again here comes this woman insisting my prescription is wrong. She had a horrible attitude and I wish I had talked to the second woman first. Next day I checked online for my prescription to see if I could order and it finally appeared and it was still the same prescription there was nothing wrong with it. She didnt even call back to admit her mistake. Was thinking about getting glasses from here too but Ill just stick to ordering contacts online so I wont have to speak to anyone again.

Great place ! The staff are very friendly, genuinely. From the eye exam to paying for my new glasses everything went smoothly and the lady who helped me noticed the glasses I had on were a little broken so she took them in the back and fixed it for me, on top of other little adjustments I needed. They said my glasses would take ten days to be ready but it was ready in less than 48 hours :)

I was seen by Dr Grace Wong for my annual eye exam. Ive been her patient for many years and shes always been very personable, pleasant to converse with, professional, and I never felt rushed during my exam.I highly dont recommend her because I dont want her to get too busy to see me! 😉

Very professional and easy. Went in, and got my eyes check, and was consulted. Advised on my eye care. Answered all my questions. I now have a clear print out on my prescription so I can buy my eye ware any place I choose. This location also has a in house store for quick shopping. In and Out with no trouble. Near new development. Perfect area to live if your looking to move to San Jose. Easy Access to all areas to the North of the Blossom Hill / Santa Teresa area.

We were greeted by a tall, handsome , trendy -well dressed Asian man right down to his shoes. He reminded me of my Tio. The time was 12:30 on a Thursday, and with no appointment we were helped promptly. Our problem, was both kid had some crooked and or loose glasses that needed adjustments. There were 4 other people there before us but they attended to my kids first. The handsome man helped my daughter with her glasses and Stephanie helped my son with his. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We had a great experience. Thank you Stephanie!

I came here for my eye exam and that was great. Then they scheduled me for a contact fitting. I couldnt make the first one so I pushed it back a few weeks. When I showed up they said they scheduled me for the wrong appointment. They scheduled me for another eye exam. I was upset but understand these things can happen. They said the soonest they could see me was Nov.17 (almost 4 weeks away) and that they would call me if anything sooner opened up. Everyone at work knew my appointment was the 17th of Nov. Today the day before I called to make sure what time my appointment was. They said I wasnt on the list. They also said I was a no show to my last appointment. I said no I was there in person and was rescheduled for the 17th but they couldnt find me anywhere on the schedule. They tried to schedule me again Dec.9th but no way am I waiting another 3 weeks to see! I left a message with the manager Robert but havent heard back from him. After calling Kaiser Member Services they referred me to Santa Clara. I explained how long I have been waiting and what happened in San Jose and they are putting me in their schedule tomorrow. I am SO grateful to them for not only penciling me in but understanding how much I needed to be seen. I am so disappointed with how I was treated at San Jose. Not only did they mess up on my appointment on Oct.22nd, but they messed up again on Nov.17th and kept pushing me off and making me feel like it was not worth seeing. I let it go once but twice is too much. If you make an appointment HOLD ON TO THE CARD!! because since I lost it (the reason I called in the first place) they wont see me. And apparently they only have one dr. and she is going on a long vacation between dec and january. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated.

Worst experience I’ve had getting an eye exam in my life. Couldn’t tell me the cost of my exam and made me wait an hour and a half. Also mademe miss my next Dr. appointment.

I called to see if they take walk ins they told me until 4:45pm. I rushed to get there by 4pm from out of town. I get there and they tell me No! Ridiculous!!
