I am experiencing major skin irritation. Receptionist was very rude over the phone. She also refused taking in new patients.

The person who picked the phone in the office hang on my wife while she is talking to her. The front desk is rude and need to be replaced with some one have manner. This office changed the appointment of my wife with the Doctor with an assistant without informing us. Not a professional service like a dictatorship. It seems they do not care about their patients.

The girl who picks up the phone is so weird. Her voice and her tone made me felt uncomfortable. Bad customer service!!!
