My first visit was amazing. My second visit was as good. Most Doctors these days don’t give the time to say anything. They don’t even pay attention. At this clinic it was totally the opposite from the front desk ti the Doctor. Thank you

I took my 5 year old for a second opinion here and even though the opinion was the same, the experience was worlds better than his first experience. Dr Carter had amazing bedside manner, was a great listener and got my sone to feel more comfortable with her almost immediately, which is not easy for him. Highly recommended.

My teenage son has needed ear tubes off and on since he was little. Dont want to imagine how wed continue this without Dr. Murray. Dr. Murray is able to place ear tubes in my sons drum in clinic, no operating room, no anesthesia, no muss, no fuss. My son doesnt flinch at the steady hand of Dr. Murray. Im amazed each time I watch the procedure. Grateful for this doc. Hope your retirement plans are very far off.

I drove all the way from the Central Valley to see the audiologist and NP Frost. The front desk staff was amazing at getting me in fast and I am truly grateful for that since everyone in the valley is booking out months later. I’ve been experiencing tinnitus for a couple months now and it’s been life altering. The audiologist was great and NP Frost assured me that it’s something that can possibly be fixed and to not be discourage. He was kind, gave me hope and was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns. I wish they were closer so I could take all my family to them for all our ENT needs.

I came to Dr. Lionel Nelson after suffering from progressive vertigo. I was completely impressed with this entire office. I was treated with compassion and professionalism from the moment I walked in the door. The assistants at check in, to Natasha and Dr. Nelson. He instills confidence in you by not dismissing your sypmtoms or your concerns. This means the world to me. Natasha and Danni are always smiling and upbeat. They instantly make you comfortable as well as taking time needed to assist you in your care. The office in Los Gatos was a bit difficult to find but, once you get there you will find it is worth it.

Wonderful staff, accommodating. Dr. Nelson is an amazing, knowledgeable doctor. He takes the time to answer all your questions and leaves you with a detailed treatment plan.

I found the facility, staff and Dr. Lionel Nelson, in particular, impressive. Dr. Nelson was very detailed and thorough in his examination of the causes of my severe dizziness. He determined that the causes were not ear related. He asked that I consult my cardiologist who had recently prescribed a new medication to see if it could be a side effect of the new drug. One day after discontinuing the new med my dizziness went away. I’m indebted to Dr. Nelson for his astuteness and thoroughness of his work.

Excellent service from receptionist to medical assistant to Dr. Nelson. The doctor was patient, unrushed, caring, experienced and knowledgeable. He was open to questions and really listened to my symptoms, concerns and input. I came away feeling much better about treatment I am undergoing for an ongoing condition that may take longer and more effort or medication to handle long term. A very modern practice and facility committed to patient care.

I have been coming to this office and see NP Shaun Frost for ear wax issues. He is the best. Patient, thorough and professional are just a few of the things he is but also friendly and easy to talk to. Office is clean and bright. Parking is easy and plentiful. Such a pleasant place! I came in to get checked due to hearing loss. They were able to clean out my left ear and performed the hearing test. Everything turned out fine.

In office visit handled efficiently and professionally. The only issue is there should be a backup person available when someone is on vacation who can handle the duties of this person instead of having to wait for the person to return from vacation.

Great staff, and great responsiveness (bed side manor) - recommended.

The girl who answers the phone has an attitude . if you don’t like your job, then quit! Stop yelling at people just because you hate your job. She hung up on me and when I called again, she yelled at me with the next available date. So messed up.
