I met the Doctor almost 3 years before and settle all the amount . But 2 months before I got the call for pending amount.

I have a 5-year-old daughter I took her since she was born with this doctor Krishnamshetty , I never had problems with this doctor because my daughter is a very healthy girl I only took her for her shots and every year check up.. But 2 weeks ago she got very sick and since the first day I knew something was wrong because she had the same symptoms I did ( I had pneumonia) so I took her with this doctor 3 times all the 3 times she said it was a virus. She completely ignored my concern. So I got my daughter to another pediatric and I was right she had phnonia too. Im very disappointed that I loose a week with my daughter in high fever just because of this doctor. Something might happen to my daughter ....I read that if you dont trade this on time people can die. I definitely dont want her to be here doctor anymore 👎👎👎👎

My daughter had strep throat, but Dr. Krishnam told its virus infection even after two visits. She told us fever will go down after 7 to 10days but it didnt, even after 10days it was around 103. Then we consulted another pediatrician she confirmed it is strep throat and started antibiotics within a week she recovered, after going through so much of pain almost 10days. Had Worst experience with Dr.krishnam shetty. Never recommend her to anyone.

The Staff here is Horrible straight up East side Getto!! They give you 0 options make it so difficult for a simple appointment and rude Im switching my baby asap

The staff is horrible, They will also refuse service if you cannot pay the 25$ missed appointment fee which is ridiculous. The girl in the front is very rude and unprofessional.

The staff is horrible. The doctor couldnt diagnosed my 1 yr old son bronchitis problem for 2 months and made me to go off track (some kind of allergic reaction). When we decided to get a second opinion and visited another pediatric (Dr. Nilda Abellera), she confirmed the bronchitis in first 15 mins of visit. Kudos to Dr. Abellera, my son bronchitis was cured and he started having peaceful sleep. I called Dr.Krishnamshetty on this, the response I got from Dr. is we dont treat bronchitis for this age and let it heal on its own (really??!!!).

The doctor is Good. But the over all system is not good . But we had bad experience with the billing. We went for the general check up and we asked about the speech delay . But they made the billing on Speech delay which insurance company told to bill under different code . But the Doc office said they can not . Even i requested them to reduce the amount/give discount on the bill. But they are not willing to give discount nor willing to change the code and submit to the issuance and they just circulating the call from Doc office to billing and billing to Doc office . I have spent lot of time on this . No one is bothered to help neither the doctor office/billing/Doctor/Insurance . I would not visit this office again. I am not happy with the over all proces

Last year I was put on Kaiser and it was the worst! Nobody knew how to take care of my son who has bad allergies and asthma like symptoms when he is sick! It was horrible as soon as I found out my work had gotten Blue Shield I signed up for it and got my kids Doctor back! Shes amazing! Ive gotten 3 of my friends to take their kids to her and they feel the same way!!
