The staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs. Everything was explained to me, so I was aware of what was being done. The environment was exceptionally clean and covid protocol was in place. I am extremely happy with my first visit, and I am at ease now that I have found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.

I had a change in my insurance last year in 7/2020 and was looking for a new dentist. I came across many different options and found Valley Fair Family Dentistry. I decided to book an appt and was very happy with the service. I knew I needed some work done and was told again and the pricing was exactly what was outlined in my insurance book. It’s always a process finding a new dentist that has your best interest in mind and isn’t trying to charge you extensive amounts for work needed. I am very happy being a patient here. Dr. and assistant are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.

I went in to get a dental cleaning today. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Carmina and Dr. Nina. I had a little bit extra discoloring on my bottom teeth which they made sure to address and gave me extra attention to it. this is a great office to come too if youre looking to get Lumineers which I did or cleanings or any kind of dental work done to you.thank you so much Dr. Nina and Carmina Ill be seeing you guys shortly to get my cavities taken care of!

I had to have 10 fillings replaced and crowns put in, search other places and this is by far the best deal I found. Dr. Swathi Upadhyaya and her team was very professional and did an amazing job for a great price, I would defiantly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr Ghazanfari is surely a dream come true, for a picky person like me. and I completely trust her to seek the best and be pickier than me on the quality of job offeredI had a major bleeding gum problem, she patiently walked me through different treatments, and I got better and betterI also have a very good experience with the front bridge she helped me with. Again she patiently looked around to find the best lab, talked me through all options I have, and I ended up with a beautiful bridge which most importantly has the best natural look.All done in the most efficient time

Unfortunately, I did not a have a good experience. I am new to San Jose, and was seeking a great dentist. I called to schedule an appointment, gave them my insurance information and everything was perfect, however when I mentioned their free whitening for new patients-- the receptionist said, we no longer accept your insurance, bye and hung up. First, I felt ashamed for asking her about their promotions, but I quickly realized how rude and disrespectful that was. If this is how they take care of their patients, then I do not desire to be taken care of by them. Now, I am currently being seen by Dr. Kini and theyre amazing.

Good experience with Dr. Swati Upadhyaya and team. She takes time to thoroughly examine and suggest any treatments.Polite and professional care by assistant Javier for after treatment care like polishing .Overall pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Dr. Ghazanfari is excellent. She communicates whats going on with your teeth very well, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Has a good staff as well. I will continue to see her.

I am terrified of the dentist, but my experience was awesome with Dr. Nina since Im not a regular dentist visitor. She talked to me the whole time, explain what was going on, she is very kind and the staff is very welcome as you walk in. My experience at Valley Fair has been very positive. Her staff is friendly and competent. The location is very central and easy to get to. So after I moved from San jose to Cupertino, I have stayed with her.Dr. Ghazanfari has been taking care of my teeth since 2006. She works hard to explain all my of options and goes out of her way to keep the procedure painless and comfortable. To give an example, she anesthetizes the injection point so I do not feel the needle and applies vaseline so my lips do not feel dry during the treatment.I have seen a few other dentists in the past. She is dedicated to preserving my own teeth and has ben successful at it. In couple of occassions, based on past experience, I was convinced I was going to need a root canal or an implant. She took care of my problems with just a filling and by replacing the crown.Overall, she is the best dentist I have ever had. Highly recommended!
