I am having lower back pain for more than an year. I have been to so many Chiropractors and physical therapist number of times, but no improvement in my pain. Have been referred by my Dentist (Ms Manisha Ghosh) to Saratoga Ave Back and Neck center. Dr David is one of the best Chiropractor I have seen so far. He will understand your problem and then explain you in detail on what is the issue based on your inputs and will tell you upfront on how he is going to treat you. He has deep knowledge and understanding of his profession, that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend people who are really looking for a help with their back pain.

Dr. David De Salvo is a very competent Chiropractor and has positive attitude. In the past I have used other Chiropractors who during an exam/treatment would give a little effort and then ask you to return the next day for a second attempt. Dr. De Salvo will use several different techniques until success.The Saratoga Ave Back & Neck Center is affordable and has a friendly staff with all of the necessary abilities, knowledge and skills to fulfill your chiropractor needs. I am a testimony to Dr. David De Salvos whole person approach He saved me from having surgery on my elbow, I suffered with Tennis Elbow (Tendinitis) which was an excruciating pain for a whole year,until I met him for back and neck pain which led me to bring up my pain in the elbow, He advised me against surgery, and to allow him to try and help me with my elbow, I was skeptical, but said. you have 4 weeks before my scheduled surgery to try.Well, he came through for me after 3 weeks of treatment, I was pain free! !! It was like a MIRACLE!. I am so thankful that I listened to him and cancelled my surgery. This was 4 years ago! I am a new patient at Saratoga Ave Back & Neck Center. Dr De Salvo is very attentive chiropractor. It is easy to make appointments and they have flexible hrs. Darinka is an outstanding massage therapist and both of them are very nice and are helping me.

Dr. De Salvo is a gem. I came to him from a bad car accident. He was gentle and able to help me with my neck and shoulder pain. The heat pad was really helpful. His adjustments helped ease my neck and shoulder pain. His massage therapist Darinka had great techniques with stone massages along my neck that helped ease the tension. I recommend this place if you have any pain.

I have been treated by Dr. D and Darinka for over 15 yrs. and they are absolutely the best. I travel extensively for work and can not always get in for treatment, when i finally make the appointment, I am always satisfied and feel 100% better. Very happy with Dr. Desalvo, Ive had chronic problems with my back that flare up on occasion and when they do, I can barely walk (and Im only in my early 40s). Several previous chiropractors havent really been able to put me back together when this happens, or it has taken many months of treatment to get there. With just a few visits, Im already feeling like Im probably back to about 75% of full normal mobility, and his work on me seems to hold better than Ive had with other doctors.Im giving him 4 stars rather than 5 only because I havent been a patient very long, and weve only worked on this very acute issue. I look forward to getting more work done on other areas and finding out what his entire range of work can consist of!Oh and hes got a wonderful big dog which is a real bonus. =)

I have been getting massages by Darinka almost every week for the last year. I was involved in a bad car accident just before I started seeing her...She is very knowledgeable about the body & has helped me recover from my injuries.
