These women are amazing! As soon as you walk in you can’t help but feel welcomed and be excited to be there. Haylee is the best front desk lady out there, truly starts the visit off right.As far as chiropractic services, the best! I came in with some severe issues, neck pain, back pain, numbness in my hands. My body has made a complete turn for the better! My schedule is far from normal and getting in to see them maybe 3 times a month, when they recommended 3 times a week, and For me to see progress and feel the difference is a testament to their process. Recommend highly!! The best all around experience!!

Love this clinic and these people! Dr. Stephanie was able to get me in quickly and gave me a very accurate assessment. After my first adjustment I immediately felt the difference! Then when my son needed an ‘emergency’ adjustment he was able to get in same day and she came up with an aggressive treatment plan for him that has made a huge difference. I am posting this to warn potential clients. This is NOT a place to just get adjusted. They want to sign you up for some kind of 30-60 day package treatment plan for something around $1k/month, which you do not even get to select what services you want. If you are looking for a chiro to get adjusted, where you can pay-as-you-go, then this is not the right place. I was expecting to pay around $50 bucks for a 15 minute spine massage to help me get through some running injuries, and instead I got this really involved consultation and a week later, I still havent had my back cracked and I have to schedule somewhere else.The doctor was friendly, attentive and had a pretty good sales pitch. The premises were clean and attractive. My advice for the company is to make the process more transparent up front so people like me dont waste our time.

I found Rozenhart Family Chiropractic in my medical insurance’s provider directory after hurting my back at home. I came to their office with 8 out of 10 pain, barely able to sit down or walk straight. It was awful! I’d never done anything like this to my back before and it was the first time since becoming a nurse that I had to take off work because of an injury.I was able to get an appointment within a day. I read on their website that they were taking several COVID19-related precautions and was pleased to see all staff wearing masks, tables being cleaned after each use, X marks on the floor to indicate where to stand to maintain social distancing, and hand sanitizer/Alcohol wipes/gloves available for patient use. I’ve been to several chiropractors in my life and there are some that behave as if they have immune systems made of steel so they don’t bother with standard precautions, let alone extra precautions like wearing masks or disinfecting equipment between use during flu season and now in this COVID era. Great work, RFC!My initial exam was thorough and not rushed at all. My adjustment appointments were brief and pretty much involved doing the same few interventions each visit (no complaints with the redundancy as it did the job of eliminating the awful back pain I was having!). They also recommended a high dose arnica supplement available for purchase at the practice that was just as effective as an NSAID for bringing down the inflammation from my injury. I was able to get back to work after 6 adjustments completed over two weeks. I’m looking forward to resuming a chiropractic maintenance program for the rest of my life because I’m pretty convinced that if I was still going to a chiropractor regularly, I never would have hurt my back in the first place! Thank you, RFC, for relieving my pain and getting me moving and working again.

I got relived from my severe lower back pain with in a week. Both Zen and Stef are doing great work.

I recently developed TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) and it freaked me out. I am so happy I was referred to the Rozenharts as my joint dysfunction has improved SIGNIFICANTLY in only 4 weeks. They are friendly, clean, and really do take patients needs to the next level. 12/10 recommend.

The only reason I made the appt was because I called and they said they did indeed took my insurance over the phone. So I went to a consultation where they didnt adjust me and when I asked to make sure about insurance she said we will talk next time once I make a plan for your treatment. I should have known then that they did not take my insurance and my time was being wasted, she put a treatment plan together and tried to sell it to me for over $1500. I ended up getting an adjustment and that costed me $80 for a few cracks, when come to find out those usually run from $40 to $60 other places. Just sucks and kinda feel betrayed in a way because they were really nice just lied to me from the beginning.

I very much regret going to this chiropractor. The very first time going, she pulled my knee so hard that I now need physical therapy. There’s nothing that I can do though, since they make you sign a form that say they aren’t liable for damaging your body.Don’t make the same mistake I did!

What I loved the most Rozenhart Family Chiropractic is their integrity. When performed a certain exercise as part of my treatment, it had an adverse effect on body. They recommended that I get an MRI. Upon reviewing the MRI, they recommended I see a neurosurgeon. They refunded the remaining balance of my prepaid fee. I had an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery. I am fully recovered. Thank you Jennifer and Stephanie for saving my life.

Being an auto and bicycle racer since the age of 8 I can say that I probably have more spine issues than the average person my age. The pain in my neck is just a memory now. I came to Rozenhart Chiropractic with a great amount of pain in my neck and upper back. Within a week I was almost back to normal . In May of 2017, I developed lower back and sciatic pain that was so unbearable, I almost couldnt walk or function (a bulging L4 and herniated L5). Immediately after my first treatment, I could feel an improvement and now, four months later, I am fully mobile and feeling incredible. The Rozenharts have been pivotal in my treatment and rehabilitation and I cannot thank them enough!

I have only been with the Doctors for a couple of months, but within that time I have gone from having limited range of motion in my lower spine to a normal range of motion. Theres also a section of my spine in which I would react whenever anyone would touch it and was unable to determine if I was feeling pain, or a tickling sensation. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain from many years of lifting/transferring my father who was disabled plus trauma from two MB accidents within the past five years. I’ve always been a consistent pain level 6 until two weeks ago when I reached an all time high level of 8. I couldn’t move my head from side to side, I was stiff, sore, and a blink away from tears. I have tried just about everything imaginable to help ease the pain but I knew It wasn’t going to help me with this pain. I googled “top 10 chiropractors” within my zip code and the “top three chiropractors” popped up so I scrolled down and found Dr. Rozenhart’s information, read it, and I really seemed to be drawn in with what they had to offer so, I requested an apt on line, not even 5 minutes passed when I received a phone call to schedule. I have “never” had that kind of friendly, quick, responsive, customer service anywhere. I was set up and seen right away. First I was greeted by Christina and Shantal two lovely assistants that are happy to see you when you walk through the door. Had just one piece of paper to sign, loved it, then I was greeted by Dr. Jenn who is just a ray of positive sunshine. She took me into a private office where she could ask me questions and go over my form that was already filled out on line. She then took me into another room and had me lay face down where she did a hands on exam with my back and neck. Then she took x-rays and walked me out to schedule my next apt to go over findings. My next apt I was brought in to her office and she asked if she could recap of our first visit to make sure she listened and wrote it down correctly. Much to my surprise she nailed it as if she had recorded the conversation itself. At that point, I was in! She actually listened to what I said enough to almost memorize it word for word. Then she went over my x-rays by using these really cool skeleton pictures on her wall that light up when you touch a button then it helps explain what it affects in your body, that was brilliant, very helpful, and such a great tool to teach someone who doesn’t know medical terms or how one area of your body can affect other areas. She was kind enough to read and explain my original MRI results requested by another doctor who ordered the exam. I thought that was pretty cool as well. She went over her X-rays also and explained to me what she was talking about as well as pulling out a prop to show me. You can ask many questions and she’s thorough with answers, she takes her time explaining everything. She had already made up a treatment plan for the next 3mo-to a year, that was exciting to hear. So, with presentation, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, kindness and most of all she is truly committed to helping people no matter how big or how small the situation is, she and her team believe in wellness and helping people be their best self. Although I left with the pain I came in, I 200% believe that she and her team will do exactly what she said she would. My first session was last week. I came in at a level 8, I could not move my head side to side without a tear in my eyes. Treatment was about 15min long, easy breezy but when I left I as able to move my head from side to side. Sounds crazy but it’s true. Today was my third session and I am back down to a level 6 in pain (that’s manageable to me). I can turn my head and it doesn’t feel like I have a knife in my shoulder anymore. The atmosphere inside is so chill, other clientele are friendly and talk to everyone their, it’s personable, homey, and the doctors are amazing! I feel blessed to have found them when there are so many to chose from like I said after reading their website I had a warm fuzzy about this place and I am already seeing improvements. I feel I have the best management team looking out for me and I know I am in good hands. I have had adjustments from all three doctors now, all three are fabulous. I used to think that chiropractors were a one-time remedy for a messed up back. But after seeing Drs. Rozenhart for 2+ years, I realize that regular spinal care can make a huge difference for your overall health. Not only do my neck and back feel great, but I sleep better and seem to be more immune to cold and flu season. Plus, these ladies really get to know and care about their patients.I know you’re thinking that you don’t have time for regular trips to the chiropractor.
