We made a reservation for a rental last week. Our trip has been cancelled and I called to cancel the reservation today, 4 days prior to the start of the rental. Amber told me there is a 35% restocking fee ($175) for doing absolutely nothing. Again 4 days prior. I then told Amber, fine keep the cancellation fee but please know we will not consider using your company in the future. Amber’s reply: “good! We don’t want your business anyway” and then she hung up on me.I called to speak to a manager. I was disconnected twice and then the third time I spoke with Tim on his mobile phone. Told him what happened and his response regarding Amber “I can believe it. I’ve heard it before”AAVOID THIS COMPANY.
Had several items delivered to us at the hospital on Sunday afternoon. We are so thankful they were open. Amazing service. Chris was super helpful and friendly.
Prince gouging. Wanted to charge $599 for a product that is available online for $89--a $510 difference!!! When confronted, he said his products are only for those who can afford them.
They got me a CPAP machine within 2 hours on a Saturday evening when everyone else was closed. Thank you Criss for your help!

Only do delivery service , went all the way over to find out they don’t carry supplies. They need to post that on there web site..
