Not even 1 star, do not rent or make business with this place, customer service is horrible and the equipment is dirty and malfunction, I rented the mask and used only a few hours because started smelling weird and lots of smoke came out of the device, they sent me another one after 3 days, I was promised credit and I still waiting for it, do not risk your life using the equipment from this company, plus never respond to messages. My fiancée used their cooling mask and it malfunctioned on the second day of use (her third day of recovery from jaw surgery). This is a critical time in her recovery and we wanted to get a hold of a representative to receive another device out to her ASAP. Radio silence.Her mother and I have called their number no less than 10 times in their given work hours and left messages on a few occasions; no one has responded.Anyone looking to rent from this company should be fully aware of their unethical lack of patient care. Unless they provide a quick response during her current recovery I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your medical needs.(5/15/2018)
