I am so lucky to have Dr. Patrick Houtt as my special neurologist for more than 7 years to cure my left face nerves and to prevent left eye spasms which causes left eye closed and migraine headache. He is caring, curing, dedicating to very detail of the treatment while I am under care of him.He listen patiently to all the new problems happened to me before he continued on going with treatment for me. He is my angle on earth to take care of me and his patients because God can not be every where to help so he send Doctor Patrick. He is sweet, kind and so intelligent that I can never ask any more from a doctor of Nuerology to treat me as good as doctor Patrick Houtt.

Dr. Huott is the best doctor Ive had. Great listener and always cares about how I am doing. I cannot believe he is leaving Sharp and am very sad. How could Sharp let him go????? I finally have relief from my migraines and dread starting over with a new doctor. He is the main reason I stay wwith Sharp.

I have C.M.T. and this was the first doctor who really knew what that was and what I needed. He gave me ample time, he listened, he cared, he was kind, and he helped get my pain under control. He is not my doctor anymore ,because I moved, which makes me so sad. I cant find another like him.

Dr Huott listened and explained what I should look out for as it relates to my medications. It saddens me to see him leave.

Very disappointed with the receptionists. Seems to me they are deliberately dodging important calls using caller ID. My husband has terminal brain cancer and is about to go into surgery in 3 days. They seem to be dragging their feet, while his ADA is still not signed off by the doctor risking his insurance protections (and his job) from his employer. He had been proactively calling weeks ahead of time to make sure things get signed off. Today is the deadline and we have not recieved one phone call to tell us if his paperwork has even been recieved or acknowledged. Do better. Peoples entire lives are on the line.Update: We have called the number, it went straight to voicemail again and have left several voicemails since. The surgery is tomorrow morning and his employers are still threatening to fire him over not recieving the fax for his ADA approval from your office. We still have not recieved a call back regarding anything. I understand the doctor is retiring and probably dont care. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your standard copy paste response isnt really helpful.

I value the medical care I receive from Dr. Haught. He explains things very well and is always interested in my thoughts and concerns. His imput is very valuable . I always leave the office feeling assured and having a plan of action to work on. I always feel in partnership with him in treating my issues. That is extremely reassuring. He is a blessing. My appointment with Dr. Huott was informative re Multiple Sclerosis information from my recent MRI. I appreciate his attention to detail. As always, he was attentive and addressed my questions and needs re my diagnosis.

Dr. Huott has always been a great doctor. He listens and remembers all of my concerns and pains. He discusses options for my migraines. He doesnt brush me off as some doctors do when they cant see your pain. He shows me test results and explains exactly what the images mean, vs some doctors who talk over you.

You cannot find a more skilled and patient centered dr. He is the ONLY DR who successfully treated my migraines and PTSD. Rate him 6/5. He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. When my husband started a new treatment I was shocked that we heard back from Dr. Huott who reviewed his mail on the wknd. We were traveling and Dr. Huott contacted us re txt. My husband is old schl and rarely sees drs. But we both have the highest respect and regard for this fabulous dr. Although he runs his officeefficiently he aleays has time to honor his patients with time toexplain medical questions in a way that is kind and respectful to the patient. By the time a patient is referred to neurology its a pretty serious situation. My husband and I have been cared for by Dr. Huott now for decades and he has earned every biit of trust we share with him. It takes a long time to build the trust we have and we wouldnt want any other dr. We highly recommend this kind decent dr and he has earned every bit of our respect. Pls note his high rating. You wont find a better dr.reassures patients which I think is probably the most important part of a practice. He is extremely knowledgeable but explains things clearly and never talks over your head which some arrogant drs can do.

Dr Huott is an AMAZING Doctor. He is never to busy to answer any questions or concerns I may have. He is patient and kind and so very knowledgeable! I feel very fortunate to have Dr Huott as my Doctor.

Dr Huott is an amazing doctor. He figured out my rare disease fairly quickly and is now helping me live a better quality of life. He listens and he really gets to the bottom of what’s going on. He’s very good about responding to emails with my concerns and questions. All staff is very friendly. Dr truly cares about his patients and just wants to help. He’s honest with great bedside manner. My rheumatologist is also so thrilled I found Dr Huott, because for years my rheumatologist knew there was something going on neurologically. He just didn’t know what. He thought maybe Parkinson’s was going to show up, but Dr Huott figured out it’s actually SPS, a one in a million disease. I’m thankful for him. Thank you doctor!

Dr Huott and his Assistant Fred are amazing. Dr Huott is incredibly skilled and perceptive and takes the time to spend diagnosing the problem. Fred his Assistant is kind and attentive. I highly recommend his office should you need skilled neurological services. I can say enough positive things about Doctor and his Staff.The only issue is with the Sharp support Receptionist that answers the phone. for several Doctors..She always seems harried, flustered and annoyed when answering the phone. She doesnt seem to be concerned about assisting and honestly not very caring - She also doesnt seem to pass on messages to the Offices for specific staff in the specialty departments. Its always a no, verses what can I do to assist. Just email a message to the office... Not a good reflection of the Doctors she supports.
