Dr. Lasker has been my neurologist for a couple of years now. He lets me explain whats happening to me, ask my questions, listens to me, and ACTUALLY addresses all of them thoroughly. He takes the time to look you in the eye and treat you like a person, not just a number. He does not snap to judgment, but takes the whole person into account and makes sure to treat the issue at hand in the right manner, without abuses. Step-by-step. He has made miracles happen for me when no one else was able to, and it didnt take some drastic measures either, just a brilliant neurologist who knows how to think and listens to his patients.

I suffer from migraines with a long list of allergies and intolerances of medications that are usually used for typically migraines. Because of this, the only thing we found that worked for me was a narcotic. Lasker wrote out a cocktail for me to use in the ER if necessary at the ER Physicians discretion of course. I was admitted to Sharp and the nurse called him to confirm he wrote it out and what not. He said “go tell her you want to put a copy of it in her chart and just throw it in the shredder.” He never once told me that he didn’t agree with that treatment plan, he’s the one who wrote it out. Time to find a new neurologist that will communicate things better with me.

I have been seeing Dr. Lasker since 2010 for migraines and seizures. He is attentive and compassionate. He also works with other great doctors to confirm his diagnosis.

Dr. Lasker was very professional. He was prompt with regard to my sons scheduled appointment time, he spent time reviewing the records we supplied, and he ordered appropriate tests to determine the disease process that was causing his symptoms. He spent time explaining possible explanations for my sons symptoms and answered all our questions in detail. We are both very happy that Dr. Lasker was a member of our insurance plan (sometimes its a toss-up whether a specialist covered by our plan will work out well).

Terrible Experience! Just Terrible all around! First, Dr. Lasker was not helpful at all and continued to push medication that had adverse effects, and instead of stopping he would up the dosage. Needing to see a neurologist is maybe one of the scariest times, and having an unfriendly doctor who does not communicate effectively AT ALL made things way worse! On top of that, the staff is just as terrible! Terrible management, terrible customer service and just so happy to be done with that office! IF YOU CAN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Terrible phone service and customer service. Every time you call, they answer and without even telling you to hold politely, they place you on a hold for 17 mins. If your reading this, dont waste your time. You know if the staff is terrible, then can you imagine the management.

Dr lasker is the best Dr Ive ever seen. He is very thorough and customer service is amazing. Dr lasker has been my familys Dr for several (7 or 8) years and even after the passing of my brother Dr lasker came to the celebration of life and you could tell he really was really saddened he wasnt just there to show face. its amazing knowing thats there is a doctor out there that still cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr lasker if you care about getting the treatment thats right for you and your family
