It took over an hour to check in for the lab. No one knew how to enter insurance information or how to look up the labs. No privacy either. They were yelling from one side of the office to the other to ask for help. The lady entering my information did not speak very good English and kept putting the numbers in backwards. They blamed it on a new system. Parking is paid by the hour so it cost me an extra $8. Once I got back to get my blood drawn, the nurse helping the lady next to me told her she used the wrong tubes and needed to do it all over again. I have very little confidence in this place.
Many great facilities located at the Poole building. Including labs, and employee health.
