This review is for this company, in general.They are a scam, and a rip off.I was sent 3 cans of hypoallergenic formula for my son in August. Paid $7 and was told I shouldnt have to pay anything else.Got a bill last week for $73. Called the customer service number, and was told that I would have a supervisor call me back, well that never happened.So I called today and spoke with someone. Apperently even though I only got 3 cans of formula, the charge the quanity based of calorie intake *which makes no sense, just seems like a reason to charge people more.* so it showed a quality of 52 cans of formula, and they billed my insurance $1700 for 3 CANS OF FORMULA. 3 CANS! I paid the $70 and told them to never call me again. This place is a scam! They act like using them will help and save you money, but in reality it didnt. Never again will I use or recommend this company. Im planning on sending their info to the BBB.

NB: These people are NOT BBB accredited.these people are a royal pain in the yin/yang. at least 5 telephone calls/ day:Would you like more Budesonide? NO NO NO NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.Next day: Do you need more Budesonide? NO NO NO 100% NO!Next day, knock on the door: USPS delivering Budesonide to you....The only explanations are unwholesome: rewards, kickbacks, free vacations to Bermuda etc. if you really P-U-S-H the product. Im going to ask my pulmonologist if we can get the same product from another source.
