I don’t usually write reviews for anything unless the product or service was outstanding. That was definitely the case for both here with Divoti, so I wanted to write and say thank you! I recently placed an order for a medical alert cuff bracelet and a replacement medical ID tag for an existing bracelet. Both needed several lines of custom engraving. Within about two hours of me placing my order, I received an email that not only was my item ready, but had SHIPPED! The estimated arrival time was about a week, since the package was coming clear across the country. Yet it arrived in just four days! After opening my package and looking at my two items, I am so very happy! The quality is good and sturdy for daily wear, and yet both items are also very pretty and something I will enjoy wearing. I am part of an on-line group (about 4,000) of people with life-threatening coronary artery dissection disease who need to wear medical alert items, and need replacement IDs as medications, doctors, and conditions change. I most definitely will share my good experience with the products and service at Divoti with my peers in this on-line group, as well as others who may be in the market. Thank you so much!

I ordered a medical alert bracelet and am very happy with the quality and appearance. Unfortunately, I ordered a size just a little too small. When I inquired about ordering a replacement chain they told me I could replace it free of charge. I sent back the original and quickly received the new chain. Its perfect. Id highly recommend this company. Customer Service was outstanding. And my bracelet is very pretty!

I absolutely love my new bracelet that I received for Christmas. We measured my wrist incorrectly and thought I would share that the customer service experience was wonderful! Even during the holidays. I emailed their support team, received an email back quickly with instructions on how to do the exchanged. I received my bracelet back within a week. The turn around was very very quick. I have shared the link now with 5 people to their site. Bracelet is made very well, the price was wonderful, customer service was super = one happy customer. I just received this product. I ordered the Byzantine bracelet with the tag. It seems well made and looks nice. The size was perfect. My wrist is 6.5 so I ordered 7.5 to account for the tag and also to be able to clip it on without help. I have several bracelets from other companies but I am counting this as a favorite. Delivery was timely and the price was reasonable.

Divoti is amazing! If I could give 6 stars, I would!I searched and searched the Web for an attractive, feminine medical ID bracelet. I hate the typical ones, and I was super excited when I finally found Divotis Angel Wings bracelet. It is just absolutely beautiful and looks great.It did take a little work to get it to fit... Im just not used to wearing solid stainless steel bracelets all the time! ;^) But once I got it shaped correctly, its comfortable and secure on my wrist. The deep-laser etch on the inside is very readable and looks like it will last forever. You can actually feel the edge of the etched part on each individual letter with your fingers. Wow.Divotis customer service is just fantastic - they respond quickly and are super friendly.Would I order again? ABSOLUTELY. If youre looking for a high-quality, beautiful medical ID from a small business with fabulous service, youve found it. I couldnt be happier with my order! 8^)

Love my bracelet its so cute and very cute and beautiful and dantiy and sweet looking I almost dont even know that I have it on love how the engraving turned out it looks great hope it will last for a long time I hope to order more bracelets so I can change them out but that will be later 😊

I wanted a medical bracelet that looked like jewelry, not a medical bracelet. Mine is beautiful, doesnt interfer with typing during my workday and stays clasped. No worries of loosing it! Fast service too!

After a serious illness I needed a medic alert. Placed my order late in the evening and realized early the next morning I had given the wrong phone number. Emailed around 7 am hoping to get it changed. Within an hour I was sent an email that bracelet was shipped. Thinking I missed the opportunity to change (as it was my fault) I tried the live chat hoping to get someone and was messaged back with they had already changed the number and it was sent. Kudos to Divoti for making this an easier process. Love my bracelet and will be suggesting it to others. Thank you for your care and compassion.

I placed an order via Amazon (and since youll say the is no order under my name, it was on my sisters account but I was the billing and shipping party) and I paid for Express shipping. When the item was part the 1-3 business window I requested a refund for the expedited shipping and was told to contact USPS. I write back that I understood that USPS was handling the delivery and explained one more that I wanted the expedited shipping fee refunded since the item was outside of the time frame quoted on the Amazon listing. The company failed to respond to my query and since a company is only as good as its service team I will no longer purchase with them or recommend them to others looking for medical alert jewelry.

I would not recommend this companys product as the engraving had worn off the backside of the bracelet and starting to wear off from the face as well. The medical alert bracelet should last longer than 8 months. This company clearly does not back thier product. Poor quality and poor customer service. I DEFINITELY will not recommend this company. My opinion is that if a medical id bracelet is needed, shop elsewhereLocal if possible in case you should have a problem with the product.
