Came in and made an appointment at the kiosk for a cerumen removal. I was seen by Alexis less than 10 minutes later. She was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time going to a minute clinic. I was in need of an immediate TB test. They offer walk-in and appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. They emailed me and sent me text updates about my appointment. They do take most health insurances but if you don’t have health insurance you can pay in cash. The service was fast and easy. I went on a Tuesday afternoon parking was great and there was no wait time for my appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend!!!

I found the person giving me an antibody test to be rude and condescending

The worst clinic ever. Do not go there. Technicians are not equipped at all nor know what they are doing. Please dont waste your time going there unless you are desperate.

A friend of mine had an earache during comic con.She asked me to take her to a minute clinic.I had never been to one before.We have to say they were awesome.By the time she checked in on the computer she was seen.Very efficient and professional.We got her meds at the pharmacy and were completely done in an hour.I highly recommend them.

Outstanding care! 5 stars. Became ill while on vacation. Reserved our place in line before heading out. Nurse Practitioner Broman saw us within 5 minutes. She was extremely thorough, conscienciousintelligent and demonstrated remarkable attention to detail. A true credit to Minute Clinic. I felt as comfortable as being in my own doctors office. Thank you for your professional care and for your exceptional bedside manner.

Awful customer service. My last post was taken down, miraculously. So here it is again...I came in due to an upper respiratory infection. I felt miserable. I checked in at 12:10 pm and was told the wait time was approx. 24 minutes. No problem. 24 minutes go by and the doctor took the person who came about 20 minutes after me and proceeded to tell me that she would be the last patient before their hour long lunch starting at 1 pm. I have great health insurance, but will never go back to this minute clinic. Completely wasted my time because she has horrible time management skills.

Appalling service. Only concerned about themselves I got there at 6.40pm, 50 minutes before closing time. The computer let me sign in no problems. There were 2 people ahead of me. At 6.50 Angela came out and told me that they couldnt see me because she had to leave at 7.30. There were 2 NPs on duty but yet they turned me away when the sign clearly said that signing in would close 20 minutes before closing. I brought this to the attention and she just told me that there was an urgent care down the road. I will never give my business to CVS again. Not even for an aspirin.

The medical care I received here was first rate. However, both this MinuteClinic and the corporate office messed up on the billing, and were unwilling to admit their mistake. I have a HMO with my local blue, and as such I have BlueCard benefits to include PPO coverage outside my local Blue service area. What that means, is my local Blue app showed this MinuteClinic as in network, but they said I was out of network. I had to pay the full amount ($129) at time of service and make MULTIPLE phone calls to both my insurer and MinuteClinics national customer care center to get this claim processed as in network because MinuteClinic does not either understand or CARE to take the time to know how BlueCard access works for those out of area.

Took care of me even without a call to make an appointment. They were really nice and finally told me I will survive
