I’ve been seeing Dr. Martin for close to 10 years now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more kind, compassionate, thorough primary before. He’s helped me get my blood pressure under control, managed my anxiety through this pandemic, and always treats me with dignity and respect. He is a good man and a great doctor. 5 stars

Doctor Micheal Martin is the best doctor, he listens patiently when I explained my problem, always made time to see me when I called for unexpected illness appointment. His office staffs are very polite. I am under his care since 2005. Always feel better what my appointment.

Worst visit ever. We specifically asked Michael Martin to complete an annual check-up for my son and to review his immunization record because it is covered by our insurance. My son then had a brief ten minute Zoom call with Michael Martin, after which Sharp charged hundreds of dollars, saying that we needed to establish a relationship before having an annual check-up. They did NOT notify us in advance that the meeting wouldnt be an annual check-up; there was absolutely NO transparency, even after we requested an annual check-up covered by insurance multiple times prior to the meeting. Additionally, Michael Martin neither reviewed our sons immunization record during the meeting nor gave us the follow-up call with information he promised us. We have NEVER experienced anything like this during our many years at Scripps. We have gotten nothing from our visit, but have been charged an unrealistic amount of money. Do not visit Sharp or Michael Martin. Even if you have good insurance (like we do), you will be scammed of hundreds of dollars for nothing in return.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Michael Martin is truly an wonderful doctor. He is patient, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Last year, I was accompanying my husband to his appointment with Dr. Martin, he almost saved my life. I enjoyed every minute of the appointment with him. Such a precious good doctor.

Great doctors are far and few. Open enrollment was in September and we had to pay a little more to stay with Sharp RS. It’s worth every penny. My wife and I need to see Dr. Michael Martin immediately and was able to see him yesterday. After a quick exam and extant, he was able to get me into a specialist quickly. He really listens to us as patients!!! He even got me a flu shot right on the spot!!!! Love this guy!!!

Dr Martin is a great physician. He listens to my sometimes over worrying concerns and is incredibly patient with my three children. If it weren’t for Dr Martin our eldest son wouldn’t be receiving the care and support he needs. After three previous pediatricians who pushed aside my concerns about my then 16 month old son’s development. Dr Martin was the Doctor who referred us to Rady Children’s for a developmental evaluation (we had a HMO at the time) My son has support and is doing well.Dr Martin has been our pediatrician for 11 years now.

Dr. Martin never makes me feel rushed. He is very caring, does a thorough review of my medical history, works hard to diagnose my ailments, and is very personable and funny.

Amazing physician who really cares about his patients. Calls after hours to make sure they are okay.
