I recently met the family that owns this agency and was extremely impressed by the way they run their company and the way they genuinely care about the home healthcare business. Its talented and organized staff treated me with nothing but kindness. Its refreshing to see a company that values their work and employees.

I applied for a billing position back in May and finally heard a response last month. I was contacted regarding an interview. Initially I was excited, the company seemed like a good place to work for. I was given an address by one Barbra Espinoza. I was told that the office was off of Aero drive in San Diego, but the address they gave me was about 30 miles south, close to the border. I ended up making the drive only to have Ms. Espinoza call me 5 minutes before the interview and tell me she gave me the wrong address. So we rescheduled for the next day. I interviewed with 4 different ladies. I thought the interview was going well at first but then I asked follow up questions about when I should expect to hear back from the company regarding a decision. I was essentially told that they werent looking to make a decision anytime soon and that the interview was essentially some kind of formality? Would have been nice to know that before I wasted my time and money trying to impress these people.

This place was referred to me by South Bay Post Accute at Paradise Valley. After trying several other home health services I was optimistic based on the reviews from the social workers reviews. Things looked peachy at first, Dj the clinical manager called me an introduced himself to me and told me he would be here to help me. Mary the nurse came in and was very friendly (watch out for this) and was not provided with proper equipment to show me how to change my dads IV, but as future visits happened I saw that lack of supplies was always Mary’s excuse to not change his bandage or foley. Mary the nurse then disappeared and different nurses sporadically came. At first they called and then the calls stopped. At first they came twice a week, then once a week, then they just stopped showing up. No follow up calls, no nothing. I thought they discharged my dad from their care. Once I attempted to pick a different home health provider for my dad I was told that they couldn’t accept him because Lorian still considered him a patient. WHAT? It’s been weeks since anyone reached out to us and he is still your patient? He went back to the hospital because you ignored to take care of the wound you were tasked to look after. Shout out though to the physical therapist, she was the only reason they found out he was in the hospital. Also don’t get the lady that provides showers. She came several times and my dad always complained about her. When I complained about her I was told that she was one of their best employees, so this goes on to say much

Will not recommend this health care.
