This meal prep company rocks! Anthony and Dana go out of there way to provide clean and healthy food that is very tasty in satisfying portions. My husband and I have been enjoying about 3 nights of meals per week to adjunct our busy schedules when we cannot cook ourselves. I am extremely grateful that I found this meal prep company. The customer service, quality food, ease of re-ordering is top-notch and their homemade basil and spicy mango sauces are delicious and always fresh!Anthony is very responsive to any questions and provides us with updated information about our expected delivery times each week. It is rare to find a company that is this consistent in so many important categories and that is why I wanted to brag about them. Thank you for making our lives easier TLM!

I picked a weeks worth of salads and main courses. I thought the cost was very reasonable. Liya the delivery person showed up earlier than anticipated which was a nice surprise. She was super friendly and let me know all the packaging for my order had been wiped down and sanitized which gave me piece of mind. Thanks so much ;)

Decided to take a break from cooking every meal for a bit. These meals are absolutely perfect!!!! So Fresh and easy to have in Fridge for non cooking days. They have great options for you to build your own meals! and the customer service has been fantastic !!!!

Their prices are very good. They have what they advertised on the internet bike part, etc. Not like other big Corp. Stores that they claim to sale you an item. But when you go, they dont have it.

These meals are incredible! Im in and out of the office all day, and the last thing I want to figure out is lunch. I just pop one of these in the microwave for a quick, healthy lunch, and I can keep going. Whether youre trying to get in shape, eat cleaner, or just want a healthy meal option, I would highly recommend contacting these guys and getting your meals handled. All the ingredients are fresh and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do!

Very healthy and tasty meals! Weve been ordering with them for awhile now and the food is great. The portion size and calories are great for staying healthy too. We tried a few others, but the quality of the food and balanced healthy portions wasnt as good.

Ive tried almost every meal prep / food delivery service... and theres always one little thing that I dont love about the meals or service.Since receiving my first set of 10 meals three weeks ago, Ive been in looove with the service and meals.One of the owners, Anthony, texted me to see how I was liking the meals. The delivery drivers are so nice, and actually followed my drop-off instructions (other services havent done the best job, and I live in a 600+ unit building).The meals are so delicious, and although I chose meals with the same protein (e.g. chicken), they all taste different thanks to the seasoning and SAUCES!Cant forget about those special sauces that they include in almost every meal box. Theyve been different in every box Ive tried - pesto lemon, beet, and others.They really *make* the meal.Im so happy I found you guys!

My friend told me about this service and I decided to try it as I was house sitting for a week and then going out of town so I didn’t want to have to grocery shop or have fresh food go bad.. TLM was the amazing fix! Not only was ordering a snap, their prices are the most reasonable I have seen, they are local, fresh, clean, and veteran owned. Can we talk about hitting the jackpot!! Anthony has reached out all week to walk me through the process and take my special delivery request due to my apartment complex security. I will 200% be ordering from them when I get back in town! The custom combo is perfect as I am on a special diet and can choose what proteins by the ounce and veggies by the cup instead of most meal deliveries that make you pick their pre arranged meals.
