Cris is hands-down the best acupuncturist in San Diego. I have gone to other Accupuncturists, massage, and other healing modalities, but nothing compares to Cris’s techniques. He goes deeper than the surface problems and taps into the system. Other acupuncturists will work locally and put needles in without intention and focus on the meridian, however, Cris utilizes his extensive knowledge in Chinese medicine and experience to go beneath the surface of the problem and tap into fixing it from the inside out. I highly recommend Cris if you are looking for long-term results and pain relief.
