Before Bootique fitness, I tried other gyms and fitness programs but always bailed after the first month. I’ve been with Bootique for over a year now and am amazed at the strength I’ve gained both mentally and physically. I’ve lost 35 lbs and genuinely look forward to attending the classes. Classes are never intimidating and any exercise can be adapted for whatever level you’re at. If you’ve struggled with your workout routine and are looking for a welcoming fitness group I’d highly recommend Bootique!

Bootique Fitness is AMAZING! Jaylin is fantastic and does a great job of checking in with you to ensure you are making the most of your experience. On top of that, the entire community is so welcoming! I have been attending the dance classes and boot camps for about 3 weeks now and have been so happy with the entire experience! I havent worked out in a long time and new it was going to be tough getting back into it but it has been better than I ever could have imagined! Thank you to everyone at Bootique Fitness!

I love this group. The workouts are awesome! They go by fast ... I always feel great and accomplished after a work out. Dance is fun and high energy. I did try Yoga once and like it so much I signed up for Yoga closer to my house. Thank you ladies!!

I just had my TWO YEAR anniversary with Boutique Fitness Boot Camp, and I wish there were a 10 star rating! I love the lean muscle tone and increased energy I have from attending boot camp. I love the camaraderie that exists among all the ladies that attend. The trainers are terrific! They provide lots of encouragement and make corrections to form, and push us to our best! The workouts are ALWAYS different and ALWAYS challenging. The great thing about boot camp is that each of us works to our own individual potential. It is an amazing 45 minute workout - I cant believe the benefits from just 45 minutes! Give this boot camp a try - like me, you may never turn back!This is an update - I am going on 6 years now with Bootique Fitness and it is still the BEST workout, has the BEST trainers, and the BEST locations and times!!!

I started with Bootique a few weeks ago. I have always disliked boot camp style work outs. However, these are only 45 min long, go by super fast and I don’t dread going anymore because of how I feel after! If you are looking for a new program I would say give Bootique a try!

I can’t say enough about Bootique Fitness!! The classes are fun and the trainers are amazing. I am seriously addicted to the dance classes (even though I have two left feet). They offer a variety of classes including Dance, Yoga and Strength Training which are all awesome!! I think the best thing about Bootique is that you feel like part of a family. Not only do the trainers make you feel comfortable, but all the members as well. All the ladies are very encouraging and sincerely care about you and your fitness goals.

I love working out, but going through the same old gym routine gets pretty boring after a few years or even months. Once I started with Bootique, I loved the variety of classes that I could jump into. With a great selection of outdoor locations and times, it was easy to get a great workout in either in the morning or afternoon! Also, having all-women classes are great to keep everyone motivated and encouraged.

Whats not to love about working out outside,trainers that inspire you to be your best, kick your butt, congratulate you for a job well done and laugh with you during workouts.I have never stuck with a workout group for as long as I have. 5 years and still going. All the friends I have made are some of the best people and many are still coming to Bootique. To me that speaks volumes. We want to workout because we want to see our friends, laugh and stay or get in shape. I have never felt left out because of my size or current injury, they always have a modification.Fun, friendly, encouraging and empowering women. Come check it out 😊

I always wanted to be one of those women that you look at and think to yourself Wow! Look at her, she must work out. I thought it was impossible for me. I was already at the gym 6 days a week and eating healthy. It wasnt until after joining Bootique Fitness boot camp classes that I realized I could be one of those women. I was able to drop 10 pounds and add muscle tone all over my body. I went from a size 8 to a size 4 for the first time in my life. The classes are fantastic! The workouts constantly change. The energy level is always high and you always feel better leaving a workout than you did when you started. You dont have to be able to do every exercise right off the bat, because the trainers are at a level that they can modify workouts to your fitness level. That way you can work up to exercises at your own pace. Although its a group class the awesome trainers are able to give each client plenty of one on one attention to make sure your form is correct and no individual is left behind. The trainers are very knowledgeable not only with fitness but with any nutrition questions you might have.I highly recommend joining Bootique Fitness to anyone, especially if you are stuck like I was. Ive tried other boot camps and none have compared to what you get out of Bootique.

I adore Jaylin and all the trainers at Bootique! They have even managed to get up at 6 am! Why? The workouts are awesome and the vibe is inspiring. You can go at your own pace, but have the support of all the other women - who are great, too. I spent decades working out in gyms, and I am self motivated, but this is so much better. The workouts are very well rounded and motivating. There is always something new and it is so liberating not to have to think about what you are doing, just do it! The trainers are fantastic about correcting form and pushing you, without getting in your face. I am in great shape and look forward to each workout - even after a year.

If you are considering a boot camp this is the only one to consider!!! I have been working out at Bootique Fitness for a year now. It has become a part of my regular routine. I look forward to going three to four times a week! Getting in shape, having fun, meeting nice people, and making new friends! The trainers truly care about our well being and advancing our fitness level. Oh yes, they are real people too! I workout at two different boot camp locations, La Jolla and Mission Bay, so I have a very diverse workout to make sure that dont have the same workout everyday. My trainers, Molly and Sabrina, make sure that I am challenged and keep on track. Thanks Bootique for being part of my healthy lifestyle!!!! I look forward to many more years to come! :)

Absolutely love Bootique Fitness and Jaylin. The classes, the exercises its all way more than I would have ever done on my own. Im so glad that I found Bootique fitness! I have been bouncing around different boot camps for the past few years because I couldnt find one that I really loved....until now! Bootique Fitness has everything that I wanted in a boot camp- Professional, knowledgeable and motivating instructors, lots of class options, and most important a good workout that I dont get bored with. I usually attend Jaylins classes and she is so good at what she does. She has an awesome energy about her and every class offers something different. I love that she holds me accountable to coming to class! I recommend this boot camp to anyone who is looking for a great workout. Five stars are not enough for Jaylin and trainers at Bootique Fitness. They are motivating (without being obnoxious) and extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. When I started three years ago, my only exercise was running and I couldnt do more than 2 push-ups. Today, I am much stronger and toned than I ever have been before. I am always happy to wear a sleeveless dress (especially around other women my age) because my arms are in great shape now. Another reason I keep coming back to Bootique Fitness are the friends I have made during class. These are fabulously bright, funny, and healthy women who love to have a good time. I am lucky to be able to start my day at 6 AM with such a great group.

I have been going to Bootique for two years and am still love it just as much as when I started! I used to be a person that would get really into one type of workout for a while, get bored, and need to find something new. But with Bootique each workout is completely different so you dont get tired of the exercises or format. Because of this each workout goes quickly. I also really like that the workouts are only 45 minutes since the trainers keep the intensity high the whole time. The trainers are so much fun and so are the other women that workout with Bootique. In between the sweat and hard work we have laugh together and we hold each other accountable. You arent anonymous here in the best way possible. In terms of level of fitness I have never felt stronger or in better shape. The mix of cardio and toning fits ALL needs. Love Bootique and I recommend it to all my friends!!!!

Ive played many sports and done every type of workout, but this is awesome! You never burn out because the group atmosphere keeps you motivated. You never question if its hard enough because its really intense - and you can tell a difference within two weeks, which keeps you motivated to attend! Working out in the outdoors helps beat back the stress of working inside during the day, too. Bootique Fitness is the ideal program for getting into great shape if your time is limited and you dont have the motivation to do it by yourself. Plus, its really a lot of fun!

I was feeling out of shape (though Id always been athletic and interested in exercise) and I needed some motivation. I really only planned on doing it for the month and then maybe trying something else. I didnt own a scale and really hadnt noticed that over the past couple of years I had an extra 15 lbs or so that really shouldnt be hanging around. This boot camp has literally changed my life. I have been attending since October of 2010 and have only missed class if I have been out of town or sick. I really cant do without it! I feel out of whack if I dont go at least a couple of times a week.The first few months I lost almost 20 lbs and gained a lot of muscle tone back that I had lost. I got motivated to start eating better with help from Jaylin and Ed. I love all the trainers. They are all different and special in their own way, and its always nice to drop in on a class with a trainer you havent seen in a while. If you want to love to work out and see a dramatic change in your body, mind, and spirit, you should join. Ive never stuck with anything else consistently like this. I work a lot so its hard to find something that works. This definitely does. You can have your career, your life, and your fun, (and a hot body : p ).

After years of trying and failing to get in better shape on my own at the gym, I decided it was time to try a more structured approach. I have never been a morning person, but I knew that working out before my day started was the only way I could keep to a schedule.I jumped into early morning classes with both feet and Ive never looked back! Trainers Jaylin, Sabrina, and Sarah have all been great support and motivation. When its cold and rainy at 6am, just knowing that the trainer will be out there waiting for us no matter what is enough to get me to class. I love the variety of the workouts and getting to know the other students.After 9 months of classes, the differences are obvious. I have lost weight, toned up, and my strength and endurance have increased. I definitely feel more energetic when I start my day with a Bootique class! Joining Bootique was the best decision ever--Ill never go back!

I started working out with Bootique Fitness in Sept 2012, and it’s been a fantastic experience. I have become much more fit and toned and lost 2% body fat within the first 3 months. I also have a lot more energy and feel like my immune system and overall health has improved as well. It’s great to do something that works out my whole body in less than an hour because I find it easy to fit into my schedule.In the past, workouts were either not effective enough, or took too long for me to stick with them. It’s also great to be outdoors and feel motivated and encouraged by the other women in the classes, as well as the trainers. If you need something that will kick your butt, but is also fun and inspiring, Bootique’s boot camps are the way to go!!!

Ive always been an exerciser, mostly fast-paced walking and aerobic classes. A few years ago I noticed that I didnt feel as strong in my upper body as I wanted to. I hate going to the gym - I really enjoy the fun of exercising in a group. Bootique Fitness was a perfect choice for me. The workouts are scheduled at convenient times for working women, the other women in the classes are so much fun, the routines are always interesting and different. Every trainer Ive had has been great. They are knowledgeable, supportive, tough (in a good way!) and motivating. I attend the 6 AM class in Mission Bay and have for two years. I am still not bored! In fact, I enjoy it now more than ever. Sarah is so much fun. I really feel that she takes an individual interest in each of us. Several of us in the class have been coming for more than a year so we have built up a lot of support for each other.I am so much stronger, I can keep up with my husband when we go hiking, I have so much more energy, and my arms have more definition.I have to admit that I am a woman of a certain age and I feel like I fit in with everyone in the group. If you are looking for a good exercise group come to Bootique Fitness. You wont be sorry.

I have always been good about going to the gym and running on my own, so when my friend joined Bootique Fitness I wasnt very interested. But when she swore about how amazing it was I had to give it a try. I loved it so much!!! Jaylin is amazing!!! She is happy and motivating! She makes working out fun, and I mean working out HARD! I was in the best shape I have been in since high school! I love getting up and starting my day at 6am on the Marina working out and watching the sun rise. I recommend Bootique Fitness 100%!! Well worth the price.The staff is great. It is the best environment for creating the most beautiful and fit you that you can be!! The all female outdoor classes are a supportive and welcoming environment that encouraged me to push my hardest and become my healthiest. I LOVED BOOTIQUE FITNESS!

I have been working out with Bootique Fitness for almost a year and a half now and I have lost 56lbs! I have worked out at different gyms around San Diego over the years as well as going at it on my own. Nothing has kept me going as long as Bootique Fitness has, Jaylin and her team are amazing! I always felt awkward and out of place at a gym but these trainers make you feel comfortable ! The trainers really work for you and care about what you need and want you to succeed! I am relatively new to San Diego and like to run in Mission Bay and the Balboa area. I kept seeing all these women working out together, and looking like they were having so much fun. I was feeling like I needed a push in my workout routine, something more high intensity. I started searching yelp to find the bootcamp I was seeing. It was Bootique Fitness! I emailed Jaylin and she quickly hooked me up with everything I needed to get started. I tried the free class and loved it! Bootique offers just what I was looking for. Lots of class times, locations, all women, and a challenging workout with the support of a group. I mostly go to classes with Sarah in Mission bay and love the workouts and atmosphere she creates. I have also taken a few classes with Sabrina, who is equally awesome. Each day is different from the next, and the workouts fly by. I can already tell I am getting stronger. Looking forward to all the great results I’m sure I’ll see!

This is the most fun boot camp I have been to by far! All levels of fitness so you wont feel intimidated or bored. I work out and run a lot but I was definitely still SORE after my first 2 weeks! Love it! Have not yet done the same workout twice, and 45 minutes is easy to fit in my schedule. Everyone there makes you feel welcome, a real team experience. Im always inspired to get up early and go because I know it will be worth it after :)

Bootique Fitness is the BEST of the best. When I moved to San Diego, I needed a way to stay accountable for working out and get to the gym everyday after a long day at work. It was so hard to stay motivated and doing workouts alone, did not make it easy. When I found Bootique, I was addicted and I cant imagine ever going to the gym again. All the woman are amazing and keep you motivated during bootcamp, the trainers push you to your limit, and being in an outdoor environment in beautiful San Diego, it just cant get any better than that. Not only that, but I have seen tremendous results in my body. My clothes fit me better, I have become more confident in my body, and more positive person. Jaylin and all the trainers are such caring people and I couldnt have improved myself without them. Give it a shot! You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE Bootique Fitness! Sticking with an exercise plan had always been a block for me. Since I became a member, that block has gone away (a true miracle for any of you who have shared my pain). Being a bootiquer has truly changed my life. I still dont like getting up early, but I know how I will feel when I am there, when I leave, and throughout the day. My energy level, my health, and my strength (inside and out) has improved significantly. Jailyn gives each client and workout her absolute best. I respect her tremendously. She will encourage you, challenge you, and stalk you if you dont show up for more than 2 consecutive workouts. :) Do yourself a favor and try a class!

Ive been with Bootique Fitness for over 2 years and Ive learned that working out CAN be fun. I didnt realize this until I started working out with them. I use to dread the portion of my week that I would try to dedicate to working out. Now its not even a question of if I will work out since it has become a part of my everyday routine, and Im very happy about that. Because our workouts are always changing and because the trainers are all qualified and experienced, you know you are getting a great workout in a short amount of time and you will see results. Thats the motivation I get from sticking to it and I love that I am still challenged by the workouts. The groups of girls working out with you are also really nice and inviting and therefore makes the experience that much better. Jaylin makes you feel like part of a team so you also feel a sense of support, and shes always available to answer questions or help you attain individual goals. There are a lot of options in our city when choosing an outdoor boot camp program, but definitely try this one. You wont be disappointed.

For 20 years I have been searching for the one type of fitness that I could stick with and not only have I found it, I LOVE IT! I never thought I wold say that! I have been sticking with it for about 2 months now and I am more energized than ever before and finally my clothes are fitting me. I swore to myself that I was not going to buy bigger clothes because I had gained weight and I havent. I still have many inches to go, but I feel strong and healthy! The boot camp workouts are fast and fun and all the ladies Ive met are very encouraging and a joy to be around! So far Ive only had one instructor for boot camp, and she is AHHHHMAAAZZING! I am a year and half into my Bootique journey. I still love it and have never repeated a workout. Which is great because sometimes you dont want to know whats coming next. I have lost weight and kept it off while eating anything I want. I did have to change my food in the weight lose phase but now that I have reached my goal I get to eat ice cream and donuts guilt free. I cant say enough good things about Jaylin our fearless leader. Now if you come to the 7:15 bootcamp you might be confused because I am not very nice during an actual workout. However when she calls childs pose, ending our workout, I instantly fall back in love with her. I swear she has magic fairy workout dust. I have never felt better about myself. I have two kids my own business and Im heading into the big 40, so if you think youre to busy to play with us youre not.

I love Bootique! Ive been doing boot camp with Jaylin and Ro for about nine months, and I am amazed by how much stronger I am. I had never tried a boot camp workout before (or anything like it), so I was a total novice. When I first started, I had no idea how Id ever keep up! But with encouragement from the trainers and fellow Bootique-ers, I got the hang of it pretty quickly, and now, I am definitely keeping up with and loving my workouts! Bonus: I get to work out on the beautiful downtown San Diego waterfront, so it really doesnt get much better. =) I joined Bootique as a newcomer to San Diego who was looking for community as well as great exercise, and boy, did I find it! Its wonderful to work toward my goals with a bunch of great ladies who are so positive and encouraging.

I’ve been a member of Bootique Fitness for 1.5 years! I consistently attend the Bootcamp classes which are challenging and different everyday. The trainers are all excellent in designing and executing classes that help you improve the many facets of fitness - strength, agility, balance, flexibility, stamina, power, core strength, etc. I have seen improvement in all of these areas and I have reduced size from xlarge to medium.The nutrition support group has been a huge help!I feel comfortable in my clothing now - I look good in shorts!I look forward to exercising now!Bootique Fitness made my journey simple - I show up to bootcamp and the trainers guide us through an effective workout. I don’t have to read books or magazines or search through YouTube videos - I just show up and the trainer tells me what to do, corrects my form, and gives me modifications when needed.The workouts are outside at beautiful parks - I love working out on Mission Bay and Civita Park!Finally, the membership cost is very reasonable for the services that are received Considering that there is a trainer at each class!

I started with Bootique Fitness this past May. Before joining bootcamp, my workouts consisted of mostly running and occasional cross-training. I knew I needed to change my routine, but I didn’t want to join a gym. I wanted to be outside and get my workout done first thing in the morning. That’s how I found Bootique Fitness. The morning bootcamp has been amazing for me for several reasons. The exercise, the supportive group of women, being outside, and the consistency has made me stronger both physically and mentally. Sarah, the 6 am Mission Bay instructor, rocks. She is tough yet supportive and always pushes me to the next level. The workouts are fun and effective. They change all the time, which keeps it interesting. In addition to the workouts, Jaylin provides access to nutritional information, a massage therapist, and other services that support an overall healthy lifestyle. If you are ready to get healthy and meet some great women in the process, I highly recommend Bootique Fitness!

Its the ideal workout: knowledgeable motivating trainers, effective, fun workouts at fabulous locations.Background: Ive done a lot of functional fitness training in small groups with personal trainers...but its been a few years. I tried Bootique Fitness on the recommendation of a friend and decided to sign up after the first session. Its almost been a year since I signed up and and I love how great I feel and how the workouts continue to challenge me.Positives: Trainers who are knowledgeable, incredibly motivating and they care. The women in all the classes also have the same positive attitudes, pushing and supporting each other with no judgement about what those around them can or cant do. Great outdoor locations. Very personalized attention for members which is unheard of from typical bootcamps. I have found out how well Jaylin, Sarah and the other trainers work with people with different strength abilities, injuries, etc.Negatives: No matter how tired I am, sometimes (sometimes being the key word here) I want it to last longer than the short, intense 45 minute workouts. What can I say, Im a glutton for tough workouts.Its an awesome way to get stronger, more fit, and even more fabulous!

Bootique Fitness is not simply about fitness and health, its about starting my day off with a brilliant bunch of ladies who make me laugh and push me to become better. If I dont start my day with my girls then everything seems to take more effort.Jaylin is a wonderful motivator and I cant thank her enough for her encouragement, especially in the early days when I felt incredibly unfit and in desperate need of a little push to get started. She truly cares for her clients and listens to our needs both physical and emotional because at the end of the day its all linked. The variety of times available to work out means that no matter what you can get your work-outs in and there is nothing better than working out in the fresh air with friends. She has a great group of trainers who are always energised and happy to see you and are gurus when it comes to fitness. How often can you say that you are eager to sign up for class and even more eager to be there and kick butt and get your butt kicked in return, and go back for more? Its been nearly a year for me and after giving running a break I didnt know where to turn. One morning at work I typed into google for female boot camp search and there it appeared Bootique Fitness. It took a little help from Jaylin to actually get me to show up to a program that I had signed up for but once I attended my first class of Zumba, I havent looked back. I regularly attend boot camp classes and when I can I try to squeeze in a zumba class or two. And let me tell you that I was one of those women that thought Zumba was a joke, Im not going to get a real workout from this class, and I was wrong. Jaylin can modify the intensity of the class and I assure you that if you think Zumba isnt going to challenge you, Jaylins Zumba will. All in all I love Bootique and hope to have more anniversaries to celebrate with them. And a special shout out to Sabrina, shes very entertaining when she has had caffeine right before class.

I cant say enough good things about Bootique and the trainers. Most boot camps only have one time and certain days to work out. Bootique offers very early and mid morning classes along with evening for those of us who need an after work routine. They even offer weekends of Zumba. Instead of taking a Zumba class and strength training class at the gym, you can sign up for Bootique and get them all in one place; with supportive an awesome trainers and co-Bootiquers! You will see a difference in you energy and body in a small amount of time and will feel so welcomed at each session. And after training and working out outside, I cant go back to the sweaty indoor gym. Take advantage of our beautiful weather and great trainers at Bootique!

If you’re a woman looking for gym you can stop looking now because Bootique Fitness has it all- the great outdoors and fresh air, the most dynamic and motivating classes, the camaraderie of the other women, the locations and times, and my favorite- the most knowledgeable fun trainers! Bootique Fitness is an amazing program! I joined in September 2012 and was hooked from the first class! I had plateaued with the gym rat routine and needed something to kickstart my metabolism. Then I discovered Bootique Fitness. The workouts are fantastic and I definitely see and feel the results. My fellow Mission Bay Bootiquers are enthusiastic and supportive. Not to mention I am stronger, toned and getting better everyday! The Trainers: Sarah, Sabrina, Ro and Jaylin....what can I say...every workout is unique. Ive yet to do the same routine twice. Always challenging and at the end, you KNOW that you have had a serious workout. My goal is 4-5 sessions per week and Ive been consistent for the past year or so. Thank you Jaylin for this program...its always the best part of my day!

My life took off in a new direction the summer I met Jaylin. For many years, I had found every possible excuse not to keep a regular exercise routine: I hate gyms, I am too busy, my knee hurts too much. I never expected that an early morning, all-girls, outdoor intense but fun fitness class would be the kick I needed to get my health back on track.From the moment I met Jaylin, I knew this experience would be different. Unlike other trainers I have dealt with, she did not make me feel uncomfortable or intimidated. She pushed me and encouraged me all the way without being patronizing. Her keen knowledge of fitness and nutrition supported me beyond the training hours and helped me integrate some simple things into my routine to make my life better and my progress sustainable.When I came to Jaylin I was at my heaviest ever and struggling with a recurring knee problem. In a short four months I had lost 20 lbs and many inches. Better yet, I had succeeded in integrating fitness to my routine, started incorporating other things (I started cycling!), and my body, though it may not be the same it was 15 years ago is strong and healthier.I recommend Jaylin because her expertise and lovely personality will help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be, in a fun and sustainable way.

Thank you!Well, what can I say... I cannot say enough GOOD things about Bootique Fitness. I have exercised with Bootique Fitness for 2 years. I have noticed changes in my body structure, firmness and definition in my arms and legs and most of all I have increased stamina and energy. Jaylin, the head trainer, brings lots of life and energy to each and every class. There is NEVER a dull moment. She brings a variety, which is something I crave for. I dont want to get bored, so variety and change is the main ingredient for my success. Jaylin brings a wonderful sense of humor to every class.Jaylin ensures that each client is safe by encouraging each person to properly perform each exercise. I appreciate the fact that she will modify an exercise to meet a persons individual need.The best part about training at Bootique Fitness is working alongside a group of women who are encouraging, motivating and holds me accountable. If I fail to show up for an exercise class, a bootique buddy will reach out via text or phone call to make sure I am ok, which is awesome. The camaraderie that I have experienced at Bootique Fitness is great. I am encouraged to attend, on the days when I want to be lazy and sleep in longer.....smiling!Thank you Jaylin for designing perfect training, and quality exercise for women. BRING IT ON!
