Dr. Ramirez and her nurse Mary are always so kind and thorough any time I visit. Their main goal is always to make sure they can pin point exactly what’s going on with their patients while keeping them comfortable, rather than prescribe a bunch of different medications hoping it’ll solve the issue. Even since covid turned everyone’s lives upside down, they make sure to see you in a timely manner and genuinely want the best for any patient that walks through their doors.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for a little less than a year. I used to be terrified of doctors and wellness visits ever since I was young so I avoided seeking a primary care provider very well into adulthood. But Dr. Ramirez has made me become more comfortable and even more proactive about my health. She’s very welcoming and takes time to answer any and all of my questions, even through messages/emails online! She’s very knowledgeable and I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment because you can tell that she really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Ramirez as your primary care provider.

Dr. Ramirez is not officially on my roster of doctors but she was available for a phone appointment today because I needed a script switched. She was so kind and helped me out a lot with getting me a different one and even called for labs to help me figure out some other stuff going on that kept being ignored when brought up to my specialist. It was wonderful to finally feel like someone was listening to my concerns and trying to get me answers 😊

Horrible experience with her front desk staff. My daughter had an appt as a new patient for 11:40am. When we arrived at 11:20am and they checked my insurance, I was told that my daughter was not assigned to SRS and they couldnt see her. I tried to explain to them that all they needed to do is call the insurance to verify but they said they go but what the computer shows. The sent me to speak with the check in staff and this person Christian was the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude individual I ever encounter at this place. Her refused to help me and basically told me that they could not bill me for the visit or self pay. I requested to speak with a supervisor and Christian kept walking away yelling at me telling me that they will not see my daughter. I was able to get help from Cynthia another staff member and she was able to get my insurance corrected. By the time I went back to let the front desk know that the insurance was corrected, I was told that Dr. Ramirez was not going to see me even when my daughter was her last patient of the day but she was willing to see her at 1:30pm so basically wait an hour and a half. It seems like this doctor didnt care about loosing a new patient and her staff dont care about loosing patients. I am glad I do have a choice to pick another doctor but hopefully I dont have to see rude Christian.

Dr. Ramírez has been my doctor since I moved to San Diego 2 years ago. On my first visit I was so impressed how knowledgeable she is and how easy it is to communicate with her. She explains everything clearly and is not in a hurry like other doctors Ive had in the past.I had heard she spends as much time as necessary with every patient she sees and responds to any questions kindly and clearly. I can verify its true.Shes sweet, kind, very professional and one of those doctors who are highly qualified and keep growing and learning. I gave her five stars because thats the maximum allowed, otherwise Id give her ten.Im very grateful shes my doctor.
