Just had a vitamin C facial with Holly and it was wonderful! I didn’t have trouble scheduling it (I was redeeming a certificate with eLiveLife; I texted her, which is what it recommended on her website - and was actually able to get in pretty quickly), and the facial itself really exceeded my expectations! I’ve had several facials before, and I really appreciated that Holly took a lot of time to not only massage my face while applying products, but also my neck, arms, and hands! That felt great! She was very friendly and the room was very comfortable - heated, contoured/adjustable bed, music, diffuser. The location is also beautiful - there’s a really nice courtyard garden (where I’m sitting as I write this; will include a photo). I’d highly recommend Holly/coming here!

Went to MD Skin and Laser with my sister and girlfriends before brunch. The staff was so friendly and the location and parking was very easy. This was my first experience doing laser treatment but the nurse and owner made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous that having a laser treatment would hurt but they use a special laser that doesnt hurt as much. I even booked 3 more sessions! Thanks ladies for all your help, I will recommend your business and services to my friends!

I go to MD Skin and Laser for LHR (laser hair removal) and facials. The building is set back in a quiet location, and the interior is very appropriate for a medical spa. Its clean, cute and professional. Also, they offered me great specials. They have some of the best prices in the area. Holly, the aesthetician, gave me one of the best facials I have ever had and their nurse, who did the LHR treatment, was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their services.

The owner clearly doesnt care about this place....never responds to texts to book appointments. If you call they dont answer. I wouldnt even bother wasting your time unless you have 3 months to wait before you want to get it.

My girlfriend and I tried to book an appointment for weeks. She finally got in for botox but was not impressed with the facilities. In an industrial park, random rooms in a hallway in a strange building. The owner is not friendly at all and seems as though she hates her job when youre paying. GO ELSEWHERE

Yes, it is challenging to make the first appointment. Once you have the text connection, it is really fast. i just set up an appointment for tomorrow (super fast!) Expert botox injections and chemical facials.

Had good results for laser hair removal, but near impossible to make an appointment because they never answer the phone or texts. Then, they are late for your appointment. Laser results are messed up because it’s so difficult to make an appointment for your next session.

Do not waste your time or money! I called 3x to try to schedule an appointment for Botox Glow and Lift with no call back. They finally responded via text. On the day of my appointment, I was texted that they needed to move my appointment to an earlier time slot. Upon arriving to a industrial location with no suite number or signage, I was greeted by a very unfriendly staff member who told me I need to fill out paperwork. She then told me that the Botox administrator had just left for the day and that I would need to make ANOTHER appointment for the Botox. Since I purchased a Groupon for the facial + Botox combo, I was very disappointed to learn I would have to go through the entire process of scheduling another appointment. I immediately called Groupon and got a refund. Very upset with this place.

Best laser. Great results. Took me only a few tx to get rid of the hair on my legs, axillary, and peri area. Very happy w the results.

Dont waste your time and money on this place. Purchased a 6 session package for laser removal on Groupon. I only completed 3 sessions in 9 months because they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointments. Basically made my laser hair removal ineffective because of inconsistencies in appointments.They are terrible at responding to calls or text messages. I got a text message two weeks after I asked for an appointment.. and to add insult to injury they blamed me for the laser hair removal not being effective. I had to send them screen shots of all the times they cancelled / rescheduled my appointments.

I received a Groupon for my birthday and have called/texted/messaged 7 times in 2 months and no one has returned my messages. What a waste!

Numerous calls, texts, emails to try to set up first appointment for laser hair removal, now going through same process for second appointment. I purchased a Groupon for 6 treatments. I want my money back!!!
