Gold Elements Spa is amazing!! Location is great and parking is super easy! You can easily spend all day at the spa because theirs so many amenities and services. They are very kind and helpful. Free WiFi and the food is incredible! Prices are great and the BODY SCRUB is the best!

Great customer service. I had a ton of questions and they had a beauty consultant contact me to go over everything. They also took the time to give me my personal directions for what worked best for my skin. I love how much knowledge they had and the fact that they actually spend time with the customer, youre not just walking up to a counter talking to someone who doesnt know anything about the products. Denise is awesome! I stopped by on a whim just to see what this boutique store had to offer. Boy was I surprised. Everything Denise showed me and applied to my under eyes and hands was transformational. She really knows what shes doing. As she worked on me, she explained every step in detail and the benefit from each product being applied. After waiting the prescribed time period, WOW, what a difference some products can have on my weathered face and outer eye edges.Thank you Denise for taking the time to explain your products to a neophyte and yes Ill take you up on your offer for the facial.

I love the products from this place. I have only been using them for about two months and my skin is improving. Not to mention Louie, the owner, is beyond wonderful. Like Louie says you have to open your mind to better skin. I am loving my new regiment and cant wait see the results from this amazing skincare.

Gold elements is a very great place. I love their products with gold. I like the moisturizing effect they have and keeps my body hydrated for 24 hours. The girl that helped me Jolyn was very helpful and nice.

SCAM/CON. This place is run by con artists. Expect for them to tell you Ill give you this facial for free once you hear that run. Nothing in life is free. I didnt buy any products but the experience I had with the man, Leo (if thats even his real name) was enough to get me away from this place. One quick Google search and you can find out the truth.

I was blown away by the results. Promises in a jar are a dime a dozen. I have tried many lines, with a few that are tried and true, looking for the next best thing.I am a doubting Thomas by nature. However, They actually gave real time, real life demonstrations. Seeing is believing and it was jaw dropping. The results were visible in minutes, not days, weeks or years; or in a lot of cases, never. I can not wait to start my new regimen.PS. Their store is in is in the ritzy town called Cherry Creek, like a smaller Beverly Hills. At the end of several demonstrations, I was suddenly barefaced in a Mall (the horror at the thought) and my skin actually looked better barefaced and revitalized then it did before I came in with full makeup!

Total Liars who dont stand up their products. I purchased their DOr Facial Peeling and had a terrible rash both times I tried to use it. When I went back to the store, they tried to say they never had this product and I must have bought it at a sham store. Not true! Their store and the one I purchased from are both on the same website, as is this product. They had the nerve to try to sell me additional products after they told me that both products I purchased (for almost $400!) were no good/bogus.

This is such a great line it has 24K gold inside, it has given my skin a youthful glow. I have enjoyed these products so much and would recommend them to anyone trying to shave a few years off there appearance.

Im rather a skin care snob and also extremely skeptical of those whom promise the world... but, I have to say, I am over the moon thrilled with this product line! Im 51 and have never seen results like this.. Again, I have never seen results like this! I wrote it twice as it bears repeating! In addition, Ethan and Shaked are both an absolute delight and utterly remarkable to work with. I cant wait to see how my skin improves even more as my regimen and specialty treatments continue.

I was sexually accosted here and I am not some young gal. These people will shout out flirty compliments to get you inside once you ignore them them will say crude insults. As a 56 year old woman I was so put off by such crude remarks I reported them. I was informed that their staff is making positive reviews to repair the damage done to many women who have been accosted here. My husband said no one should feel sexually like a piece of meat walking by a store when men stand outside making inappropriate gestures to get women in for a facial.

This was more expensive than I usually buy but so far it is a superior product. I expect the results to only get better with continued use.

Employees stand outside store and yell at you like its Tijuana! So unprofessional and tacky. Grossly over-priced products- stuff you can can get at Walmart for a few bucks. Saw the same nonsense in Maui last year. Jar of lotion there was $500 similar to $10 Ponds at Target. Dont fall for it!

They do not tell you that there are NO REFUNDS until AFTER they process your credit card, i tried (without even leaving the store to get my money back, cause I did not trust these “practices”, the “lady” started yelling and saying no refunds?!! I had not even left the store!! These prectices should not be legal, and I will be disputing charges, and sending back their garbage..!! Do NOT buy from this “company”, they are SCAMMERS!

I love this product, it has already done wonders for my skin.

I work at utc and everyday they yell at me and scream to take a sample it is annoying. Today I was walking and I guess his coworker asked ( again)and he came out and screamed “hey! Take the sample” if this happens again i am gonna report them to the mall, and have them to be removed because at this point I fell threaten, I shouldn’t have to walk through the food court to avoid them. If it happens again I will have to act out.

They do not care that you are a VIP customer for several months. All they care is money.They PICKED the date for my payment and something was wrong with my payment information. So, one of worker called me to check all of my payment information and I provided correct information again without any hesitation, But, it didnt go through for some reasons. The card was only one I have and I have used it since Feb, 2015 there. So, they asked me to check with my back so I did it without any hesitation again. But the banker said nothing wrong was wrong, And while checking with my bank I even used it at other store at same time. So, I let them know nothing wrong with my card. So, they asked me to stop by to make the payment before 5pm because the worker who can manage credit card transaction was there up to 5pm. But, I couldnt make it because of my work which ended at 6pm and I told them. And they re-asked me to stop by there before 6pm right after I said I had my work until 6pm. I felt they didnt care my work or situation and all they cared was money. I know they tried everything which they could do as workers and I also tried everything they asked for to make the payment. But nothing worked for both. So, I said, I could stop by there tomorrow and thats all I can do or say for now. But, they tried to explain their companys system and said that they had to have that payment by today cuz it was the last day of the month so no matter what you needed to pay it right now today! BUT! Did I ask to pick the date as the very last day of the month? NOPE. I DID NOT. They PICKED! Moreover, since Feb I have never missed any payment dates or I have never even ignored their calls! Ever Never! I knew I had responsibility of my payment anyways since it was due the day when they kept bothering me. I knew that. That was why I did whatever they asked for, I was trying to stop by the next day since nothing worked on that day. But, they kept trying to insistence on their details about their companys system which customers do not need to care since customers ARE just customers. Customers have only responsibility on their own payments. That is all. And other stuff regarding to payment dates or other system of the company the WORKER should care and prevent any potential problems which might affect their company. Should the customers care their potential problems when the customers purchase? Nope. I dont think so. Customers do not need to care any system or any due date of the company. All they need to care is their own payments. And I have never skipped or missed the dates and also on that day when all this happened I was happy to do whatever they asked for to complete the payment but unfortunately nothing worked for both. If I had tried not to make payment, then I have never said that I would stop by there the next day to complete it. Also, there was no reason that I just disappeared since I have had at least 10 more facials. They are really UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially it was really stupid that they treated the VIP customer, who has been there more than half year, done anything wrong, tried to show my responsibility on my payment, as one of the customers who have bad habit. Between the roles of worker and customer, the worker is the one who should care and understand the customers side. Not vice versa.THEY only care MONEY, NOT CUSTOMER.If you are VIP there, I feel more sorry for you. DO NOT EXPECT anything from themYOU are not VIP, YOU are just VIP MONEY.
