The care and attention to detail that Shannon offered in our convo to set up an appointment was impressive! She took the time to explain things and did not rush me (like ive experienced in many other medical scenarios). I actually look forward to going to the dentist for once! :)

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. We left the office feeling completely confident that Dr. Yoo will be able to make tremendous progress in the growth and development of our daughter’s mouth. We’re excited to be able to work with such a knowledgeable and warm-hearted dentist.

I like Dr. Yoo and all of his fancy equipment and the fact that he uses safer materials. Ive been to a LOT of dentists in my life and hes one of about 3 that I had / have confidence in his abilities and also in his recommendations. I need a tricky root canal extraction (poking into fallen sinus) and I feel good about having this surgery done with him next year.

Dr. Yoo and his team are marvelous. He’s a great natural dentist, so for example no mercury in fillings, and he’s on the cutting edge, always applying the latest advances. Dr. Yoo explains the work to be done clearly, and lets you know what the options are. His staff is very friendly, on top of things, and professional. He helped widen my palate so my tongue has more room and my smile is nice.

Dr. Yoo and his staff are excellent dental health providers. I have had many dentists in my lifetime, but Dr. Yoo is the best. He uses natural products that are bio-compatible. I recommend his services highly.

Ive been to many dentists, most being mediocre to cold and abrasive. Dr. Yoo and his staff have been my choice for dentistry for about a decade now. When he is working, he is very good at communication and also is consistent in asking how am I doing, do I need anything during procedures to make sure I am comfortable. I am truly blown away by the care + compassion that Dr. Yoo and his team display. I am petrified of the dentist - the fear I have is astronomical - and the team at Dr. Yoos office (starting with the office manager Shannon) was honestly exceptional; they took the time to walk me through my fear, and to make sure that I felt safe. They go above and beyond; extra emails of encouragement, personal after hours phone calls from Dr. Yoo himself to check in to see how my mouth felt post-work today. I am blown away. Not only was the compassion, care, and customer service higher than I could have ever expected but the work was really good, the 2 hour long procedure didnt hurt, they utilize holistic care, the take into consideration the fact that I am pregnant, they have unique ways of calming a frightened patients down, they wanted to save my tooth instead of sending me off for a root canal right away. I could write a novel. I wish I could say I cant wait to go back, but I am still frightened .... but I can say that this is the dental office that I am willing to trust in to keep my mouth healthy and happy help me walk through and past this wild dental fear I have! Can not speak highly enough about this dental experience!
