I have used them once before and had a similar experience but had forgotten about it.Had to reschedule the patient because they did not inform us that the case would not be delivered by the requested date. Called the lab and was told no way they could expedite delivery and that they would call me back. 24 hours later I am still waiting for their call.Maybe they will post a reply to this review.I have learned my lesson and will not use them again.After I wrote this I received the case.They did not follow the diagnostic wax-up I sent, one central was longer tan the other and the shade was A2 instead of the requested A1.I have sent the case to be redone to another laboratory.

Great customer service. always follow up with their clients and are always prompt. turn around time is FAST. great to keep information so you dont have to repeat the same things over and over. great staff!

THIS IS THE WORST LAB WE HAVE EVER USED, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM, POOR WORKMANSHIP, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , NO BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, DO NOT HONOR THEIR COUPONS THAT THEY MARKET TO NEW CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
