A lot of people told me Western Dental its not the place to go to. Well I went and tried my experience with them they were excellent. The one on Euclid in San Diego is awesome they will do anything to try and make sure youre comfortable. Starting right from the office staff Maria and Steve continuing on to the back with the dental assistants Sandra is amazing. And the one I must have definitely have to point out would be angel that guy is incredible if youre nervous he will try to make you as comfortable as possible.

The Dentist I had was very caring patient and nice. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed making sure I wasnt in any pain knowing my fear of dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Zada I will see you at my appt.

I just had tooth extraction today and I’m glad to have Dr. Zada and Dr. Emami. They are very proficient and super nice. I was comfortable and had not had pain during the work. Also all their assistants and office staffs are all knowledgeable and very friendly. I will surely recommend this Dental clinic.

I want to take out my wisdom tooth but it wasnt an easy extraction and my gums was infected, so Dr.Zada give me some medicine to treat the infection. I came back the next day and have to stay over time to extract my tooth because it hurt really bad. The process seem scary but he know what hes doing so it only took him about 5min to extract it.Thank you so much Dr.Zada for helping me!!!

So... I havent been to the dentist in years I know its terrible but I was battling cancer for a while along with other health issues so I put my dental health on the back burner. I said that say I was terrified going into the office today but the staff here is amazing and eased all of my concerns. I had an issue with my insurance and they allowed me time to go and get it corrected to continue my appointment. The actual dentist and dental assistant were very informative with details about the care I needed. I appreciated everyone being so understanding and empathic to my situation.

Im very happy with my experience at this office and would recommend them to anyone looking to get dental work done. The staff is really friendly. I was nervous about getting dentures but am really glad I did. My dentures look great and I get compliments all the time. They look natural and thats what I wanted. Every appointment I have Im in and out. Most of all, Im so glad I can smile now.

I came to this location because of the positive reviews I read about Maria. When it was time for me to finally meet her, she was without judgement, she was professional & very understanding. Sandra made me feel so comfortable when she took my x-rays. I was so satisfied, without anxiety, I brought my children. She was fabulous with them. Background, my little ones have a history of crying and Angel & Von were excellent with them! No tears! Ive been a Massage Therapist & in Customer Service for 10+ years. Every person Ive encountered at this clinic from Alexis & Marissa at the front desk to the dentists have been nothing but friendly & professional. If I can rate everyone a 5 I would. If I was rating the call center, Itd be lower but I dont want my experience with this clinic to be tarnished. Thank you everyone! You truly were great! The front office Assistant Maria Cardenas was very helpful with my daughter and went out her way to check after her procedure to make sure she was feeling ok.

I was able to come in early due to a cancelation. They submitted a request to Denti-Cal to have a number of root canals done. It took about 6 weeks, but was granted for all. Only had one done on March 24. The doctor went slow and took his time. First time I almost felt zero pain. Even the needle for numbing could barely feel. The dental assistant was excellent too. Constantly attentive and always aware of my every need. Ive been there 4 times now and wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Western Dental at 286 Euclid Ave st# 201, San Diego CA.

Wasted my time .. Really hate this place and wouldnt waste time going to this location or the other locations because they change their lunch time yet schedules people for it then cancels when you get there .

Very wonderful place. The receptionist and all of dentist assistant were very nice and got my work done fast. I came in for my appointment that I didnt wait long for a filling and they provided me everything I needed to know of my teeth, my only concern was my two front teeth and got straight to it. Luis was very gentle and was very careful with my x-ray of my teeth. Im very happy of how my teeth look because I was not able to smile for a long time due to my two front teeth being cracked or chipped. They know eventually Im going to come back now for regular check ups and fillings! Thank you! And this was my first time here! First impression of this place amazing!

Wait was long for them to tell me at the end they couldnt see me.

I made an appointment for a cracked molar and got in right away. While the dentist was working on me he started talking to me about implants. I was interested and his assistant told me there was financial assistance. I informed them I had Care Credit but only $1000 credit. The implants (3) sum would be $10,800. The assistant asked if she could run my Care Credit for the amount n I agreed. She came back and said I was approved. I needed a crown for my broken molar so I got a temporary one and paid $1000 for it with another credit card. I made an appointment to see the specialist that does the implants (for 4 days later) The following morning I received a call from them asking if I could go in for the impressions for my implants that the dentist that did my crown could do them. I told them I wasn’t able to go until my scheduled appointment. They asked me if they could charge the $10,800 for the implants n I said no not until I went in on Friday. I received a call from Care Credit later that evening that they put the charges through. I told Care Credit that no work had been done and was told to call them in the morning n tell them they had to reverse the charges. I called them and they said they would reverse the charges. After 5 days they still hadn’t reversed the charges, my son called them and then I filed a dispute with Care Credit. Finally 7 days later, they reversed the charges. My blood pressure was elevated all those days and when I had to go back for my permanent crown no one offered an apology. They are unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

You can get an appointment to get in, but the work is generally not done the same day. Had to reschedule to come back for an extraction. Gave me 200 mg Motrin for the intense pain that comes from a wisdom tooth, toothache.Fast forward to a week... the extraction was as smooth as butter. I didnt even know the Dentist had removed the tooth. The pros out weigh the cons for me.Yes, I will go back.

I wasnt going to write this review, but I feel I need to, to save others the trauma I incurred by this office. First, I agreed to a dental implant, with no background on what I was getting into. I trusted, which was my first mistake. They never explained what could go wrong, or explained the steps as we went along. I was treated as if on an assembly line. Next, after many months, I ineeded to finally ask, when can I get the implant? They finally set me up. Seemed like everything was fine. Implant installed. Then a few days later it was wobbling. Set up an appointment to adjust.Then, the dentist drops the screwdriver down my throat>>yes, dropped it down my throat. I ran to try to throw it up and couldnt and asked, Now what? His receptionist says, thats okay we have another. He explains you need to go for an Xray. But, before that, he continues to work on my implant...By the time I got to the hospital, it was too late to get the screwdriver from my stomach. I spent TWO full days in the hospital!! Finally they went in and got it.Finally, I go to a new dentist about the wobbly implant. She says they installed the wrong kind of implant for a molar. It is not strong enough and will cause me problems until it has to be removed. She showed me the kind that should have been installed. She tightened it but said it will cause me problems, until it is redone or removed.Now, I am sitting at home, with pain in my sinus cavity from the wrongly installed implant. I assume the implant has caused a sinus infection!!Do not go to this office. You will not get good, professional service. Pay a little more and find another office!!!!!!!

My appointment time was at 3pm. My arrival time 2:40pm. I was called in a little after 4pm. At 5pm I was provided with an update for extraction or reschedule. What in the world takes sooo long?! Needless to say my appointment time was not honored and not impressed with the over booking. Receptionist is anything but professional. Not satisfied with the dental group changes or addition of services. As a customer of almost 10 years, it is very inconvenient and am afraid I'll have to make a change. That is very unfortunate because Dr. More is an excellent doctor.

I had a 8 am appointment but for some reason the staff decided to take a day off. I stood out there along with another lady for over 30 min and no one showed up to open the office. It is completely unprofessional. You shouldnt schedule an appointment and not show up because if the patients would do that you would charge us for not showing up or wouldnt see us if we showed up late. Didnt want to even give 1 star but I dont have a choice.

Called yesterday about getting an emergency procedure, was told the walk-in hours 8am and 1pm.Came before 8am, got the paperwork filled out, was seen around 9:15, the building/suite was old, but clean. The attendants were buried in their cel phones. The doctors werent a lot of help either. The can-do turned into a Could do next week.There is no compassion in this place, its clearly just a paycheck. They have no problem collecting their fees for examination, but care not for your comfort or mental health as soon as that exam is concluded.In short, its an a less than optimal Health-monitor and report mill, with very little actual help in an emergency.

Doctor Moor was great, but one of the worker messed up on my tooth. It didnt hurt till the guy supposedly fix it (root canal that I didnt want,) and I have a permanent chip tooth in the front and I hate smiling now. Seems as if the worker dont care, not the assistants but the ones that they assist. I know the others know that it was a bad job done, because I overheard the lady that cleaned my teeth when I went back for cleaning, and I have to feel this hurt everyday😫😳
