My only spa for all my womanly needs. The products they promote are clean of any processed chemicals, at least, as possibly can be. She researches everything she sells. It is a woman-owned business -- owner is the BEST -- and one of the most hard working women I know. Ive been here since their first year, I believe, and theyve grown so much. I hope she can continue to grow post-COVID season. Highly recommend!

Kim is amazing, went for my first wax ever was super nervous. But kim was so nice and the process went really quickly with very little pain.

Love this place. Kim teaches all her girls her way which is the best. Theyre fast, efficient, mostly painless (no big yanks on your hair and skin here). When they have deals and sales - its on! But the service and ladies are the best in San Diego & Encinitas. They get to know you and your skin needs.

Wow, wow, wow! I feel like I found one of the best places in San Diego for waxing. Olivia made me feel totally comfortable *which lets be honest ladies, its hard to get comfortable when you have someone new between your legs and waxing that crack* Great customer service, and I highly recommend. What a great spot! Lissa Elliott and the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I love the relaxing atmosphere and how professional everyone is. The treatments arent harsh on the skin, which is wonderful for someone who has sensitive skin like I do. The prices are slightly higher than what Ive been used to, but you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

This Day Spa is awesome! I love Natalie who I see for varies services that the spa offers. She is a perfectionist and always makes sure her clients are satisfied. Kim (the owner) and all of her other staff at the spa are very sweet, friendly and professional! I have been coming to this spa since it opened when Kim was the only one performing the services and running the front desk! It has grown into a very nice day spa.

My esthetician kept me in the loop as she went down under for my Brazilian. She made me feel comfortable & was very professional with the job at hand. Hence my next appointment has already been scheduled. Olivia is A+ #1!

They have a couple dedicated parking spots which is very convenient since there is paid metered parking in the area. Their place is always clean and their staff is friendly. I like the products they carry and Allie is super sweet and a great esthetician. Their membership is an amazing deal!! Especially if you plan on going regularly. LOVE LOVE LOVE this Spa! I have been coming here for a year and a half and they have always been wonderful! Natasha is amazing! I was so worried about getting a brazilian but she was so great and made me feel at ease. I have also received a relaxing facial and loved it! Natasha helped me find the right skin care products, and helped me a skin care routine that i can do every day! This spa is so clean and cute, i highly recommend it!

Always a good experience when I come here. Everyone who works there is always friendly, but my go to person is Erica and she is GREAT! She even helped me pick out a sunscreen for myself since Im allergic to most sunscreens, she recommend a couple and gave me samples to try and now I can finally wear sunscreen!

Welcoming wonderful professionals!I love my esthetician and the entire staff at EnviouSkin. They have awesome budget friendly care/maintenance packages that allow you to keep being a pretty diva, and you never feel like youre being pressured into buying something you dont want or need. I really appreciate the reminder texts when I have an appointment and their no hassle rescheduling whenever life happens. Parking in this area can be tough, however, they have 2 spots available for clients.

I bought the three-session Groupon to use it for a Brazilian Wax and my first session was great.My second session, they changed my esthetician last minute. The esthetician, Saretta, was horrible. She made the whole session very painful and was not trained on how to remove the wax strip from the skin properly to cause the least amount of pain.To book for my third session, I asked them to not place me with someone like Saretta and needed someone who was an expert on waxing. They said that I had to upgrade to a senior esthetician for an extra $38!!!I agreed to try my luck with a junior and I truly regret going their again. This time, the esthetician Hope, took very long to finish the session, did not remove all the hair, did not remove all the wax to an extent I had wax left over deep inside my private area after I had showered!!! And yes, my private areas are itching right now!I understand that junior esthetician do not have the expertise, but they should be trained on at least removing all the hair and not leaving wax left overs!

I bought a Groupon for EnviouSkin three years ago havent set foot in another Spa since. Lissa quickly became my go-to gal for both waxes and facials, but everyone here is very friendly! The Spa itself is small and comfortable. The atmosphere leaves me feeling pampered with undivided attention. Im relaxed when I walk out, even if I was just there for a wax. Appointment times are respected and I very rarely have to wait; if they are running behind its never more than a few minutes and I am offered a drink (mimosas!). The prices are very reasonable especially considering the incredible quality of service. I cant normally afford to splurge on many treatments but the deals during Envious Week allow me to pamper myself without feeling guilty. This is the kind of local business I love supporting!

I love this place! The entire staff is always friendly and accommodating every time I come in. I have seen Lissa a few times for waxing and she always makes an unpleasant task enjoyable and does a great job while keeping me occupied so Im not thinking of the pain! The salon is super nice inside and they have parking which definitely helps when the surrounding area is busy. I found them on Groupon but will continue to come here since I like the place so much!

I wasnt the one being taken care of... As I was just waiting patiently by the front desk but my Girlfriend says they did a great job with the waxing so theirs my review.

So in a total bonehead move, I arrived for my eyebrow wax a week early for my appointment. Amanda at the front desk was wonderful AND understanding and helped me fit in an appointment that very night. Luckily, Allie had an opened and took me unexpectedly. She was very friendly and cheerful and made me feel very comfortable. She was smart and knowledgeable and after talking to her about my skin I decided to come in for a Soothing Facial. What could have been a real crummy night, turned out great! Cant wait to come in for my facial.

I love Enviouskin Day Spa. I have been to many spas for many different things ranging from waxing to facials, and this is by far the best treatment I have ever had. The staff is super friendly, they offer you champagne or mimosas as you walk in through the door, are always running on time and send reminder texts of appointments. Super friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and they love it.

SHADY BUSINESS ALERT. DONT use this salon when there are so many others that aren’t just trying to steal your personal billing information to charge randomly! I purchased a prepaid set of waxes off of Groupon. When I called to schedule an appointment they required that I provide full credit card information to book. When I said I’d already paid, they said they needed my credit card information in case I was a no show so they could bill me for the full price of the session ($60) I asked if I could walk in and they said even if I walked in with my prepaid voucher they still needed credit card information even though I would physically walk in for on the spot service...This COMPLETELY undermines their reasoning for taking the credit card information in the first place- obviously if I walk in I showed up for my appointment... so why do you need my credit card information again??? At this point the entire thing felt really shady and untrustworthy. How do I know they aren’t going to throw in some lotion or service and then charge me after my appointment for it? And if they have my information they are free to charge me based on whatever services they think the rendered at any time and then after the fact I need to make the case why they don’t have at will access to my money??? Also, if for whatever reason I was human and missed my appointment, something that was a prepaid $16 service would cost an additional $60 AND I wouldn’t even get the actual service! The woman on the phone kept spinning me in circles about it, she was extremely rude and condescending, and she even decided it was appropriate to put me on hold midway through our conversation for another call which absolutely flabbergasted me because when I first called I got voicemail and left a message for a callback, yet my call was unimportant enough to be interrupted. I’m sorry you don’t want to answer questions about your shady and bogus credit card information stealing policies for a literal paying customer. I didn’t even make it into the salon and this is my experience. There are so many good salons out there offering good customer service and sensical billing policies. Skip this one because they are clearly money grabbers and not much else.

I LOVE these ladies!! They make me feel special from the moment I walk in the door, they always call with an appointment reminder, they are completely gracious when Ive had to reschedule and I love the treatments. I highly recommend this spa!!

Natalie is amazing!! Ive been seeing her since July 2013. I get Brazilian and eyebrow waxes and I had never gotten a Brazilian before I came to Natalie at EnviouSkin, but I wont trust anyone else now! Natalie is so sweet, thorough, and makes sure to look at the work shes done from the clients perspective to make sure that everything is great before you leave. Be sure to buy the scrubbing glove to exfoliate and the PFB Vanish product to prevent ingrown hairs. Shes a perfectionist and Ive been complimented on my eyebrows because of her!Love EnviouSkin :) Thank you!!

I walked in to this cute little spa about a year ago and have been a loyal customer since. Everyone there will acknowledge you by your name and ask how you are. ALL of the services offered are amazing. I recently had a resurfacing mask and it did wonders for my skin. I usually go in for a Brazilian wax, which I used to be completely terrified of, but thanks to my esthetician, Natasha, I think theyre pretty painless! Natasha is beyond amazing! Shell ask me how everything and talk to me as Im getting waxed and pretty much makes me forget that Im even getting waxed. I will always recommend Enviouskin to anyone who wants a wax, facial, etc. because the customer service is phenomenal.

Ive been going to EnviouSkin for almost a year now. First impression, Theyre so welcoming! Lol. They offered me something to drink as soon as I stepped in the door. Ive worked with three different Estheticians, last one being Ali. Shes awesome! Im definitely going back to her every time. I was used to getting my brazilian done in 45 minutes (which was a little bit of torture) but I am in and out in 20 minutes & it is such a good job and it is always amazing. I love EnviouSkin, theyre just awesome.

I have been coming to Enviouskin for years now. All the aestheticians there are lovely, but Lissa is my girl!! I first started going there to get waxed, but after Lissa gained my trust I also started coming to her for facial care products. She is very knowledgeable about skin and always recommends things that end up working great on me. One really good thing about her is that she doesnt just tell me to buy the most expensive product they sell - she usually will let me try out a sample to see if I like a product, then I will buy it when I end up loving it. She knows Im not a millionaire so its nice to work with someone who isnt just interested in my wallet! Overall, Enviouskin has a really professional yet relaxing atmosphere where you know youre being taken care of by the best aestheticians out there, in a salon where you can instantly feel at ease. I have been going to EnviouSkin for over two years now. Master Esthetician , Lissa Elliot, is amazing and fulfills all of my facial and waxing needs. She is absolutely the BEST! Very friendly and attentive to your needs! I also love their dermaquest and epicuren facial serums and products. They use clarisonic and nu face technologies during the 50 or 90 minute facials and both have great results. I bought a clarisonic after a few facials, for at home use. They sell both the nu face and clarisonic for about the same price as amazon. Go see Lissa! You wont be disappointed!
