Dr. Rossana Alfonso is the best dentist I have ever encountered in this area and I have been to a few with just a cleaning. The office staff was friendly and explained everything to me. Once it was time for my cleaning the dentist made me comfortable with her exam and her cleaning and explained everything she saw and was going to do. I am really surprised there isnt a 5 star rating but I know people in San Diego are picky and find things to complain about instead of being happy someone spent time with you about the health and maintenance of your teeth. This office deseves the Aloha and the dentist deserves Aloha

I have been a patient for years even with changing to a different insurance plan.I really appreciate the professionalism and calm atmosphere and friendly staff.The dentist always informs me of any issues and or potential issues and always stresses prevention, especially flossing and regular cleanings and check ups.What impresses me the most is the consistent reminders and follow ups for appointments and the flexibility if you need to reschedule.There was a time where my crown popped and they were able to get me in asap!

I think no one ever likes going to the dentist, but Im fortunate to have a good dentist as in Dr. Alfonso. I had a tooth extraction and a deep clean and literally no pain. Also her assistant Grace is wonderful!

DDS Rossana Alfonso is so nice,very friendly and professional, her staff is awesome and extremely professional.My new denture is the best Ive ever had.Her office is very well managed and clean. I am so pleased with the whole experience I had there.

Ive never felt so mistreated by a Dentist/doctor as I have under the care of this dental office. The care you will get under Alfonso is below par to say the least, there is not a consistent dentist here so the work done is not done with detail, rushing or doing the work for the cheapest possible. You will be treated differently by the front desk staff and dentist if you have medical and will receive inadequate care. Originally asked Priscilla at the front desk if they offered any payment plans very politely explained my situation and how it was urgent i get a night guard so the filling they had already done 5 times would not fall out again, She told me there was no option for a payment plan. Today when i went in and talked to the dentist she said I did in fact have the option to do a payment plan. When i asked Priscilla why she did not offer it to me the first time she said this is a business and we cant afford to do that when i asked why now she said because you insisted needles to say this dental office does not care about their patients especially if they are not making maximum profit off the patients. Because of the unprofessional front desk and poor dental ability and care I have received would never recommend this place to anyone.

They promised me a new smile for New Years and they worked tirelessly to deliver. This dentist and staff are exceptional. They treat you like family, very caring and kind; state of the art equipment and a beautiful office setting...Thank you Dr. Alfonso and staff, you are so appreciated!

Nice place, good dedicated staff. They found a reasonable and cheaper solution to my baby tooth.

I spend over 20,000$ on my mouth few years back and 1 by 1 my caps are falling out, the bridges that they put in are coming out and tooth under the cap are turning black! I am so sad , I went to hell and back getting my mouth fixed just to have to redo everything all over again year after year! Dentist dont care about my pain and suffering and will not refund or pay the amount I have to pay to get this so called permanent bridge fixed! I was told the bridge is forever but its not , it came out and has to be re done! Dentist Rossana told secretary Now that its few years back and has to be serviced! This is horrible mislead place I do not recommend it to anyone! STAY AWAY from this place ! Nothing they do is permanent!

Arrived 15 prior to my appointment, waited patiently for 45mins until I finally gave up. Waste of my time! No one in the lobby, and a patient walking out after receiving care. Lots of personal chatter in the back though. Terrible experience, why make an appointment?

Bad experience with both time for my cleaning, I have to wait long and hurting when they do Xray on me ( 30 mins) then dentist clean one third of job and tell me to come next time cause she is busy with other customer. second time I come back and waiting longer and the assistant put me in chair for half an hour and dentist do nothing , she hurt my gum while talking to other worker so when I go home can not even eat water melon and tell me to come back for deep cleaning , try to make money from patient and dont do the work. dont recommend the newer patient to come here. horri

Dont use this dental office. They will not tell you the rates they charge for specific plans as an in-network provider unless you agree to become a patient.
