Been going for a few months now. As someone who has anxiety from being touched, upon my first visit I loved how welcoming and non hospitaly the place looked. While the facility is very clean, it doesn’t have that scary hospital feel. It feels more like a spa.I have been seeing Dr. JOHN and he is great. He asked several questions about my struggle areas and he targeted all those areas. Most importantly I had a few injuries playing soccer when I was younger which prevented me from doing exercise sometimes even the pretty easy stuff.Now after a few visits I feel confident my knee won’t lock out of place. I started exercising again. And have noticed greater mobility overall in terms of legs, hips and back.Never thought I would be exercising this hard ever again. And I owe it all to Dr. JOHN.Lastly, the Front Desk people are so nice and understanding. I have had to reschedule several times and each time they have been very understanding.

Dr. Shah is the best! I can go on and on about how great and helpful his care has been. From my neck, back, and recent pregnancy sciatica pain he has literally helped me walk again without the pain. He always listens to my concerns and I’ve never left his office not feeling better. He also is very personable and will give you suggestions to do as well past his adjustments. I recommend him to anyone that would listen. I feel so blessed to have him as my chiropractor!

I highly recommend SDARC. Dr. Jepsen is a terrific chiropractor and the staff who work there are all very friendly. He listens intently and manipulates you accordingly. I go into the office feeling sore and walk out feeling great. I travel from Los Angeles just to see him.

I have been going to SDARC Wellness Center 6 + yrs. My health has literally been in their healing hands for years. All the natural modalities of Acupuncture, Massage, and Chiropractic care has kept me out of the Medical doctors office and very healthy. Dr. Chris Jepsen has been an outstanding addition to this office! Seriously you get great care the minute you walk in and are greeted by the receptionist. Highly recommended.

Dr. Al-Ashi has helped immensely with my pain. In the past I have felt concern about having my neck adjusted and he was so gentle that I felt comfortable when he adjusted it. He has been very kind and gentle. My pain has improved immensely since I have been his patient and would not hesitate to recommend him. I always sleep really well after a treatment! My life has physically improved after being treated by Dr. Al-Ashi...I am doing activities that I had not been able to do for some time!

Just had my first appt at SDARC. Shah Soleimani is great. Very hands on, includes muscle work in along with adjustments and really knowledgeable and personable.Office is nice and clean staff is very polite. there were some communication issues with appt and paperwork but they were so nice and Dr Shah was so great it made up for all that

Dr Shah is awesome! I had my first session today. I’ve been to other a couple other chiropractors but he definitely tops my list. Dr Shah was very knowledgeable and warm. He was very easy to talk to and discuss my issues with. He didn’t try to upsell me abunch of other services that I have experienced at other offices. His staff was also super nicer.

Have had back problems for over 5 years. Tried everything and I still felt horrible. Until I came into Dr Shahs office. After a few weeks of seeing him I feel amazing! He popped my rib back into place. Definitely would recommend him. Also the receptionist and everyone who works there is so friendly!

I had some neck issues that didn’t allow me to exert myself in even the slightest bit. I couldn’t be happy for even a tiny bit because then I would get a really sharp pain that coursed through my skull and left me immobile for at least half an hour to a couple of hours. After a couple of doctor vists and a couple of prescriptions, I decided to try something new and go see a chiropractor and that’s where Dr. Shah comes in at ROC Wellness. He had me back to normal in a matter of a month and I continue to go back for regular adjustments. I love the staff and the service. I recommend them to everyone who shows interest!

Brian Downum, Licensed Acupuncturist, has offered me an array of effective treatments that helps me to not only heal from my acute issues but instructs me how to move safely and effectively. I am given lots of homework to complement my acupuncture sessions. Brian Downum offers kind and knowledgeable acupuncture treatments supported by a friendly and sensitive staff. I would definitely recommend SDARC.

I have been dealing with shoulder pain and problems for the last several years from sports and the pain never went away. I got recommended to see Dr. Al-Ashi and I could not have been more satisfied with the treatment I received. Dr. Al-Ashi is very knowledgeable on the reasons I was experiencing the pain I was and knew immediately how to treat it. After our first session my shoulder felt much better and after a month it felt stronger and no aches or pains. Dr. Al-Ashi was kind enough to accommodate my schedule of weekend visits, which was a plus. He has a very honest, direct and professional manner in which he conducts with his patients. Not only did Dr. Al-Ashi help with some of the pain in my back, he also gave me suggestions and exercises on how to improve my structure and overall health for the long-run. I, and my girlfriend would personally recommend Dr. Al-Ashi to any of my family and friends.

I cant say enough about Dr. Jepsen and the active release technique he uses. I was in SD for a short time when I messed up my knee. I was referred to Dr. Jepsen by a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. In the meantime, I saw a doctor at Kaiser. After seeing Dr. Jepsen twice I had a follow up at Kaiser. The doctor was quite impressed with the rapid improvement and asked me for Dr. Jepsens contact information. That says a lot for his skill.Dr. Jepsen doesnt hurry through a visit. He will take as much as necessary. He will listen to you and work with you. He gets things loosened up and moving before he does any manipulation.Unfortunately, I will be returning to Colorado soon. I am really bummed but, Dr. Jepsen has offered to help me find someone there who will continue the work he has started.

First time to a chiropractor and it was amazing!! I highly recommend.

I had elbow pain primarily, then wrist pain then shoulder pain, and mr. Alashi decided to treat my shoulder because it was his specialty not because that was causing me the most pain.Iv never been to a chiropractor befor and never had neck pain, and i only went two times and never again, because after he cracked my neck both times, my neck has been hurt/stiff/kinked ever since. I went tuesday last and my neck still hurts, i dont know about the other Dr’s but i wouldnt recomend mr alashi, and i hate leaving bad reviews but it just was not a pleasent experience.I will say though he was great with my shoulder, he may just be new in the feild in general, idk.

This san diego chiropractor is by far the best chiropractic provider in san diego I have used. Dr. Mackay is knowledgable, professional, and very caring. His entire staff is very helpful and friendly. I am well on the road to recovery from pinched nerve pain, and after drugs and other options have failed these san diego chiropractors have been a life saver. I have also been seeing Brian Downum and Barry Green for acupuncture and massage and they are equally effective and knowledgable. I like going to a place where I can get complete holistic care in san diego from so many doctors at the same location. Highly recommended!
