The Office Manager is extremely rude.. whatever her name is (she would not provide by the way.. she said “ you don’t need to know my name” )has very poor customer service and communicating skills.. I have never met an office manager that was so rude and when I asked for her supervisor she stated that’s me I am everything.. I would not have someone like that running my company and they need someone with better customer service skills answering the phone.. I hope the owner of this organization reads this so they know how poorly there so called manager of the company responds people..

I like that this doctor is thorough and patient. The receptionist makes you feel like family, very sweet lady.

I cant believe anyone would say anything bad about this Chiropractor. Hes amazing and so is his staff.So sorry to hear all these false accusations from another reviewer.This Chiropractor really helped me with my cervical spine injury. Hes the best of the best and great at documenting and putting things in writing. Hell request other treatment if thats what you need.Cant say enough good things about Jeffrey Steinhardt, Dien Vo, and the office assistant Bernice.

Dr Steinhardt is anything but a legit workers compensation report writer.Dr Steinhardt writes elaborate detailed reports of injuries that do not exist in order to defraud insurance companies and create more appointments and therapy for his patientsHe sleeps with his receptionist Bernie- so she is not required to actually file and keep the office clean- I have seen files on the floor in a treatment room for a week while staff was walking in and out ignoring not only the safety of patients the persona of the office.Steer clear of Dien Vo who actually was pushing my arm over my head only weeks after shoulder surgery and should not be practicing chiropractic. His adjustments are barbaric yet the Board of chiropractic examiners allows Steinhardt and associates to injure patients without any regard for the publics health and welfare
