They are so nice here and have a cute set up but because of the heat they are no longer operating outdoors. I was so caught off guard when I arrived that I went ahead with my appointment. Had I known, I for sure would have cancelled as I dont feel comfortable in indoor spaces. As a business, they should have communicated to your customers to be given a chance to cancel or reschedule.

I was here on vacation and recently had surgery where I cannot lift my arms above my head. I made an appointment with Isiah and from the moment I walked in I was treated like a Star. My name was on a welcoming board, I was offered a complimentary beverage and sat immediately. I love that the hair washing station was separate from the salon very calming and relaxing. He was able to braid my hair so I could travel comfortably without worrying. Thank you so much for your work!! I recommend this salon ten fold.

Natalie is wonderful and has been doing my Brazilian blowouts and cuts for years. Before meeting Natalie, I would get my Brazilian blowouts done at various salons, but hers absolutely and noticeably last longer. That and the fact that I really enjoy catching up with her keep me coming back!

Mike has been cutting my hair for many years and does an excellent job. I always get compliments on my hair. His prices are also very affordable.

Great salon & Doug is the best!!

I am extremely disappointed in my haircut. The owner of the salon cut it so short (1/2 inch on too of my head) and uneven in the back (employee told me this and evened it for me ). I showed a picture and said trim it....not chop it off. An experieced professional should be able tell a guest when short hair is not their expertise. My anger is about the poor listening skills and paying 65.00 dollars.

Go to Savanah and she will give your hair new life. Shes an absolute gem and I love the shes willing to help explain the benefits of products without being overly pushy like typical stylists.

This establishment is a total rip off. I had a daughter that had her hair done with a promised that her hair would look like the picture she showed her stylish. The end result was horrific! Far from what the picture she had shown to the stylish. Not only that she paid way too much for this hair color, it was a complete set of color. On top of this overpaid, horrific color she went home with, when she called to complain to the manager, the manager told her that you seemed happy with your hair when you left, I was there and there is nothing I can do to help you. What a horrible customer service. So, to make sure that they improve their customer service, we are taking them to small claim court. I am sure there are a lot of you out there that had the same experience with this place.

I went to John and I got the opposite of what I asked for! I had went to him a couple times before this for a basic trim and color and was never 100% satisfied but I thought i would give him another try! Well worst mistake ever! I had medium length hair about mid back and I showed him a picture of a Long angle bob haircut and I walked out with a short straight bob! I was very very unhappy ! I dont understand how you can show a picture and tell someone over and over what you want and get the total opposite! I will never go back to him!!!!!
