I visited Split Ends for the first time this weekend and it did NOT disappoint. Cyndi, Florence, and Molly (who cut and colored my hair) are all very kind and helpful! It’s been over six years since I got my hair done, so I was a little bit nervous, but Molly listened to exactly what I wanted and performed literal magic on my head. My hair looks amazing! I’ll definitely be back :)

I’ve been coming to Split Ends for over a year and have had a fantastic experience, really with everything I’ve had done here.I’m a 25 year old guy, and coming in had no idea how to grow my curly hair out without it looking like a mess. The Split Ends team has gone above and beyond with answering questions, recommending haircuts, and letting me test out different products, and figure out my style. Now I constantly get compliments on my hair and I have the team to thank.They’ve been a great resource for skin care products and eyebrow waxing as well, and just overall I have gotten the value for my money time and again in the frequent complements I receive on their handiwork.Easy 5 stars.

This was my first time at Split Ends Aveda! I had a wonderful experience, everyone was so friendly and it felt very homey! I loved the way my hair turned out. I have longer hair and I LOVED that Cyndi only took off my dead ends and did not carried away like a lot of stylist do. I appreciated that she not only cares about a wonderful result but that she cares about the health of your hair. I got a full foil of lowlights and she explained the color process so that I knew what to expect. I felt like the pricing was very fair and they also have a very nice selection of Aveda products to purchase! I will defiantly be back :)

Came here after I noticed well done highlights on a friends hair. She told me wonders about Cyndi and Split Ends Salon so I booked an appointment that week. Cyndi is right up my alley! A very experienced coiffeur, she had a great read on my type of hair on its dire condition and started to work her magic right away. I spent a good 4 to 5 hours in the salon and the results shows! Since then, like Cyndi warned me, I keep on receiving compliment on the quality of my highlights and the color. I would give 4.5 stars if it was an option, because the final $ was a bit higher than I expected spending (including the little discount for referral) and I felt a little pushed to buy products when cashing out. However Cyndi is a great business woman with really high skills, so I am trusting the recommendations on the products are to my final benefit to not end up like the photo on the left once again, and the price is what it is. I loved my interaction and chats with Cyndi, I am absolutely pleased with my cut and color, and Aveda is a really high quality brand with incredibly lovely natural scents. I am going back in just a few weeks and I am looking forward to bump up my review to 5 stars.

I had my hair done yesterday and it came out too light and brassy for me. Cyndi did a fabulous job. She made my base color darker and ran low lights through my hair. I got a complimentary neck and scalp massage, hand massage, and quick cleansing facial with peppermint infused hot towels. Will definitely go back.

Cyndi was so kind to work my sister and me in for some badly needed cuts. She is a real pro with short styles! It can be so hard to find a good stylist for short hair. We had a superb experience at Split Ends and highly recommend it!

This spot rocks! You have to go see Lisandra!! She is the best and you cant beat her personality! She is young and fun and will know the latest styles and colors that best suit you and your hair. You can completely put your trust into her hands when it comes to your hair. The salon is a smaller one but, it has a few stylists. I love its location too...plenty of places to grab some food and drink and they even have a new bakery across the street!! Its really the perfect location in PB!

I came in for color and a cut and brought a photo of what I wanted. Cindi nailed it! She is amazing with color. I will definitely be going back. Cindi and her staff are all extremely nice and attentive, and they dont try to sell you a bunch of products which is refreshing.

I had given 5 Stars a year ago, but having gone exclusively here for a year now, I’ve changed my mind. The color is still okay, but the hair cuts have ruined my hair. The thinning shears she uses has left me with frayed ends and hair that never grows out. Cindi is pushy with additional treatments and not transparent with the prices. They hand write prices on scratch paper and secretly hand it to the receptionist. In the end its $200 for partial highlights and a trim that looks terrible. Plus, the last highlights I had left my roots darker than the rest of my hair. Now that my hair is totally thinned out and has split ends half way up from the last year of bad haircuts, I will be finding a new place. Antonette gave me a good haircut once, but she’s gone now. ✌️

I have greying red hair thats turing auburn. I wanted some highlights to hide it a bit. The stylist suggested some color mixtures that would look good. She did such a good job that my hair looked like it did when I was younger, but with a bit of the highlight streaks like I wanted. No one noticed that I got it highlighted as it looks so natural! (Thats a good thing.) The roots are starting to show again, and you can really see the difference. She also did a great job styling as well.

I enjoyed my experience the first time I was there and so I made an appointment for a hair cut for a couple of months out while I was there. I called to confirm that appointment a day before and they informed me the lady who did my hair last time was no longer there and they called everyone in her client list to inform them (I did not receive a call). Then she told me she does not see my appointment in the computer anyways (I am literally staring at the appointment card that the front desk lady made as she is telling me this). She says there are no appointments except with the art director which is more expensive. To me a good business would right their wrong and offer me the haircut at the cheaper rate, even with the art director, because this is their mistake, not mine. I will be searching for another salon now.

The receptionist scheduled me 45 min earlier then the appointment time we discussed on the phone the day before and tried to blame me for coming in late. The hair dresser took 2 min on my bangs and did a poor job. They made it really easy for me to never go back.

This is such a nice hair salon, although it is small, it is really more like a hair spa, the products are all natural, the staff is so so nice, and they always do their best to make sure you that you are happy with your hair and feeling spoiled too! They also have great monthly deals, (I got a haircut, a hair gloss treatment, and one more thing all for $100! Normal price probly around $200) Plus they have complimentary tea and hand massages ;D

Cindy spent 3 minutes on my haircut and it looks horrible. She did not blend in the layers, she just chopped 2 sections at different lengths. I could have had a better haircut at supercuts. I will never go back to her.

Always a safe bet when getting your hair cut, men and women. They offer a lot of services for womens hair and are very attentive of what youd like done.

I took a chance on this place and it was incredible! Kourtney was super sweet, relaxed, thorough & knowledgeable. I told her my situation and what Im looking for and she listened and used her professional judgment to give me the best cut that was what I wanted and flattering as well. Kourtney- thank you for giving me the haircut that I had no idea I wanted so badly until I saw it. Ill be back!

I only get my hair trimmed and highlighted a few times a year, but Split Ends in PB is my favorite. My sister, from Oregon, always asks when she visits, can we go get a haircut at your spot in PB? They are so nice! Starting with a cup of delicious hot tea to make you feel welcome. Then once youre in the chair, you get a moment of aromatherapy to breathe deep and feel like youre in a spa, then a 3 minute head/neck massage...and then when you getting your hair washed, they offer a free mini-facial with steamy warm towel. And thats all included with the haircut cost, no hidden fees or promo, just a kindness and attention to the little things that keep a customer returning. Since I only go twice a year, I forget who cuts my hair, but they seem to remember who did it, and we chat like old friends. I secretly hope it doesnt get too popular & busy, or else I wont be able to make last minute appts anymore, ha!

Split Ends is a great full services Aveda salon that doesnt skimp on service nor gouge you on the price. I went in for a hair cut and partial highlights and was surprised to find that a scalp massage, hand massage, facial exfoliation, and shampoo were all included with their services. I will definitely be back. The cut and color look great, too. They do try to sell the Aveda products pretty hard, but they are really friendly and not overly pushy.

I have had good experience in past but yesterday I went with my mom and Cindy and Jennifer did our hair. They didnt do a good job of my moms haircut. And instead of giving her lukewarm water that my mom requested, Jennifer mixed cold water and hot tea to give some diluted tea water!! Also in the past the hair felt soft and perfectly styled. Our hair looked ok right after we stepped out the of the salon But this time our hair did not hold its style even for 3 hours, hair felt a bit rough at the end and all the straightening was undone in less than 4 hours. I have always gone here after bad hair days but this time even though my hair looked better immediately after she was done, it didnt hold. I have not had this issue in the past. This salons quality has gone down significantly.

The ladies at Spilt Ends Hair Salon work hair miracles for a fair price. As soon as you enter you are greeted with soothing hot tea and a head/neck massage. In addition you are also treated to a brief facial with hot towels.My two favorite hairstylists in the world reside there and their names are CANDICE and ASHLEY. They are both very talented, attentive, and full of positive energy.I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair because I am trying to grow it out. I hate going to places that cut more than they should (hence they dont know the definition of a trim). Both CANDICE and ASHLEY understand perfectly not to cut too much and have that perfect balance of making your hair feel spilt end free but still maintaining that length. In addition, these ladies are amazing at styling your hair to the point where it looks like it should be on a pantene commercial.I just came back from there today and I had Ashley for the first time. I started laughing after she was done with my hair because she did an absurdly amazing job. It was like day and night!Ashley is definitely amazing and very talented.And of course Candice is as well! I have recommended my sister and many other ppl to her.If you are looking for a hair salon, that actually listens to what you want, and you feel like getting pampered for a reasonable price, Spilt Ends is the perfect fit!Ask for either ASHLEY or CANDICE!
