First time there. Just got threading done. $14 is a bit more than what I use to pay for threading but I will chalk that up to living in San Diego. Will be back to get my eyebrows done and sugar waxed legs 🦵😌

Great place! Super clean and friendly environment. I used to always request Samina but unfortunately she no longer works there. Recently I got my eyebrows done by a lady with blonde hair, her name starts with a Z - unfortunately did not catch the spelling of her name. I went Thursday June 17 around noon. This lady did a great job, and did not hurt at all!

Go for the eyebrows (they’re amazing) Stear clear of the Brazilian Wax esthetician. I made an appointment on a Saturday at noon to have a Brazilian wax done before flying out on vacation to Hawaii this coming week. I’ve had countless Brazilian waxes done at several different waxing salons and where I understand each esthetician has their own way of doing a Brazilian wax my experience was less than satisfactory. The esthetician that helped me with my Brazilian wax had amazing bedside manner but the actual wax job was so disappointing and almost terrible. She left me with hairs ALL OVER my lower areas from the front to the back, also all the in between areas had all different length hairs left. Not even my bikini line was completely waxed. I don’t mean 5-7 hairs over the entire lower area, I literally can count over 50 hairs left on the top area alone of my lower area, not to mention the left over long and short hairs left in between! Honestly, if pictures were appropriate I would just so you know what to expect. I’ve had this Brazilian sugar waxing service done here at this location before and my experience then was the opposite of this one. May I kindly suggest that the esthetician slow down while waxing, take her time and pay attention to the details of a Brazilian Wax job. To get home and attempt to try and pluck your already paid and tipped for wax job is frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

OMG literally the BEST hair removal place ever!! Theyre so cautious when it comes to cleanliness because of COVID and the employees are so sweet and professional. I go in regularly for waxing and threading and Ive never ever had an issue. Faranak is amazing at eyebrows and Jessica is the best waxer Ive ever had! Amazing staff and great prices too! Overall had great experiences and this is the best spot for hair removal. They also take walk-ins which is great!

Small, clean place. I came here to get my upper lip threaded. The person who took care of me was very sweet and she did a good job. Pretty decent price for upper lip - $5 . Not sure if it get cheaper than that. I will definitely go back here.

I love that whenever I go they are always open to listening what my needs are, especially when I am trying to grow my eyebrows out. They always take in my suggestions and every time Im done I love the end results. I definitely would recommend the eyebrow tab. You pay 70.00 up front for the price of 5 eyebrow sessions and 1 for free. I dont always get the same person every time and each one has kept me happy with my results.

All of the staff at Beauty by Dolly are very welcoming. I have never been disappointed with the results of my session. Rebecca asked me what I wanted and she worked hard make my eyebrows even like I asked.

I got a brazilian wax here and it was the worst one i have ever had. on sensitive areas, you are supposed to use hard wax as the primary wax and soft wax should be used only for cleanup. beauty by dolly, however, uses soft wax for everything. the girl who waxed me applied soft wax over HUGE areas and was being less than gentle in both its application and its removal. i never have issues after a wax, but it hurt to even walk after this one. if you’re looking to get a brazilian, don’t come here

This is the only place Ill go for threading. There is a place closer to my house, but there was no comparison. My eyebrows always look great, the brow tab makes it easy, and its so affordable. The staff is friendly and experienced. I once forgot my credit card and they told me to call it in when I got home. Great example of the customer service they are willing to provide. Highly recommend!

I stopped in here yesterday an emergency sugaring because my regular esthetician was unable to get me in this week. They were able to book my appointment with less than a hour notice. This place was friendly, clean, fast, and did I mention friendly? I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and made to feel so welcomed! When I left, I was repeatedly thanked for my business (and there was a line, so it wasnt as if there was a shortage of customers). The prices are even cheaper than my regular salon! I will absolutely be back.

Hands down the most pleasant experience because they are very friendly, they do their job and they do it well. They have a happy hour from 2-5PM for $10 instead of $12. I am prefer the waxing formula than the sugar wax because it catches thick hairs better. Reminder to tip 15%.

I have been getting my brows threaded here for years and their service is great. A new tattoo salon moved in next door and plays loud music a lot which has made the place a little less quiet but the employees and owner aren’t happy about it either. They have a brow tab if you wanna save some money and get your brows done regularly. Be sure to tip - they work hard and deserve it. They take reservations have never turned me away as a walk in even on the busiest of days right before a holiday. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t like it here. They’re great!

I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and i never have to worry about who threads my eyebrows. All are talented. I dont go often since i usually keep them cleaned for a bit until i start to loose the eyebrow shape the ladies gave me.

My new go-to place for my brows and brazilian! Everybody is so friendly... actually everybody in SD are friendly, Im not used to it being that I am from the Northeast. Lol. Anyway, Jessica did my braziian and she made the whole experience less painful than it usually was. I forgot the name of the girl who did my brows and upper lip but she did a great job as well.
