She needs to hire a scheduler. She gave my appointment away because I didn’t respond in a timely manner which was only 1 freaking minute later, after I had already confirmed the day before. Never have I ever wanted to slap someone so quick. Apparently, she doesn’t care about new clients.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Irina today for my first colon cleanse. I wasn’t too nervous but definitely excited + curious after reading the reviews here. My intentions were simply to help a full, deep release and support my colon/digestion. I felt like I wasn’t emptying fully in bathroom visits and was having symptoms such as bloat, fatigue, and sluggish digestion. The session was amazing! Other than very minor discomfort sticking the hose in, and some nausea while the fluids pumped through, it was a breeze. I went on with my day as normal afterward (that morning I just fasted 2 hours prior to session). Post session within an hour I felt 10lbs lighter, my stomach felt “normal” and not twisted up/weighed down, and visibly flatter. I felt a purer energy within + full reset. Recommend 11/10.♥️

Irina is the most caring, loving and knowledgeable person I have ever met. She for sure knows everything about her job and she gives you tips on how to keep a balance diet so you can keep a healthy colon. Ms. Irina has helped me immensely. She’s made me feel comfortable with the process and educated me while there, when I’ve felt up to learning. Irina is an amazing colon therapist! Ive suffered from constipation and incomplete elimination for many years, so Ive gone to many colon therapists. Never before have I had such success as when I started to go to Irina for colon cleansing.I am so happy to say I am no longer constipated! My eliminations are now easy, regular, and complete! Through her slow fill method, she has been able to painlessly get water throughout my entire colon; before, other therapists could usually only get water up about ½ way. She provided valuable education regarding nutrition, supplements and life practices that have dramatically changed my entire digestion process! I now break down and absorb my food more completely. Most importantly, her warm demeanor and sense of humor makes the whole thing relaxing, and, yes, even fun!I notice my belly is flatter and my waist is trimmer--I feel better overall health!

I cant say enough about Irina and San Diego Body Cleanse.This field is fraught with individuals, especially in Southern California, that charge an arm and a leg to get a colonic irrigation with prices approaching up to $200.00 for one session, Irina provides real value for her services.Being a big believer in CIs through my exposure to the Edgar Cayce Readings (and being persuaded through evidence), I did research on CI practitioners when I moved here from Phoenix and was frankly a little disturbed at what I saw. As a practice that should be frequent, I was looking at charges that were way out of line, certainly with what I was used to in Phoenix.But dont let me mislead you that the price (reasonable) is what makes Irinas service so special - its her. Having read some of her clients reviews she posted on her website I then experienced her care, professionalism, and passion for what she does firsthand. Her years of experience help her to customize just the right type of irrigation along with the accompanying manipulations. She can recommend proper diets, warn you of foods to avoid and generally knows a ton about the digestive system, alimentary canal, colon etc. If only more unhealthy people would consider looking at this method of cleansing their bodies its likely we wouldnt be in the health care mess we are in (ok, a broad brush there but it is very beneficial).After going to her now over several years, I can say that I highly, enthusiastically recommend Irina, and San Diego Body Cleanse.

Initially the idea of sticking something up my rear didnt turn me on at all - I just succumbed to my wife’s pressure after she got back from her first ever colonic and praised the procedure in general and Irina in particular. I felt really awkward about stripping down and spending an hour next to a stranger fully dressed woman.Now I must say that Irina made this experience seamless with her professionalism and knowledge. She spent our first appointment educating me on the human body anatomy and the particulars of colonic. She told me exactly how to insert the device up my colon – and it was easy, painless and quick. The colonic is somewhat similar to any procedure at a doctor’s with a local anesthesia: once you got your shot (inserted the device into your rear), it’s pretty much over and you don’t feel anything anymore, just enjoying your conversation with the doctor (Irina).I was somewhat disappointed after my first colonic – didn’t have that elating sense of relief others describe. But the second one was it – my stomach flattened, and the feeling of empty intestines was similar to the born-again feeling after a massage. Third time was the charm – I felt that the water reached my chest and the feeling of cleansings and cleanliness inside me was great.Irina operates the device virtuously: she feels your feelings and constantly adjusts the water pressure on its way in and helps you with advice and massage on its way out. I’ve never done colonics elsewhere so can’t compare, but judging from several Youtube videos I saw the feeling is that Irina does more than normally expected; she’s very passionate about her patients’ health and cheers when the bad stuff is coming out of your intestines.One more thing that probably sets Irina apart and certainly exceeded my expectations: Irina is a huge fan of health gadgets and invested into placing several interesting ones in her office – as a free bonus for you. First, there is a vibration machine that she lets you on (only if you desire so) to shake you up and let the bad stuff loose from the walls of your intestines, so the colonic procedure will be more efficient. Second, she puts two devices over you during the procedure – one over your feet, and one over your stomach – so you get nice warmth coming out of those devices, while benefiting from deep infrared heat that penetrates your body’s surface. Third, she massages you with her hand that really helps in pushing the water out.Overall I really recommend trying her out and signing up for at least three procedures for her professionalism and knowledge, passion for your health, and her ability to make you comfortable while you’re connected to a machine ;-).
