Be very cautious with his nurses. After volunteering for a clinical trial vaccine for COVID I was mistakenly given the wrong vaccine by his nurse who didn’t know, or even care what trial I was participating in. After her screw-up I was confused & concerned when this happened. Only then for no apparent reason she comes up with the excuse that I am now disqualified for the rest of the trial. So I received a shot that was not the correct one but somehow that was my fault. I then asked for some sort of paperwork to let me know what I just received. I would obviously need this when I attempt to receive the 2nd dose. It’s been over 2 weeks & his nurses have yet to simply send me proof of the vaccine they administered. I would ask for a reason why I was disqualified when this was clearly a careless mistake on the nurses part but I’m positive they can not provide that.BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF PLAN TO VOLUNTEER FOR ANY CLINICAL TRIALS & DOUBLE CHECK WHAT VACCINE SHE IS IN SUCH A HURRY TO ADMINISTER.
