I rarely post reviews. I have been completely appalled with the lack of organization over products that it would be critical for clients to receive and to receive timely (in reference to their medication mailing program).For 6 months now I have yet to receive my medication on time or at all without me having to call in (the only way to communicate to them is over the phone and I have had wait times exceed an hour). Every month they insure me the problem is resolved and it will be sent. Every month it isn’t. It is beyond bizarre and frustrating.I am currently pregnant and have a particular medication that is especially important I do not go without. I am heading into the weekend without it as it was not delivered today.Other medications have been sent in absolute excess (ointments for my son) and continued to be sent after I called in and asked for them not to be - ending in excessive charges and an obscene amount of medication we do not need.Again- I am appalled at the disorganization from a company that handles such a sensitive product that is imperative people receive on time and in correct dosage.It has been such a headache and if it weren’t for our insurance only currently contracted with them- we would have transferred long ago.

I called this pharmacy several times since last 2 week for my son 2 inhaler and a cream, they said that all of his RXs are ready to pick up but when I went there to pick up they said they don’t have on stock and is not ready. I will never go back again. Finally, all his RXs has been transferred to different pharmacy.

Not the type to give reviews but the lady who “helped me” was super sassy and just had an attitude the whole time. It doesn’t hurt to have a little customer service and just be polite.. not coming to this location again! 👎🏻

I called in at 10 am for my prescriptions. I was told by Heather that my prescriptions would be done by 1pm. I went to the pharmacy at 3:45pm and my prescriptions were still not ready. I am really upset. If they aren’t ready tomorrow morning I will have them transfer all of my prescriptions and my daughters prescriptions and my mom’s prescriptions. I am done hoping this pharmacy gets their act together.

This is a pharmacy dedicated to serving the needs of St. Marks Hospital. There are no cosmetics or greeting cards for sale, but the quality of their pharmaceutical service is first rate. Many of their customers were introduced to them through a hospital visit, but their satisfaction and the appeal of competitive prices has kept them coming back. Since it is inside the hospital, it is not easy to find the first time. However, Meds in Motion is located near the east entrance and is easily accessed from the parking lot. A significant downside is the fact that theyre closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Im still waiting for the steglatro pills and my body is going through withdrawals. Its dangerous to stop a medication without tapering of gradually.They did come to drop of my stulicty injections.

I was running late to pick up an important prescription and the Pharmacist, Alex Reese, stayed open late for me, just so I could have it before the holiday. He was very friendly, kind and accommodating! 😊

This pharmacy used to be so great when it was community pharmacy but now after meds in motion taking over its been issue after issue. The office staff is great but the place you call to set anything up for this location is a mess.
