Dr. Williams is awesome! I waited only about 20 minutes (total) to see him. He listened to my problem, gave an injection, and I was on my way!The entire staff at Comprehensive Orthpedics is professional, accommodating, and friendly. Ive recommended the doctors to a lot of friends. Keep up the great work!

My regular surgeon was unable to see me for a couple months. My family Dr suggested I make an appointment sooner than later and try Dr Williams . He treated my issue to the best of his knowledge. Gave me an injection to relieve some of my discomfort. I’m a complex case . He still saw me , in less than a week. Treated me very well . And listened . I’m grateful he saw me . Being uncomfortable with no answers for 2 months is not what I wanted. So thank you to the entire staff , and Dr Williams . I appreciate you getting me in so quickly! And offering some relief until I can see my regular surgeon.Many many thanks!!!!!

My wife had a hand injury and we visited Dr. Williams. Everything was good until we received a bill with a mistaken charge for a surgery. I called the office. They did research and found it was a mistake. I paid other charges. However, I received a bill again for the surgery after a few weeks. Called again, and was told it would be removed. Then a few weeks later, I am receiving a letter from a collection company. Called the office again, they said there is no outstanding balance from their office. However, their medical group is going to ruin my credit due to their mistake! Still in the process of getting this resolved. Frustrated.

Easy to schedule carpal tunnel surgery. Was excited to take care of both of my wrists. Staff, nurses and Dr. Williams were excellent at explaining the procedures, care and directions.

Dr. Williams and his PA has always been very knowledgeable And willing to answer any questions Dr. Williams has always been accessible when I needed him. He is well known for being one of the best surgeons in Utah.

I broke my hand on July 3rd & originally went to IHC Instacare. IHC couldn’t even get me in to see a specialist for 2 weeks so I started looking at other options. Ben had me in surgery 1 week after the accident! I don’t have insurance so i was offered discounts from Ben & SLRMC. Ben also let me opt for local anesthesia to save some money! With being awake for the entire procedure, Ben and staff were very professional & highly skilled. I feel very lucky to have found them & I highly recommend this group of professionals.

I had been dealing with pain in my left shoulder for about 3 months when I was finally referred to Dr. Williams. He got me set up for surgery just over a week from the visit. The surgery went smooth. 8 weeks later and Im feeling better and ready to go. Very professional and understands the needs of each patient. Strongly recommend him especially if youre active person.

My surgery went extremely well and after several follow-up visits with Dr. Williams and six weeks of physical therapy I hardly have a scar. My range of motion is nearly normal. My wife broke her wrist on a Wednesday at Solitude mountain. The clinic set us up with doctor Williams Thursday morning. He and his staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us get insurance in order for surgery on Friday. The surgery went perfectly and we were in and out of the hospital in only a few hours.

I had carpal tunnel surgery performed by Dr. Williams. From the moment I first entered the office, everyone, including the office staff and the tech people, acted professionally and courteously. Everything worked smoothly at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. Dr. Williams explained what was going to be done and why it was necessary. My surgery was completely successful. The painful numbness I had experienced for a couple of years was gone as soon as the anesthesia wore off. Overall pain from the surgery was nearly nonexistent. Two weeks out, and I can play my guitar again with no loss of dexterity. To add some weight to my words, I am not inexperienced with surgeries: I had four total joint replacements in the space of eight months just over a year ago. I believe that anyone seeking medical help from Dr. Williams and his staff cant go wrong. Thanks, Dr. Williams.

I saw Dr. Williams for a sports injury consultation. Dr. Williams and his staff were extremely accommodating, prompt, and professional. Ben Williams did a horrible job on my wifes shoulder in 2013. After all of the proper PT, 5 years of daily excruciating pain has led us to seek a more qualified surgeon who can hopefully fix what Dr. Williams botched years ago.

After years of of local Doctors prescribing a variety of non-surgical treatments that failed to relieve my severe pain and lack of shoulder strength, I was thankfully referred toDr. Benjamin Williams, Sports Medicine.I would say that rotator cuff surgeries are amongst the most painful, and for some probably the most challenging, after the procedure....since the patient has to be seriously dedicated to following the Doctors advice and guidelines in order to have the tendons successfully re-knit themselves properly. One of the most impressive facts about Dr. Williams is his willingness to be accessible to patients, starting with preparing us throughly before surgery, then afterwards, and best of all during the entire healing process. Yes, Dr. Wiliams was there to answer my questions, address my concerns, and rejoice with me in the continuing progress! Best shoulder surgeon ever and his team is second to none.

I had hurt my hand and went to the ER and got a sling, a pain killer prescription and an X ray. ER Doctor told be to see a orthopedic Dr.and it cost as much as this visit with Dr. Williams for 5 minutes of his time. ( Literally in and out of his office in less than 15 minutes, counting filling out paperwork and getting checked in)He charged me $229.00-- when I called and asked the break down of what this consisted of there receptionist said Thats the code the Dr. put down she has no clue what they mean and why, neither does who ever handles there billing.After continuously repeating Thats the code the Dr. put down after I asked a few different questions she said Thats the cost to walk into the office as a new patientSo keep in mind youre going to be charged $229.00 for walking in without anything actually being done to you.
