I have been living with migraines since I was 4 years old! When I was little I went to a doctor and they did every test they could think of but ultimately just told me they were migraines; which I knew but my mom wanted to be sure. I had given up completely on getting help with my migraines because I didn’t think anyone could help me. I took excedrin like it was candy, and to be honest it only worked sometimes but I was taking it out of desperation. I had a co worker recommend Dr. Skuster to me and going in with little to no hope a couple of years ago, she changed my life, I never imagined my life to be the way it is now, no more throwing up all night from my migraines, no more crying on the bathroom floor praying for mercy. I am so grateful to finally have found medication that is working for me. My migraines now are few and when I do get them they don’t get to the level they used to. If you are a migraine sufferer just give her a shot.

I actually wouldn’t even give her one star! She has zero respect for her patients! She doesn’t cross reference before she gives you a med!! Therefore giving you something that could have dire affects on your health. Like what she did to me. Good thing I read everything before I take it! Then another med with latex, sorry no! Would you? She didn’t answer. Then she fired me as a patient. Saying I missed too many appointments. I never missed one. But she sure does reschedule a lot for her vacations. And this was feb of Covid. Left me hanging 2 migraines a week! And she wouldn’t refill anything, the daily med help stop the migraines.

The help here is horrible my dr. has now faxed in two referrals both me and my doctor called they got the referrals said I need to find out which doctor wants to take care of me never heard back called them today they have no idea what my referral is and want me to resend another referral screw that you guys suck this is your third chance sorry get better health there

Im not sure why the negative comments. The process from beginning to end was fantastic! She treated my migraines with the utmost seriousness and care. She was professional from day 1 and always has been! I highly recommend Dr. Skuster.

Dr. Skuster has been exceptional. She listens carefully and she gives reasonable, real life answers to questions. Her diagnoses, advise and cures have been accurate. This is a doctor I would be willing to recommend.

Im not sure who makes the calls to insurance providers but this office failed before my wife had a procedure done. We waited an entire month (between early August through September) prior to getting the procedure done and when we thought it was approved we proceeded with the procedure. However this procedure was never approved and theres no record of it on my insurance providers record history. Im very angry that it was perceived that this was pre-approved when that isnt the case. It just seems that theyre more interested in getting patients money versus improving ones health.

Dr. Denise Skuster is one of the best neurologists in the State in not the nation. When I was bit by a hobo spider in 2003 she took my case and was very thorough in checking for multiple possible causes. I felt she was a lot like a good mother when she dealt with her patients. After the initial diagnosis of ADEM and I continued to need to see her because the ADEM solution wasnt working with my body. After ruling out many diseases (including MS) she continued to put up with my now the loss of my hearing, and borderline psychotic episodes. When I was finally diagnosed and discharged with Susacs syndrome.I am still recovering from lesser effects of the neurological damage, yet the 8 year life span of Susacs came and went and almost on queue.I began to recover in greater leaps. 14 years later, and I can only give praise for her1. Saving my life2. sticking with my relapsing (which were many)3. A diagnosis that after all happened to be spot on correct!depending on what insurance she accepts I may come back to see her

Front desk staff service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, not friendly, not helpful, and quick to turn me away to call another Dr. I was referred to this Dr. But due to the front desk staff inability to give service, I will look elsewhere.

She is a horrible doctor I have never had a doctor treat me so literally and terrible as she did to tell me my neurology my neuropathy was the because of my own thought when she couldnt even follow to find out she has made me suffer all these years instead of finding the three pinched nerves in my neck
