I had a great experience with Jennifer who came out and set me up with my C-Pap. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me contact info to follow up and said they would contact me when it was time for refills. My husband also has a c-pap machine and his doctor referred him to some weird company that I never heard of and they are always an automated call and they shipped everything with no instructions. So I was super impressed with how they conducted business. I am thinking we will switch my husband over.

While Ive been on sleep therapy (a user of a CPAP machine) for nearly two years, Im a new patient to Medway Medical. Ive been VERY impressed with Sadie. She acts more like a patient advocate and does an outstanding job.Im only giving four stars. Ill review them again after I have more interaction with them. Hopefully, to raise them to five stars.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Salt Lake location!!! The person on the phone (maybe Teresa- the one answering the respiratory line) over the course of a month and a half claims to never receive the medical notes and prescriptions that my mothers doctor sends them. After hanging up my call to Medway medical I called the intermountain clinic to have them resend all the paperwork again. The clinic was using the fax number they give me over the phone and is all over their website. Every time we call to request that paperwork be sent the clinic records each call and what was sent on their patient portal so we can see it at home. The clinic receptionist waited to receive the fax confirmation before we hung up. While waiting she tells me that they sent the paperwork multiple times and they (Medway Medical) always does this to their clinic.I immediately called Medway Medicals respiratory line and again the same woman who I have been dealing with for the last month lied claiming they did not receive any paperwork for my mother that day. When I told her that the clinic just faxed all the paperwork a minute ago and that they received a fax confirmation so the paperwork must be somewhere. All of a sudden she starts saying I am yelling at her. It was like she was putting on a show for someone else.All I did was catch her in a lie. She finally admitted that she had the paperwork. Then she tells me the issue was the prescription. She claimed that what the doctor wrote was way to general not listing equipment needed. This was the first time I heard that the prescription was the issue we never got that far in previous phone calls. The go to for Medway is to deny receiving paperwork in the first place.I told her, that was the reason I was calling because the doctor did that intentionally so my mother could select new equipment. The doctor agree to sign for whatever my mother selected. After I told her that she said I just needed to make an appointment to select equipment and she hung up on me.The next day I called a customer service line lord knows where. That office confirmed that they still did not have the paperwork and that they could see multiple calls on the account asking if they received the paperwork. I was on the phone with nice representative who was trying to contact the Salt Lake office to make me an appointment. As I am on that call we receive another call on my parents phone from the local Salt Lake office.Sadie the supervisor of the Salt Lake location was calling to make the appointment. She claimed to be trying to solve the problem and had to call the clinic again to request the paperwork at morning. We now have an appointment. The Salt Lake City Medway Medical office phone and management personal all cover for each other. They want respect but they dont respect the customers. If they want to be respected offer better customer service. If you can select another vendor, do it.

Horrible company to work with. They explained the benefits of renting a CPAP machine vs outright purchase. They would accept insurance payments for 10 to 13 months depending on the insurance company. After that my wife would own the machine. My company switched insurance companies after 6 months, this started the whole process over and we were billed in arrears for the whole 13 months = $584. At the time Medway Medical said the purchase price was $450. My insurance company made payments for 6 months and they cant even tell us how much my previous insurance already paid. If we keep the machine we will have to pay $584 / year and never own it. At one point Medway Medical notified my wife that our insurance had authorized coverage for $609 in medical supplies for her CPAP. She went ahead and made the order. As you can now guess, none of it was covered and we had to pay the bill for more than double what we could have purchased the supplies for elsewhere. Today, we paid them almost $1,200 to catch up our bill and they are sending us a box to return the machine. Hopefully this will be the last we hear from them and the last we ever have to deal with Medway Medical! Be warned! Do not do business with this unethical company!

I honestly believe all positive reviews were created and posted by Medway Mgt. The company started out great and Crystal was the only employee trying to make things better for customers. When Medway chooses to make a delivery they expect it to be at their convenience and you must be at your home from 9 to 8 pm waiting for a delivery. They are incapable of giving you an a.m. or p.m. delivery window. When they deliver your 02 tanks, I have had as many as 4 of 12 delivered empty but delivered and marked as full. Tanks are often filthy, sticky and only until recently without a rack. Management could care less if you are a client, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, it cant be worse...

I contacted Medway Medical today about CPAP machines and supplies. Being a new patient, I didnt know a lot of information and even the right questions to ask. Crystal not only walked me through the entire process but also gave me a full understanding of what I will be buying and how I could get what I needed for the best price available.Too many companies today are all about the bottom line, but I was made to feel important, and Crystal exemplified this in how she related to me. I am so excited to work with this company and am truly grateful for the care and understanding exhibited thus far.

Its like working with a group of small children. No one can explain to me why I get auto-charged after being promised I wouldnt be, why I dont get statements, why I get random charges that no one can explain. Even the installment charges seem to process quite sporadically, anywhere from the 3rd to the 25th for a monthly payment. When I called in very frustrated about an unexpected and unexplained charge that caused problems in my budgeting, my solution was to receive a bill and to be able to mail or call in to pay that bill. This was the method I was offered when enrolled in their services. When I asked for this option, I was told I need to return the equipment if I refuse to pay for it. I said that I want to pay for it, I just like to plan my expenses before they happen and I am just asking to remove autopay and receive a bill like a normal transaction. They repeated that I am refusing to pay and need to return the equipment. They gave nothing but terrible customer service for the duration of that call, talking over me, stating falsities beyond me being unwilling to pay. To anyone considering this company, learn from my mistake and trust the reviews. Youve already lost enough sleep; find a company that can offer you peace of mind!COVID Update: They are all working from home and you can hear either the TV or their children playing (depending on the employee) louder than you can hear the employee. Its impossible to hear anything they say.

I constantly see one of the workers from Medway Medical pick up his kids from my childs school in his work van, he drives off with multiple children in the front seat no seat belt. I even took pictures! Hopefully this company wont continue to employ careless employees.If their employee has zero regard for his own childrens lives, theres no chance he cares about their customers.I also wrote down his license plate number: W67 9ZY

My grandma received a lot of equipment from this company the other day. They called an hour in advance notifying us that they were coming. When the driver came, he unloaded everything quickly, and he was very polite. I had questions about how to use the concentrator and he answered all my questions easily. They really put my mind at ease knowing my grandma is being taken care of.

Med Way Medical was wonderful! The hospital style bed arrived in less than 24 hours and was exactly what my Dad needed. When the time came, the company reps arrived to disassemble and remove the equipment very quickly and efficiently, being respectful of our loss as they worked. Ive find the office staff very helpful in getting my O2 supplies. I prefer to drive over to the office and get my supplies from the business directly. I called in for a delivery as I was completely out of O2 bottles, and didnt have a car the next day to pick them up myself. They were prompt in delivering my order, however they shorted me a couple of tanks. I think there was a miscommunication between the driver/office/myself. I called the office and we got it all sorted out and they delivered the remaining tanks the next day.

I was in need of catheters that were covered by my insurance, and had gone all over the Salt Lake area. While my insurance company said they took our insurance, sadly, they didnt. Medway medical covered it anyway. They were nice, helpful, and bent over backwards. Thanks guys!

I called and was on hold for approximately 30 minutes before I could order three little humidifier disks for my travel Cpap. Then I was told that if I wanted them mailed, there was a $10 charge. They are very small and light (about 1 inch across and less than 1/2 inch high) and would cost them about a dollar to mail including the envelope. They are already making a killing on the sale of the disks. Very annoyed.

The communication with Medway Medical is terrible. The customer service rep I talk to was not helpful. Their phone system is not user friendly at all. You do not have the option to be put on hold. You just have to wait for Medway Medical to call you back. And that call back may take up to 24 hours to receive.

Medway is really good at what they do. I was in a situation with a vendor who was, due to internal changes, no longer in network. After 5 months of the insurance company telling me I had not been approved prior to receiving services, Medway came to the rescue. Problems solved. Thanks, Inger.

I was prompt for my 1 pm appointment, even though there office is hard to find. The receptionist was friendly enough. I was the only one waiting. After 10 min wait, she called the person that was supposed to show the C-pap device. He had not even checked his schedule, as she had to tell him, by phone, that his one oclock was waiting. There were several people walking around giving me the look of dismay. tI waited another five minutes for him, still no show. I told the front desk person that I would give him another five minutes, as I had which I did. Still no show, must have had an extended lunch. I told her my time was important, too. I told her that he could call at his leisure. As of today still no call.

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication skills. Slow response times. Unmotivated work force. I have had contact with three different CS people and they are all the same. Run as fast as you can to another supplier. PS. receptionist is wonderful.

Have been using Medway Medical for three years for CPAP supplies. I get an automated call just like clockwork and can order supplies without ever having to speak to anybody. I used a competitor before them and they were a joke! My supplies always arrive on time and all insurance is done in the background without requiring me to do a thing.

TWO DAYS LATER THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. BEFORE I PICKED UP THE PRINTED POLICE REPORT.THE DUMP WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION. MY DAUGHTER RECIEVED A NEW PRESCRIBTION FROM HER DOCTOR AND THEY WOULD NOT FILL IT BLAMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY, I CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO THEM TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. A MONTH LATER ORDER SUPPLIES, DELIVERED SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE NOT TO MY HOME, I HAD TO FILL A POLICE REPORT, FILLED, OKAY NO PROBLEM, THEN TOLD I NEED TO GO GET A PRINT OUT OF THE REPORT, AND OF COURSE THAT IS NOT FREE, IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE NO SUPPLIES WHICH I HAVE HAD TO WAIT A MONTH FOR, AND NOW I CAN GET NO SUPPORT FROM THEM TO FIX THIS ERROR, UPS SAYS THAT MEDWAY HAS TO FILE THE LOST PACKAGE INFORMATION, AND THAT ONLY MEDWAY CAN.GO SOMEWHERE FOR SUPPLES.

This office is either extremely understaffed or they are not following policies that should be in place. Their communication is terrible and they make it nearly impossible to get patients what they need, when they need it. Im sure that medicare is partially responsible for this, because they dont make anything easy for any of us in this field, but Med Way you genuinely need to step it up with your communication and follow through.

After a bad encounter at another medical supply company in Salt Lake and discovering negative reviews for several other companies, I was relieved to find a medical supply company that puts customer service first -- Medway Medical. At Medway, excellent customer service is not a slogan, its the way they do business. I needed a CPAP machine for sleep apnea and Ebony, at MedWay, was not only knowledgeable, she was incredibly pleasant and cheerful, and found the right product for me. She explained everything in detail and, as a first-time user, was patient and answered all my questions. She was so professional and gave me complete confidence in how to properly use the device. Before you select a medical supply company in Utah, read what real customers are saying about them. I walked into one company for a scheduled appointment and after hearing the negative stories from two different customers in the waiting room -- Im glad I walked out. The service, the ambiance, the courtesy and professionalism at Medway compared to the other place was day and night.

The short version is that Medway Medicals staff are the most caring and professional people Ive had the pleasure of working with relative to providing oxygen and BiPAP services for my mother!!!After months of dealing with a different provider I had the extreme good fortune of Lori answering the phone when I called Medway Medical. She patiently hung in there for months helping me get away from my moms current provider who continually threw obstacles in my path to keep me from transferring the business away from them. Lori is the kindest, most dedicated, caring and professional person Ive had the pleasure of working with in a long long time and the examples are too numerous to mention. She went above and beyond to coordinate everything necessary to set up my mothers care with Medway, providing contacts within Medway to expedite services and following up to make sure everything went according to plan. Loris dedication to her customers is outstanding and she would be my first choice if I needed someone to train other team members. Hustle is contagious and she really knows how to hustle.Hats off to Brenda as well for pushing through all the Medicare, insurance and medical documentation required for a smooth transition, and working after hours to ensure it got done. Horrible, brought a walker to the hospital and was told my insurance would take care of it. Come to find out they do not contract with United Health Care. Now I have to pay for a walker I dont need. Terrible communication between the hospital, me, and them.

Had appointment to pick up hospice supplies at my dads house on Tuesday they came a day early right before my dads funeral and told us they would come back Tuesday between 9:00 and 10:00 am I called at 10:30 to verify talked to Dennis who was extremely rude and when I asked to see about when he said some time before 5 and hung up before I could ask another question very unprofessional
