The customer service is awesome, but if you leave a message for supplies they don’t call you back. I received my first order with no problem. I’ve called several times since then and I’ve waited at least two months and still haven’t received my supplies and they still haven’t shipped. I’m going back to my old supplier. This company needs a lot of help with their shipping service.

BEWARE, if you use them and there is an issue with your machine or the fit of your mask that you need to get sleep they could care less.YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.I called well within the 30 day period after receiving the CPAP for the 1st time and informed the representative that the mask was a bad fit for me and I ordered a different mask. I was not sent any confirmation that this went through.When I called the second time there was no record of my call or that a new mask was being shipped. Its been two weeks since the first call and one week since the second one. I also sent an email 8 days ago and no reponse. Do not trust this company at all to do their job, once you get billed you can forget about ever hearing from them again.Lastly, Im a soldier on Fort Drum. I say that to tell any other soldier or veteran that if you got refered here as your supplier get switched immediately. Make the clinic cancel your order or cancel it yourself if you can. Or you will be stuck like me, with a CPAP you cant use writing reviews at 4 in the morning because you cant sleep.

Our local medical supply retailer closed and Medicare assigned my mother to Choice for her CPAP supplies. Ive dealt with them 3 times in 3 months. My rep is EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable, and does his best to accommodate our needs. The SHIPPING Dept. however, leaves much to be desired. The office is in Utah, the warehouse is in Kentucky, Im in N.C.. So I can understand some miscommunication issues on occasion. My first order was delivered 2 days after I called it in. But it took 2 WEEKS to get a piece that was incorrect delivered. Now, I cant seem to get replacement filters and mask delivered at ALL. Ive called, my mother has called, and the prescribing physician has called. And I STILL havent seen any routine replacement parts delivery. I truly wish their order/delivery were more streamlined.

Customer service has always been great and accommodating. With text confirmation options as well as telephonic customer service getting your order has never been easier. I thought I was missing an item that I requested and was quickly and politely provided the information I sought. I have a small crack in the water reservoir that may have made it until I was eligible but after explaining my concern Michael got me squared away instantly. Look forward to more interacting in the future!

I want to specify that this is NOT a staff fault. The staff I have delt with have always been very helpful and friendly. The management or company should really up their phone platforms to allow for better call management. Reaching anyone when you need assistance is frustratingly difficult.

First off, I want to say that this is not a retail location. They deal in mail order. I didnt know this and ran into Michael while looking for some supplies I forgot to pack when traveling to Salt Lake City. Michael just happened to be going out on his lunch break, but he took the time to understand my issue and really worked hard to solve my problem. He took time out of his personal life to help a random person off the street. This is certainly the type of person that Choice Medical should nurture and reward and I hope that they understand what a valuable asset they have in Michael. I just wish that Choice Medical stocked the supplies I need as I would switch to them as my supplier in a heartbeat if I could.

I bless the day I was led to call these folks. Their customer care service is the best Ive ever had with ANY company!They have bent over backwards to meet my needs. When I lost my cPap while traveling they IMMEDIATELY supplied me with a replacement at a temporary address. All the times Ive had new addresses in my travels, they have tracked them and supplied what I needed. The latest time, when I needed a SECOND loaner, they supplied a top-of-the-line machine, knowing that after two years, when Im eligible for a new machine, THATS the one I would want! So I didnt have to wait two years to get the machine of my dreams! Every time I call them I hang up with a soft and happy heart for the loving, caring energy I feel from them. Right from the very first day I called them--- years ago now---- they promised theyd take care of me, and they HAVE! I couldnt be in better hands.

I was referred to Choice Medical by my insurance company. My store front company in my local area that I was getting my CPAP supplies from for 5 years told me my insurance was not valid anymore even though my insurance company told me that they were in network. I contacted Choice Medical Healthcare to see if they were taking on new customers. They were very enthusiastic about getting me as new customer. They referred me to a customer service representative who handled new customers. The service I received was some of the best I ever have seen. My first impression was this company is a well oiled machine. No hiccups, no saying no we cant do that. They offered me new and state of the art accessories for my old CPAP machine that I didnt even know existed. If I didnt like them I can return in 30 days. My job is a customer service manager and I wish these people could work for me as I was that impressed. I cant comment on the CPAP accessories quality as of yet because I have not received any as of yet. I dont mind they are mail order only because my old store front store never had my accessories in store and mailed them also. Kuddos to this company for a great first impression!

Called me back and said not to be rude and hangup on them..sends out texts and calls were polite at first. But a new lady called and was very degrading and rude. I have tried calling back to explain sorry I was short on oxygen I couldnt talk. She just hangs up. So guess you lost another customer. The Medicare rules, states not to call and solicit to sell additional supplies. I will let then know.

Ive found that Choice Medical has always been there when ordering my supplys. And whenever I have a Question, they have the answer ! After I talk to them no matter who ,I feel so relived they are there. Thank You Choice Medical for being there for me .Sincerely Thomas C. Ross

Make sure they are your supplier. We have multiple patients that have received supplies from them but did ask for them. Our company has a similar name and has been in business long before this company. They tell patients that they are the same company when they are NOT. Call your local provider before to make sure.

I would definitely recommend anyone to Choice Medical for any CPAP SUPPLIES They might need!I have received my CPAP Supplies from them for over 5 years! They are always Kind, Polite, & Concerned about whether or not I have enough Supplies to get me through until my next Order! OkI can & have called them to let them know that due to My being extreemly Chlostrophobic, some of the Masks or Nose Pieces would not work for me!There was never any sort of discontent what so ever from anyone at Choice Medical & believe me I had to change styles several times! But they worked with me until we found the one that works the best for me!!!You cant go wrong with Choice Medical!!!Mrs Patricia Simkins
